A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Sora lifted a hand and ruffled his hair, looking over the group. "I guess we're all safe for a while," he said. Warp fled, so it seemed like he wouldn't come back right away. And he was surely afraid now that he knew how many enemies he made by coming after Riku.

"We're safe until we initiate battle," Riku said, his sight now on Sora, his expression more serious than before. He looked over everyone, seeing that he had their attention. "Warp's world is protected by a barrier only he can control. We'll only get in if he lets us through, or so I've been told." He knew there had to be some other way to get through, though. "But I say we can find another way around his little contraption. We have to, if we want to get rid of him and set things back the way they're supposed to be."

Terra hummed with a small nod of understanding, his focus on Riku. He overheard his conversation with Sora earlier, so he was caught up to speed. And Lightning had told Ven everything, so he was caught up too. Now they all knew they had to do just as Riku said: find a way past that barrier, defeat Warp, and send Light back to the past, where she belonged.

"The first thing we have to do is figure out how to break through that barrier," Riku said with a small nod. "After that, we go in and defeat Warp, and then send Light back home." His grasp on her hand tightened at the last part, but he knew it needed to be done. Besides, he wouldn't miss her, not for too long; this future would be completely different.

Light furrowed her eyebrows slightly at the idea of leaving Riku, but she knew that wasn't really what she was doing. She was going back to him. For him. "I have his watch that allows him to go through time," she said, looking over the group. "But I'm not sure how it works. We'll probably find some information on it inside Warp's world." At least, that was what she hoped for.

"So the main focus for now is breaking the barrier," Aqua concluded, one hand at her chin as she connected the dots. She saw Riku nod, and she knew she had it figured out. "Do you have any information on what his world is called?"

 

"Unfortunately, we couldn't get that kind of detail," Riku said, frowning a little at the memory. Rena had taken the time to injure Lightning after just revealing the barrier portion, so he never got that kind of information.

Light looked down to the ground in thought. They could always interrogate Rena again, as soon as Warp brought her back to life. But they wouldn't have that chance as long as the group was this big. Warp would wait for them to separate before he sent his crew to kill Lightning and take the watch. Maybe they could purposely separate to lure out the punks and interrogate the weakest of them...

Roxas saw that everyone was silent, his eyes darting to every face. "Any ideas?" he asked then, lifting an eyebrow. They would need a plan at least, or so he figured. They couldn't just waltz in; they would die.

"...We got this much information through interrogation," Light said, furrowing her eyebrows as she looked at the ground. "If we could get Warp and his lackeys to come out of their hole, then we could pull the same trick again." But the only way Lightning could think of was for her to be bait. And she wondered if Riku picked up on that bit.

Riku furrowed his eyebrows, turning his head to look down at the girl beside him. Was she saying what he thought she was saying? Because he wasn't about to agree to that. Not a chance. He was sure that showed by his tighter grip on her hand.

Light felt Riku's tight grip on her hand, but she wasn't going to give up on her idea; it was the only one they had. "I have what they want," she said, lifting her gaze to the group. "They've been hunting me down from the start for the watch. Let me bait them out." She'd go off on her own, but she'd be alright. This time, things would work out in their favor.

"No," Riku said, his eyes hard in disagreement. "There's got to be some other way. One of us can take the watch..." He didn't want Light getting hurt, and he would do anything to keep her out of harm's way, even if she could protect herself.

"It'd turn out differently this way," Light said, looking up to see Riku's hard eyes. "I wouldn't just have you to back me up if things went wrong." There were five Keybladers who could help her. She'd be fine.

Riku kept his firm gaze on Light's eyes, not saying anything. He didn't have to; his expression said enough. He didn't like this idea, at all. He wanted Light beside him, safe. Not out and luring Warp's lackeys to her position.

Light furrowed her eyebrows in seriousness, keeping her gaze on Riku's eyes. He was stubborn, but so was she. This was the only idea they had, and she wasn't about to hand over the watch to anyone. Besides, Warp wouldn't fall for anybody else having the watch anyway. He'd come after Lightning even if she didn't have the item.

Aqua lowered her hands to her sides, her fingertips brushing her skirt. "...Riku, perhaps Lightning's right," she said, getting the boy's attention. He looked over at her with the same hard eyes he had been using against Lightning. "Warp will know it's a trap if one of us has the watch and we just happen to be waltzing around outside any safe haven, particularly close to his world. She's our only option, and we have to take it." It was the most logical thing to do.

Sora nodded faintly in agreement, taking the idea a step further. "We'll have to make it look like she was accidentally separated from the group," he said. "Otherwise, Warp'll see through the trap." Maybe they could all search the worlds, but Lightning got separated and then Warp would try to take advantage of that.

Riku lowered his eyes to the ground, releasing a soft breath. He didn't like the thought of Lightning being on her own, since he wanted to be by her side, always. But...if this helped her get home in the end, it had to be worth it. "...Alright," Riku finally agreed, his voice soft.

Ven didn't like this idea, but he wasn't seeing any better options. "Isn't there some other way we could track him down?" he asked. "We know where most of the worlds are; if we split up and search unknown areas, we're bound to find it sometime." That was what he thought, anyway.

Aqua shook her head, turning her gaze to Ven. "I'm afraid not. Searching all of the worlds could take much too long," she figured, tone soft...and a little bitter. She didn't think they should waste much time. They needed to set things right immediately, before something awful happened.

"But either way, we shouldn't lure Warp out right away, right?" Ven said, thinking logically as he shifted his focus to Aqua. "We have a chance to rest up, but I don't feel like I need to. I have enough energy to search for a little while, if everybody else wants to rest and work on developing Light's idea."

"Warp's dangerous, Ven," Aqua said, concern and protectiveness appearing in her blue eyes. "If you're going to search, someone will be joining you. You won't be going alone." Even if he was capable, it didn't matter. Any one of them could die at the hands of Warp; he was powerful.

"Alright, then somebody come with me," Ven said with a faint shrug. He didn't mind it; he missed his friends and this would be a small chance to spend time with them.

Roxas saw that Aqua looked up at Terra, but he knew that he was one of the few that wasn't attached to somebody already here. "I'll go," he said with a small nod, looking to Ven. He wouldn't see Namine on the break, but...that was okay.

"I'll go too," Terra said with a faint nod, glancing over at Aqua before he looked to Ven. He wasn't tired, since he came into the battle later than others. He was up for some searching if it kept Lightning away from harm. They needed her safe, to set things right.
