A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Sora approached Riku's room a minute or two later, the brunet knocking softly on the paneling by the open door before he came in. "Hey, Riku, are you stocked up on potions and ethers?" he asked, keeping his voice soft so he didn't wake up Lightning.

Riku turned his head, looking toward the door and seeing Sora. He nodded once, but didn't say anything more. He made sure he was stocked up at all times, since he had been by himself for so long. He had a whole cabinet full across the hall.

Sora arched a brow. "Enough for everyone?" Please say no...please say no...He wanted to leave for some reason, because he could tell Kairi was upset with him. It became more and more apparent every time he saw her. But knowing Riku, he would be fully stocked. That meant Sora had no reason to leave.

Riku nodded again, turning his head around to look back to the girl he loved. "Check across the hall if you wanna make sure," he murmured, voice low so he wouldn't wake Lightning. She needed to get her rest.

Sora nodded slightly, though Riku wasn't looking at him. He turned and did as his friend said, and sure enough, the cabinet had more than enough potions for all of them. He exhaled a soft breath and started down the way he came from, wondering what he'd do next.

Riku could only gaze at Lightning as she slept, seeing how vulnerable she looked. But at the same time, she looked like she was at peace. That was good, after all the trouble that had surrounded her lately, especially with Hope.

Light turned her head on the pillow, starting to come to. It was because of the noise, but that was alright; she had to wake up sometime. Earlier, she passed out just as Riku was laying her down. It must have been a few hours since then. She exhaled a soft breath, furrowing her eyebrows slightly as she woke up.

Riku blinked at the sight of Lightning waking up, his eyebrows lifting from their furrowed state. He lowered his hands from his mouth but kept them together, staying leaned forward so he could see Lightning better. Was something wrong, or was she just waking up because she was alright?

Light opened her eyes softly, blinking once to see Riku sitting in front of her and leaning in so he could see her. Had he been with her the whole time she was knocked out? It felt as if it had been hours.

"Hey," Riku greeted softly, his aqua eyes resting on Lightning. He wondered how she was feeling, because right now she looked a little dazed, but that was probably because she just woke up.

"Hi," Light greeted softly in return, draping an arm over her stomach as she looked over at Riku. She was surprised when the movement didn't create any pain, but lifting the arm proved difficult. She was so tired...

"How you feeling?" Riku asked, his eyes expressing his concern for her. Lightning hadn't been in good shape on the way home, and she fell unconscious as soon as he set her down on the mattress. It made him wonder how she was now.

"I'm alright," Lightning assured Riku softly. "Just feeling really weak." The physical pain was gone, thank goodness, but the tiredness lingered. Probably just because of how seeing Hope killed broke her down and how she had been running around without enough sleep lately.

Riku nodded slightly, his eyes falling down to the arm she just draped over her stomach. "Well, just focus on getting more rest," he advised gently, his eyes finding Light's face again. "Warp can wait."

Light shook her head softly. "You know this only hurts our chances of killing Warp any time soon," she stated quietly. "He's going to disappear into a hole until he creates a better fortress." They lost track of him because she had been caught in the explosion.

"We found him once," Riku said with a small nod. "We can do it again." There were nine of them, Kairi and Namine included; the former was a capable fighter and the latter was a pretty good sorceress. They could do it.

"We got lucky the first time," Light murmured, closing her eyes. "We won't have that kind of luck again." She was going to be stuck in this time period for a while, wasn't she? Until they could find Warp and set things right, which could be days, weeks, or months.

Riku reached forward, setting his hand on her arm. "Light, just relax," he encouraged. "It'll take longer for you to recover if you keep dwelling over that. Leave that to us." She could depend on them; they could handle it.

Light opened her eyes, a faint frown on her lips. "I can't help but dwell on it," she said softly. "You know that." She wanted to kill Warp not only to avenge Hope, but to be able to go back to her proper time period. To prevent this future from happening.

Riku frowned a little, but nodded. Yeah, he knew, but he still wanted to try and take the weight off her shoulders. At least some of it. He just wanted Lightning to focus on recovering for now.

"At least tell me what you guys are planning next," Lightning requested quietly. She needed to know what the Keybladers were going to do to try and fix this problem. They weren't doing anything, were they? No...They needed her.

"There was a meeting downstairs," Riku said, taking his hand back as he leaned against the back of the chair. "I didn't go, so I don't know if they've come up with anything. Sora stopped by and asked if I had enough potions and ethers, so that has to mean something." He didn't know much else.

Light nodded faintly. "Go and check?" she asked softly, making another request. She really wanted to be in on the plan instead of worrying over it. Since she was just laying around, she would have plenty of time to think about their next step anyway.

Riku smiled weakly, seeing how stubborn Lightning was; she was recovering and yet she was thinking about the next step in taking down Warp. He nodded and pushed himself up from his chair, turning and starting out of the room.

Light smiled faintly when Riku followed her request, and she watched him go. But not without saying one more thing. "Thank you," she called after him. Not just for what he was doing right now, but for everything in general.
