Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Light closed her eyes again, her forehead still against Riku's neck. But in a few moments, she'd let him go. They had no choice but to face this reality and set things right.
Riku took in the feeling of Light in his arms, knowing that if things didn't go the way they planned, this could be the last time he held her in such a way. It was a frightening thought, but it had potential to be reality. Don't think about it, he told himself silently, squeezing Lightning gently.

Light stayed still for a few moments, and when Riku squeezed her, she lifted her head a little and gave him a small kiss on the neck. She returned to her previous position but loosened her hold on him, knowing they couldn't stay like this any longer. Not right now.
That small kiss sent chills down Riku's spine, and he wanted nothing more than to spill his heart to the young woman in his arms. But he couldn't. This wasn't the time or place; neither were exactly romantic or perfect.

Light gently withdrew a little, bringing back one arm from around Riku and setting a hand on his shoulder. She didn't want to break up this embrace, but they had been selfish long enough. Now they needed to get back on track and focus on their goal.
Riku looked down at Lightning when she pulled back, and he knew what that small touch meant. It was time for them to get down to business; the safety of the worlds and the future was more important than them.

Lightning looked up at Riku for a few moments before she looked behind her a little to the ship. "Why don't you go catch up with Sora?" she suggested softly. "I'll finish the work on the ship."
Riku's eyebrows furrowed slightly, the young man questioning Lightning's words. "You sure?" he asked. He wouldn't mind helping with the ship; it was nearly done anyway.

"Yeah," Lightning said with a faint nod, one hand coming back down to her side while the other remained on Riku's shoulder. She could handle the rest. "I'll finish it and then take it on a test flight." Not to start trouble, but to make sure the systems were functioning.
"Right," Riku said with a small nod. He then leaned forward and pecked Lightning lightly on the cheek. When he pulled back, he kept one hand on her waist, the other by his side. "Don't be too reckless," he advised with a small smirk.

Light smirked slightly. "I'll try my hardest," she said. She was naturally reckless, though. She was a risk taker, a bold person, and sometimes got in over her head. But she'd try to stay calm for today and focus on what they had to do tomorrow.
Riku's smirk remained as he gazed at Lightning for a second longer, then turning around and letting his hand fall from her side. He started toward the castle, knowing he had some catching up to do with Sora. He would see her later.

Light's hand came off Riku's shoulder when he went by, and she watched him go for a few steps before she looked to the ship. She climbed into it and started working where Riku left off, hoping to get it done within thirty minutes. Then she'd fly it for an hour or so, and then come back and rest for tomorrow. She would be prepared to do her part to set things right.
It took about a day before Roxas, Terra, and Ven all eventually found a portion of the universe that was full of worlds they'd never seen. It took time to see if there was a barrier on any one of them, and they came up empty. But Roxas's hopes lifted when they came up to another world, one that was like the others; unfamiliar.

Terra furrowed his eyebrows behind his mask, seeing the world. Ven flew on ahead of them to check to see if it had a barrier, and shockingly, it did. They found the world that Warp was on. He smiled faintly behind his mask and turned on his long-distance communicator so he could speak to somebody left behind in the Land of Departure. "Anybody online?" he asked, hoping somebody was. They had to know that the plan with Lightning was off now that they knew where Warp's world was.
Riku had an earpiece in at the moment, having it on just in case somebody did communicate with him. But when he heard Terra's voice, he stopped walking, in the middle of the wide training room in the castle on the Land of Departure. "Riku here," he replied, lifting a hand to the side of his head. "What's going on out there?"
  • Author
"We found Warp's world," Terra responded, the microphone in his helmet picking up on what he was saying. It took them a day, but they stumbled upon it. He was glad for that, because it meant less risk to Lightning. They couldn't have her dying on them, or this future would be set in stone. And, of course, she was still his friend; he didn't want her dying for that reason too.
Riku's eyebrows furrowed at the news, though he was somewhat relieved. The first step in their plan was complete. "Great, I'll tell the others," he said in response. "While you're at it, try and pin the location. We'll need it."

"Already on it," Terra said, punching the coordinates into the small screen on the front of his ship. "You want me to send the coordinates to your computer?" Then they could view the map and where Warp's world was in comparison to other worlds.
"Yeah," Riku said in confirmation. He jogged forward, passing Aqua as she left her room. He waved for her to follow, briefly catching her curious expression as he went to his room to get his computer. He would have to call down to Sora and Lightning; they needed to see this.

Terra nodded slightly, looking up at the world to see Ven and Roxas checking out the barrier to see if there was any way through. So far, they had little success. "Sending the data now," he said, the coordinates punched in now.

Sora and Lightning were currently in the dining room downstairs, looking at a map of the worlds that Sora drew up. They were planning the route she'd fly, since it seemed like she was going to bait out Warp's lackeys. They were the only two working on it, since Sora figured Riku wouldn't want to discuss this and Aqua really didn't have to be involved.

Riku reached his computer and sat down at the desk, typing a few codes before he got in. "Okay, got it," he said, staring at the screen. Aqua stood next to him, and he could practically hear the thoughts running through her head.

Aqua could only stare down at the computer screen, one hand on the back of Riku's computer chair. Did the boys find Warp's world? she wondered softly. These were coordinates, and they led beyond the worlds they normally visited.

"Copy that." Terra stayed silent a few moments after that, watching Ven and Roxas work. But they weren't having any luck getting through that barrier, no matter how they tried. If they had brought somebody along skilled in magic, it would have allowed them to try other things, but they hadn't thought of that.
"These are the coordinates to Warp's base," Riku stated, knowing that Aqua was curious. His eyes narrowed as he studied it, and then he turned around to look at her. "Go get Light and Sora. They should see this too." He saw her nod once in agreement before leaving the room, going to get the other two.

Terra's eyes narrowed when he saw a difference in the barrier, a part of it opening up. "What the...?" He looked and saw the five teenagers fly out through that area before the barrier closed up, and his eyes widened. This couldn't just be coincidence, and the teens noticed the presence of the Keybladers. They split into a group of three immediately and then the two individuals flew off in different directions. What were they doing?!
