Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Light's heart leaped in her chest at Riku's words, her eyes locked on his after she opened her eyes. "I love you too," she whispered in return, eyes shining in the moonlight. I love him...I love Riku.
Riku felt his mouth spread into a warm smile at those words, also feeling Light's hand still resting against his cheek. He'd never loved someone before in his life, but he loved her. He was in love with Lightning, somebody that he couldn't stand when she first arrived. It was crazy how things turned out.

Light smiled and held Riku's gaze, not feeling the need to say anything. She was happy with the moment and happy with Riku. Honestly, she didn't really feel like walking away from him anytime soon. But...what happened now? It was only so long before he remembered to ask her about what happened in her life while she was gone.
Riku kept his hold on Lightning, his eyes staying on her. "I...don't want you to go," he said softly, referring to how they had to separate soon to go home; it was late. But, he still wanted to be with her.

Lightning's smile softened at that comment as she nodded faintly. "That makes two of us," she said quietly. She didn't want to go home; she had hardly been apart from Riku the past two weeks. And she honestly didn't feel like changing that now.
Riku smiled at the words, glad to hear that the feeling was mutual. "...Then will you come home with me?" he requested gently. "Please?" He couldn't remember the last time they'd spent the night together, the only time he could recall being when he brought her home from Maleficent's and sat on the floor.

Light saw an opportunity to tease Riku, but she couldn't find the urge to after he begged her not to tease him so harshly earlier. "Alright," she said, voice gentle like his. "I'll come back with you."
Riku's smile grew and he nodded once. He tore his eyes from Lightning and looked over, seeing Jasmine wandering around. "Jazz!" he called, then whistling. The dog's ears perked before she came running over. It was time to head back.

Light finally took her hand away from Riku's cheek, her other hand staying on his shoulder as she took a small step back. It was time to get going, which was okay with her. The night air was a little chilly now.
Riku turned his attention to Light, and he lowered his hands from her sides. He was glad she was going with him; he didn't want to be without her, not after all he learned.

Lightning took back her other hand, using it to motion for Riku to start walking. She'd be by his side, but one of them had to walk first. It might as well have been him since they were going to his house.
Riku caught Light's motion, but he only smirked at her. "I've got a better idea," he said, turning around and holding his hands out when he bent over slightly. "C'mon," he encouraged her, motioning with his head for her to hop on his back as he looked over his shoulder.

Light looked to Riku's face, smirking slightly at his idea. But her smile changed to a more genuine one as she got onto his back, her arms gently wrapping around his upper torso. He didn't know it, but he carried her like this when he first brought her to the Land of Departure. But the circumstances were totally different.
Riku looked up at Light over his shoulder, his hands holding her legs gently but securely. He then looked forward upon hearing Jasmine bark, seeing that she was waiting for him on the path already. "Go on," he said, starting after her. She wagged her tail and then turned, starting up the path with him and Light close behind.

Light smiled softly at the dog, the girl looking over Riku's shoulder at the pooch. She was well trained all right. "You ever think about training her for combat?" she asked Riku randomly, recalling how ready the dog had been to attack Warp.
"Jazz?" Riku checked, lifting an eyebrow at the idea. "I guess I could, but I don't see any reason why. She's perfectly safe at home." There was no reason for her to have to defend herself, at least against people. Against other animals, that was in her blood. But people that were potentially dangerous, like those from the Darkness? Riku didn't think so.

"Mm," Light hummed quietly, looking down towards the ground. But Riku didn't see things the way that she had. Jasmine had been trained to fight. He probably did that as soon as Destiny Islands was frozen over. Now...she had to wonder...How did that happen? And why? Would it still happen?
Riku continued walking, following the path as he gazed forward. "Why do you ask?" he wondered aloud. That was a random topic to bring up, especially about Jasmine. But why?

Lightning kept her gaze on the ground, her arms not loosening around Riku. "...When I saw her, she was trained to fight, that's all," she said. Trained...and she utilized that training. She attacked Warp and gave Light time to move out of a vulnerable position.
"Mm," Riku hummed softly. That was right... Jasmine was the only one with him when Light showed up. He must have trained her well. He couldn't help but wonder, though, if there was a moment where Lightning actually saw Jasmine attack someone. It probably wasn't even worth thinking about, the boy getting closer to home.

Lightning nodded softly, glancing down to see her one arm was over top of the other on Riku's upper torso. She gently moved her hand on top down a little lower to sit on Riku's chest, the movement a natural one.
Riku felt warmth from within at the touch, the boy tightening his hold on Light's legs, but gently; he didn't want to hurt her. He followed Jasmine's lead, seeing her carry on her way toward his house, which was just up ahead.

"...She's a good dog," Light said after a few moments, looking ahead to Jazz. She had said it to the dog earlier, and she would say it again: Jasmine was a very loyal and strong pet.
Riku smiled a little, nodding. "She is, huh?" he agreed softly. She was obedient, which was good. If she wasn't, well, Riku probably would have had a fit. He had a short temper anyway.

Lightning hummed softly, briefly running her hand over Riku's chest before she lightly leaned her head against his. Jazz was a good dog...because she had a good master. Riku trained and treated her well; that was why the two of them had such a strong bond in the future.
