A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Don't be so sure of that, Princess," Rena said, appearing at the end of the path. She saw some of the Keybladers whirl around to face her, but she wasn't alone. Kamon and Gual were with her. "There are five of us here, and Warp was able to thwart all of you in the past. The odds most certainly are not in your favor."

Riku turned around a little to face the three other teens, all of them back again. "If you don't mind, I'd like to discuss that with him personally," he snapped. "Where is he?"

 

Darren rolled his eyes. "In the throne room," he revealed finally. "He's waiting for you. Has been for a few days now." He was speaking mostly to the Black Knight and the thief who took the boss's watch, but Warp had been waiting on all of them since the barrier was broken.

Gual saw Lightning glare up at Darren, trying to figure this out. But what he said next would help make things more clear. "Unfortunately, this will be a closed meeting," he said to the Keybladers. "Any of you try to go in with the thief and Knight and we'll kill you."

 

Sora "hmphed" behind his mask, glaring at Gual and the two with him. As if. Riku and Lightning would need some help, but at the same time, some people would have to keep the goons occupied to buy Riku and Light time to defeat Warp. Surely everyone was thinking that way.

Roxas could practically sense his friends' hesitation, but he made a decision right then. "Go," he said to the others. "I'll stay back to handle the lackeys." He knew they were tough, but he was ready. He would give them all he had.

"So will I," Namine said with a small nod. She could create illusions; that would come in handy with buying the others time. She'd do the best she could to help hold them off.

 

"You guys better start running," Ven said lowly to the rest of his comrades, getting into his stance. "We'll hold them off." The three of them would stand as a barrier so that the goons couldn't get through.

Riku whirled around then after he nodded, taking off toward the castle entrance. It was time to get this final battle underway, and defeat Warp for good.

 

Aqua glanced over at Ven, hesitating for a moment. But then she nodded. "Good luck," she wished her friends. The Keyblade Master took off in a run after Riku, knowing that they couldn't waste any time.

 

Kairi stared back at her friends, seeing Aqua run past her. But...Namine, and Roxas... No. They were capable fighters, just like Ven. They could take care of themselves.

Sora locked his jaw, fighting his urge to stay behind as well. "C'mon," he said to Kairi, reaching over and grasping her arm before running towards the castle after Lightning and Terra and the others.

 

Rena "hmphed" when the Keybladers and the thief ran for the castle, the girl not surprised. This was what Warp expected to happen. Now she and her friends would kill off these three and then go after the others.

Kairi was forced to turn around, Sora's grasp on her arm making it so she had to follow him. She ran with him and the others, approaching the castle doors. She saw Riku put his shoulder into one, hearing him grunt as he slowly pushed the heavy door open.

 

Darren looked over at Zane, who met his gaze. They nodded to one another and Darren lifted his bow, an arrow already set for launch. He pulled the arrow back and released it, firing it at the sorceress's back.

 

Roxas sensed something coming and he put his back to Namine's as he lifted his Keyblade, blocking the arrow from impacting her when she was vulnerable. No way was that kid hurting his wife. Not a chance.

Namine silently thanked her husband for protecting her, her gaze on the other three who were running in towards them. She saw Ven go to meet them, but the blonde girl focused on casting a spell. Smoke started appearing in the area, something that would affect this whole area outside and trap her enemies in an illusion. She just needed some protection while she cast the spell; that was it.

Riku managed to get the door open, and he rushed in. The place reeked of Darkness, the scent making him frown and narrow his eyes. He turned his head every which way, wondering where the throne room was. That was where Warp was waiting.

 

Roxas heard a gunshot and casted his shield, which surrounded him and Namine. He saw the smoke appearing around him, and he knew what his wife was doing. All he had to do was make sure she didn't get interrupted.

Kamon's eyes widened when he saw the smoke rising so it was above his knees now, and he looked to see the girl who was being protected by the person in armor. "Get the witch!" he cried to his comrades, rushing in towards her. But Ven cut him off, sending him flying away from his target.

Roxas felt his adrenaline pump even faster through his veins at the holler, and because of that, he summoned his other Keyblade to his hand. "Get real!" he cried. They weren't getting anywhere near her!

Gual nodded to Rena and they both ran in, hoping to draw Roxas away from the girl so Zane or Darren could get in a shot. But as soon as Gual got close, Ven was on top of him. Rena managed to slip by, though, rushing for the blonde girl whose spell was starting to get to her.

Roxas turned his head, hearing footsteps. The smoke made it hard to see, but he saw a figure's shadow rushing towards Namine. He grunted, throwing Oblivion in Rena's direction.

Kamon used the smoke to his advantage, coming in at Roxas from the other side. He ran in at the kid and threw a punch for his head, hearing Rena deflect the Keyblade and then run in for the sorceress.

Roxas grunted, side-stepping at the blow to his head. It left him dazed for a second, and he fought to shake it off. I've got to protect Namine!

Namine saw the person running in, and she didn't have a chance to finish her spell. She paused it and lifted her staff, blocking Rena's attack. The latter grunted and pressed against the staff, but Namine wasn't going to give in. She shoved the girl off of her and then swung her staff, forcing the girl back a few feet. It was then that Ven stepped in and pushed her back even further.

 

Kamon came at Roxas again, this time moving to grasp his free arm since he never summoned back Oblivion. He would flip him and then make an open shot for the shooters.

Roxas recovered a second before Kamon got close, and he swung Oathkeeper with a battle cry. He wasn't giving up that easily. They would have to do a lot better than that if they wanted to take him down.

The smoke started to disappear because Namine lost focus, but she started picking up where she left off before. She gripped her weapon with both hands and made the smoke increase until finally..."Done," she said. "Roxas, Ven, retreat!" They'd get out of the smoke and the illusions would begin.

Roxas landed a hit on Kamon before he did as Namine said. He grunted, taking off toward the direction of the castle. He glanced over his shoulder, however, hoping Namine would stay close behind.

Namine ran after her husband, though she did call out to their other companion. "Ven, get the other two down here!" They wouldn't suffer from the illusions as much since they were at a higher elevation that wasn't as covered with smoke.

 

"Got it," Ven said, summoning his glider and flying out of the smoke before he flew up to where Darren and Zane were. He flew right at them, hoping to knock them down into the smoky area.

"No you don't!" Zane cried, lifting his pistols and firing both of them off. He wasn't about to get dragged down into that trap. He was smarter than that.

Namine ran out of the smoke, her breathing slightly irregular. She looked up and saw Ventus dodge the bullets and fly straight at Zane, impacting him with his glider. Ven had to hurry, or the spell wouldn't be as powerful on them once they got down there.

The impact caused Zane to fall from the balcony, the teen crying out. He landed roughly on the stone beneath, the area covered in smoke. He started coughing, not only because of the smoke but because the wind was knocked out of him.

 

Roxas panted as he ran, but he went over to an area that wasn't covered in smoke, knowing Namine would follow. He stopped and breathed heavily, hearing Zane cough in the clouds of smoke.

Ven jumped off his glider, summoning his Keyblade in a second as he ran at the last remaining enemy out of the smoke. "You're next!" he cried, swinging his Keyblade at Darren to knock him down.

 

Namine stopped by Roxas, staff tightly in her grasp as she looked into the smoke. She didn't see any silhouettes, so she assumed everyone in there collapsed to the ground. The illusions were starting to appear, no doubt. It would keep them all trapped for a while and buy those fighting Warp more time.
