Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas gasped behind his mask, head turning every which way as the teens dispersed. "Split up!" he cried into his headset. They had no choice; they had to go after them. Something told him that this wasn't just happening out of a twist of fate. This meeting was on purpose, and so was them splitting up the way they had.

"I got the large group!" Terra said, speeding off in that direction. He saw Ven go to follow one of the individuals, and he knew Roxas would go after the last person. Even if Terra would be stacked three against one, this was what needed to be done.
Roxas took off in the direction the second individual flew off in. He knew that this was bad, but there was only once choice, and that was to do this; split up. He wasn't sure where this kid was going, but he was going to follow.

"Riku," Terra said, speaking to the person who was surely listening in. "His lackeys are out to play. They split up and are flying as if they have set destinations. I'm pursuing a group of three; Ven and Roxas are going after individuals. We're going to need some help." Especially himself; he would be in trouble if he faced all three of his people at once.

Riku's expression turned grave at the news, and he nodded as he replied. "We'll back you up," he said confidently. But then he turned his head to look at Aqua, Sora, and Lightning, who just joined him not a minute ago. "Terra, Ven, and Roxas just split up to chase down Warp's goons. We're gonna have to step in and help out."

Aqua's eyes became hard at what she was just told, and she nodded once. "Of course," she said in seriousness. She wouldn't hesitate helping her friends, ever. And since Warp's lackeys were back, again, there was no doubt in her mind that something was going on. Assistance would definitely be needed.

"Right," Sora said with a faint nod. Of course they were going to help out; they all shared the same goal, and his best friends were out there. He wasn't going to let anything bad happen to them.

After hearing Terra tell him and Roxas to turn on their trackers, Ven did just that. Now the others could keep track of their positions and easily join in on the pursuit. "Tracking device enabled," Ventus said into his helmet, serious eyes glued to the person who he was chasing. They weren't even trying to shake him loose, not yet.

Riku heard Terra's instructions to the other two, and he knew they would have to get going. Memorizing the coordinates for Warp's world, he shut off the computer and stood up. It was time to get this chase underway.

Aqua immediately turned around and started out of the room, tying her long hair up into a tight ponytail as she walked. She already decided that she was going to help her husband.

Sora stepped back and summoned all his armor but the helmet, not needing it yet. He had a small computer on his arm and he flipped the panel open to see the locations of his three friends. He saw Terra heading towards the district Traverse Town was in (he knew that because that was where his parents lived). But he didn't get it yet...Why were Warp's lackeys out like this? What was their goal? It almost seemed like they were...hunting someone.
Riku summoned his armor as well, though he made sure that his helmet didn't appear either. "I've got Terra's back on this one," he said, looking from Sora to Lightning. He wasn't sure what they would do, but he had a feeling Aqua would be going with him as well. "It seems like he's the one tackling the bigger group."

Sora nodded slightly, looking up from his arm. "You and Aqua get going," he said. "I'll help Lightning figure out her route." She couldn't track the Keybladers because she didn't have armor, but it looked like Roxas was flying in territory that should have been familiar to her. He'd send her to him, and then Sora would help Ven.
Riku nodded once and looked to Lightning, his eyes lingering on her before he allowed his helmet to hide his face. He then stepped past them and walked out the door, going outside to find Aqua already on her glider and prepared to go. She looked to him and he spoke. "Terra," he stated. That was who they were going to help. Aqua nodded once and he summoned his Keyblade, throwing it in the air to get his glider.

Sora took Lightning back downstairs and looked at the map he drew up, also comparing it to the signals he was picking up from Ven and Roxas. As he suspected, Roxas was flying into an area Lightning knew well. "Roxas is flying towards Cocoon," he informed her. But...why? Regardless, the two of them hurried outside and Lightning got into her ship, knowing where to go and how to track Roxas the best she could. It was time for both of them to get going.

Roxas heard Aqua and Riku communicating to Terra, telling him that they were going to follow his path to help him out. He noticed that the group of three lackeys were heading off to Traverse Town, where Riku's parents lived. But Roxas himself was going in one direction, towards Cocoon.

