Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Kairi fought hard against her emotions, though the battle had never ceased. Sora and Riku were leaving, and though she didn't know for how long, it would still be sad. But it was more than her, wasn't it? It always would be...

Sora tried to chase away those thoughts, though it wasn't easy. Why did he feel so weird at the mention of all of them? Especially Ventus. He hadn't met them, had he? Eleven years ago, he was so young...how would he have met Keyblade Warriors then? None of this made sense to him, especially since he was sleep-deprived.
After a moment, Kairi released Sora's shirt from her grip. What was there to say now? Anything? Or were they just to go on with today and tomorrow like this...until he actually left?

Maybe I'll find out on this search, Sora thought, too distracted by his thoughts to noticed the difference with Kairi. For now, he would just have to focus on the mission and not ponder anything that he didn't understand.
Kairi let her eyes rest on Sora again, and she leaned her head to the side. "Sora?" she called. He seemed to be spacing out, and even though she was curious as to what he was thinking about, she wouldn't ask. It was none of her business, like the letter.

Sora blinked at the voice, coming out of his daze. He looked up and saw the look on Kairi's face, and he had missed something while he was thinking. "Sorry," he said, referring to spacing out. He pulled his arms back to his sides, wondering why it was so hard for him to focus on Kairi right now and not the three Keybladers. So bizarre.
"We...should probably head back," Kairi said softly. She wanted to be with Sora, but... She didn't even really know. They weren't really doing much of anything...and something felt off.

"Alright," Sora said with a soft nod. He didn't blame Kairi for wanting to be with the whole group, especially Riku. They were best friends too, so he knew that Kairi would want to spend some time with him as well before they left tomorrow.
Kairi nodded a little, and after holding Sora's gaze for a second, she dropped it to the ground. It was then that she turned away and silently started back the way they came. The next two days... They would be sad. And then tomorrow night, that would be awful.

A few days later...

Sora was just entering Ansem's computer room in Hollow Bastion, Riku behind him. He was quiet right now, but not because he was frustrated. For the first time, he actually felt like this was the place that his heart led him to. The first few days had been rough, first with leaving his girlfriend and other friends behind and then coming up empty on any leads on Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. It had only been a night ago that he stopped trying so hard and just listened for the subtle leading that his heart was doing, and now he and his friend were in Hollow Bastion. The brunet couldn't help but have a good feeling over this...He really felt like this was where they were supposed to be.

Riku walked into Ansem's computer room behind his best friend, his eyes darting around the room he'd seen a lot of in the past. But he wasn't sure why they were here now. Regardless, he trusted Sora's judgement, which was why he didn't ask any questions.

Sora glanced at the computer in passing, but he didn't feel like he was supposed to stop there. He walked forward through the next door, a path in front of him. The area was mostly gray, and he knew that when he finished walking the path and went down the sets of small stairs, he would be at the area where Heartless were once manufactured. He wasn't even thinking when he walked about where he was going; his heart was just having him walk in that direction, and he wasn't questioning it.
Riku arched an eyebrow in curiosity when Sora didn't stop in the computer room, but again, he didn't question it. He was supposed to follow his heart, wasn't he? So that must have been what he was doing. Riku wordlessly followed his best friend through the next door and along the path.

Sora reached the bottom of the second set of stairs, and he stopped a few steps away past the last one. It was a dead end here...Or was it? He didn't believe that it was; his heart was telling him that he was almost to the place he was supposed to be. There had to be something here he was missing...
Riku came to a stop in the wide open area, looking around and only seeing the same thing he always saw when standing up in the computer room. "Dead end," he said, crossing his arms. There was nothing here...
  • Author
"No," Sora said, shaking his head. It wasn't a dead end. He suddenly thought of something that had always guided his path, and he reached into his pocket, pulling out Kairi's good luck charm. For some reason, he felt like this had significance to the Keybladers he was searching for. He furrowed his eyebrows slightly and held it up in the air. Surprisingly, there was an immediate reaction. The ground beneath his feet and around him lit a up a little bit and a sound could be heard throughout the area, the floor spreading apart in front of him to reveal a secret area.
Riku's arms came uncrossed immediately, his eyes darting toward the floor that had suddenly spread apart. And from what he could see, there were stairs. But what they led to was the real mystery.
  • Author
Whoa, Sora thought, lowering the charm in his hand to his side when he looked down into the dark area. He squinted slightly to try and see what was down there, but he knew that there was only one way to find out what was hidden by the darkness. He started forward, trusting that Riku would be right behind him.
Riku composed himself and followed Sora, knowing that whatever was down there would be revealed to them soon enough. He knew that they had to be cautious, considering this area had obviously not been discovered before. However, he didn't sense any Darkness, so Way to Dawn wasn't necessary.

Sora kept the charm in his hand, the teen making a left turn when he was down the stairs. He walked forward until he ran into a fence, and he looked over it to see a long, spiraling path that went deeper into the ground. His curiosity spiked as he turned to the right and started following that path, able to see in the faint lighting where he was going.
Riku's aqua eyes darted around as he continued to trail Sora's footsteps. This was definitely out of the ordinary. How long had this been here, anyway? And who knew about it? If anybody they knew was aware of this, why didn't they say anything?
  • Author
It took a few minutes for them to reach the bottom of that winding path, and they both were silent except for the sound of their footsteps echoing throughout the area. At the bottom, there was a door, but it opened immediately when Sora stepped in front of it. The area in front of him was lit up more, and as he continued forward, he noticed that the area looked like it was full of jail cells. That was strange, but for some reason, his gaze focused on the door at the end of the hall.
Riku's head turned left and right as he progressed down the lit up hall, looking through the doors and their barred windows. What is this, a prison? he wondered silently. Was there anyone even down here? It looked like it was kept in good condition, all clean and whatnot. But still...this wasn't normal in any case.

Sora reached the door at the end of the hall, and like the last door, it opened as soon as he was in front of it. The next room was white with chains all over the floors and walls, and there was a chair in the center of the room. This time, Sora actually hesitated a second before he went in, his eyes scanning the area. He was here for a reason...it had to do with the Keybladers. But he felt like he was missing something for some reason.
Riku halted just inside the room, his eyes roaming the walls. "The Nobody symbol is everywhere," he pointed out, his voice echoing in the room. That meant Xemnas had to be behind this, the Organization. But what was this room even used for?
