Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku saw the ship that was headed toward Traverse Town lift into the air, and he followed it. He didn't bother looking back at the world he called home, because all he would see was its destruction. That wasn't what he wanted to remember when he thought of the Islands. Out of the corner of his eye, Riku saw Roxas and the others leave the atmosphere as they started toward Twilight Town, and he himself left Destiny Islands with his ship and Namine. He would have to get in touch with Lightning soon; she couldn't come back to a world that was now abandoned.

Namine and Riku were both pretty much silent on the way to Traverse Town, Riku only speaking to tell her everything that happened with their world. It was depressing, and she shed a tear or two, but other than that she forced herself to stay strong. This was far from over, and she was determined to help the Islanders in any way she could, even if it was just staying strong.
Riku pulled away from his mother, feeling her smooth his hair back and touch his face. "Mom, I'm fine," he tried, but she wouldn't stop. She admitted already how worried she was for him when he wasn't in town, but he explained that he had a good reason and they left it at that. He and Namine just got to Traverse Town, where Riku was reuniting with his parents after their home was destroyed. His mother was keeping him so occupied that he wouldn't notice if Namine wandered off.

I'll give Riku some time with his family, Namine thought, seeing how concerned his mother in particular was. She softly exited the house they were in and went outside, seeing a few groups of people still standing around and talking to each other. But Traverse Town was always prepared for new people to arrive, so most of them were in the places they would be staying. Namine was glad things were sorted out so quickly, and she hoped that things were going this well in the other worlds. She started walking, putting her hands in the pockets of her jeans as she started towards the Second District. There was no harm in doing a little exploring.
Riku looked to his father for help, but he only smirked at his son when his wife wouldn't move away. The boy gazed at his mother and continued to assure her that he wasn't hurt, and if he was, it was just a few scratches. Little did Riku know that Namine was gone, and somebody was trailing her in the shadows, one of the people responsible for this mess.

When Namine exited the First District and walked into the Second, she was immediately struck by how different it was in this area. No people lingered here, but...why? It wasn't like any Heartless were spawning. Regardless, she walked forward a few steps and looked over the area of the District, not sensing anyone following her.
"Such a foolish girl, wandering off alone." Jafar arrived in a puff of red smoke just in front of the door to the First District, blocking Namine's close escape. "One such as you should know far better."

Namine gasped, spinning around when someone spoke to her. And judging by his tone, he wasn't an Islander or a resident of Traverse Town. His appearance only supported that guess. "Who are you?" she asked, taking a small step back.
Jafar stayed in his place, unmoving as he gripped his staff. "Ah, that's right: you weren't with the Keybladers when so much was unraveled from tight knots," he said, smirking a little. He lifted his free hand to his chest. "I am Jafar, an all-powerful sorcerer who has managed to help in the destruction of your home and others alike."

"W-what?" Namine blinked, confused. Riku had told her that Hades and his Ice Titan were the ones responsible for destroying her home. But Jafar was saying he helped? She didn't understand how both could be true, since Hades was the main villain of his own world. Where did this...Jafar fit into things?
"You see," Jafar continued, seeing that the girl was confused, "ever since Maleficent's unfortunate demise, the Lord of the Dead and I have come together to pour Darkness over those worlds that stand in the Light. So far, we have been successful. Your world was only one of the few we have captured, and more will follow soon enough."

Namine felt her confusion turn to concern and fear, her sky blue eyes staying on the powerful sorcerer in front of her. She didn't know what to say, and she knew that running was pointless. She had a path to her left and to her right, but taking those paths would take her further away from the one person who could help. She really was foolish to walk off on her own.
"But those with the purest hearts stand in our way," Jafar explained, stalking slowly toward the girl that stood a few yards in front of him. "We've managed to dispose of those with the strongest of Light, but one small speck still remains." She was still alive. Hades' mongrels neglected to finish their assignment.

Namine's eyes widened, the brunette realizing then why Jafar was revealing so much to her. "You're going to kill me," she whispered softly in fear. Jafar wasn't going to let her live, because her Light got in the way of his plans. She had to make a run for it and get Riku!
"You jump to the point quite quickly, my dear," Jafar said with a dark smirk. "But for now, I believe that you could be of some entertainment to me and my fellow comrade." A spell would work nicely. "After all, seeing those streetrats scuffle about in fear of your safety and well-being is enough to satisfy me." For now.

Namine shook her head, eyes on Jafar. No way did she want to cause her friend to worry about her. She didn't know what the sorcerer was going to do, but she knew that it wouldn't be good. She took a step over to the side, preparing to make a run for it. Even if led her away from Riku, she couldn't just stand here and do nothing.
Jafar lifted an eyebrow slightly in interest, seeing Namine take a small step over. The girl was hinting at a game of cat and mouse, was that it? He continued his path toward her regardless, ready to summon his spell once he was close enough.

Namine took another step, seeing Jafar still getting closer. Riku...she wanted to shout, but she didn't bother. He wouldn't be able to hear her from here. "I'm not worth your time," she said to Jafar. He had worlds to be concerned with; why was he going to waste his time with her?
"On the contrary, you are," Jafar replied calmly, his voice slithering with Darkness and trouble. "You are one of the innocents that is close to the Keyblade wielders, so your harm should do quite well for now." Taking away the ability to speak would be a perfect plan, at least for the moment.

Namine's eyes widened, and again she took a step back. She turned to run away, knowing that she had a real problem on her hands. But she didn't know what else to do! She had no way of fighting back; she was nothing compared to a powerful sorcerer.
"Do not run away from me, you pest!" Jafar ordered, shooting a spell from his staff at Namine's feet to trip her up. He was not about to let her get away with such a stupid move; she wouldn't get away.

Namine tripped when Jafar shouted at her, the girl grunting when she fell forward and barely caught herself with her hands. But that was the least of her concerns. She gasped at the thought of the wicked man, turning her body to look at him. Oh no...
"Face your fears!" Jafar shouted, another red laser shooting out of his staff and forcing Namine's form to turn in his direction. He wanted to see the look in her eyes when she found out the truth.

Namine cried out softly, and though she lifted her arm to try and block the beam, it still hit her. She found herself rising to her feet, unable to move once she was upright and staring at Jafar with wide blue eyes.
Jafar approached Namine, standing just in front of the brunette as he glared down at her with dark eyes. "You will be the subject I use to spill the secrets within our plan, but you shall not speak it," he said lowly. She wouldn't whisper a word of it to anyone, which would leave them unprepared. "You will have to watch your friends squirm and be harmed because of us, while you stand outside the battle and know every little detail. You will suffer as well, my dear."