Riku felt himself stiffen when he noticed which direction Terra was heading in pursuit of Warp's goons. "...I'm getting a bad vibe from this," he said into his headset. "The group has a goal." And he didn't like the feeling he was getting from that assumption.

  • Author
"I agree," Lightning said, able to communicate with the group because of the earpiece she wore. She was closing in on Roxas's location after a few minutes, only needing another minute or two to get him within her sight. "And whatever their goal is, they don't think we have a chance to stop them." That was why nobody was trying to shake them off.

Roxas's eyebrows furrowed at that. "That's where they're wrong," he said lowly in response. They would stop them; they definitely weren't going to let them win.

Aqua flew next to Riku, the two of them still in pursuit of Terra and the lackeys. She spotted her husband's position and what direction he was traveling, which made her eyes narrow. "Those three are heading toward Traverse Town," she said, suspicion in her voice. She turned her head to glance at her comrade. "Riku...?"

Riku's jaw flexed when he realized what was going on. "...They're going after people we care about," he concluded gravely. "In this case, it's my parents." They wanted revenge against the Black Knight, and now that they knew his identity, they were aiming to injure his heart by taking away who was dear to him.

Light blinked, realizing where Riku's parents lived now. The group was going after his parents, but this individual flying towards Cocoon...They were going after the ones Lightning cared about. Serah...Hope...Snow...any one of them could be at risk!
Aqua's eyes widened, but she immediately composed herself. "Terra, you have to stall until we catch up," she said, her tone holding the most seriousness. Riku's parents were at stake. This was not good.
  • Author

"Got it," Terra said in understanding. That was what he was planning on doing anyway. He started firing to do just that, hoping to get the teens off their track. He had to slow them down. He couldn't protect Riku's parents by himself.

"Roxas, how close are you to Cocoon?" Lightning asked urgently, speeding up her ship to full throttle. She had to get there...She had to! She couldn't let her family get hurt because of her. Her heart was beating out of her chest just at the thought of it, and Light wasn't one to get nervous often. But that was how she was now, afraid for the lives of her friends.

Roxas glanced down at the map, reading the coordinates. "A couple miles," he declared, then looking up to swerve around an obstacle in his path. "The one I'm following is only about fifty yards ahead. Still in pursuit." He wouldn't stop until the kid was dead.
  • Author
A couple miles?! That's too close! "Kill him before he gets any closer to the world," Lightning said, locking her jaw as she focused on catching up to Roxas. "He's going after my family." They had to stop him before he hurt anybody.

"Copy that." Roxas's eyes narrowed as he bent his knees a little more, trying to gain some more speed. He saw the kid just up ahead, and he fired off a few lasers to try and shoot him down. But he missed. Roxas muttered something under his breath, angry with the results of the attack. This was going to be more difficult than he thought.

Riku tightened his grip on the handles of his glider, hearing Light's conversation with Roxas and instantly becoming infuriated. Warp was going to pay for this. Threats toward his family and his friends' families never sat well with him. "Do whatever is necessary to keep them from reaching their destination," he ordered. They couldn't risk anything at this point.

"Ven and I are on top of our guy," Sora said, he and his partner already attacking. "He's not flying towards any worlds where we have loved ones, anyway. Looks like he was just a diversion." Either way, he was going down.
"Not having the same luck over here," Roxas said, swerving around yet another obstacle in his path. He then fired at the teen again, but he avoided it by ducking behind a large rock floating in space. "I can't land a shot!"

Lightning flew in from another side, eyes locked on the enemy. "I have him within my sight," she said. But she couldn't even fire, because he was so close to the world that any shots she fired would enter the world's atmosphere and potentially hit somebody. "It's too risky to take a shot. We'll have to face him down there." She may have sound composed on the outside, but on the inside, she was very nervous. Who was he going after?
Roxas nodded slightly at Light's words, agreeing. "Approaching Cocoon," he said. He saw their enemy disappear into the world's atmosphere, and he summoned a portal with his glider, knowing he would have to follow. He just hoped he didn't lose him.
