Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine could only whimper quietly, her wide, fear-filled eyes locked on the man just in front of her. She felt moisture appear in her eyes, and though she tried to move, she again found that she couldn't. She was at Jafar's mercy.
Jafar lifted his staff slightly, pointing the glowing red snake eyes at the young girl's face. She would look right into it, and then the spell would begin to be cast. "Now listen very carefully..."

Namine's eyes were drawn to the head of Jafar's staff, the red eyes of the snake holding hers captive. She couldn't find her voice, and she couldn't find the strength to look away. Or the will. That was what scared her the most.
Jafar saw that his spell had been activated, so he began to reveal the plans that he and Hades had in store. It wasn't like anyone knew she was here, or what was happening. She was at his mercy.

Namine's eyes were locked on the snake's, though she heard every word that Jafar said to her. She wanted to tremble in fear at what she heard, because the fate of her friends wasn't a good one. But she couldn't break free of this. She couldn't do anything but fall under Jafar's spell.
Riku walked past the item shop in the First District, his eyes darting left and right for any sign of Namine. Once his mother finally calmed down, he noticed that she was missing. He didn't think that she was in danger, since this was a safe haven, but he did wonder where she was. He approached the door to the Second District and pushed it open, but the sight that greeted him made him grunt in surprise. "Namine!"

Namine heard somebody call her name, and it wasn't the dark voice of the sorcerer Jafar. But she couldn't tear herself away from the glowing red eyes of the snake, couldn't move to see who it was, or find her voice to respond. The spell was almost complete.

"Jafar!" Riku cried immediately, summoning his blade at the sight of the man. "Get away from her!" He ran forward and swung his Keyblade vertically to hit the sorcerer, but he vanished instantly.

"Do not be a fool," Jafar called from his new spot in the middle of the Second District. "You will see soon enough that your actions will bring you trouble. And the maiden will not be the one to tell you a word of this confrontation, or what is to come in the future." He vanished then, a red puff of smoke appearing as he disappeared from the world.

Namine blinked when the spell was interrupted, her dazed blue eyes finding the person who was right by her because he tried to attack Jafar. "Riku," she whispered weakly, feeling another affect from the spell: losing consciousness. Her eyes fell shut and she lost consciousness, her legs also giving out from underneath her because of that.
Riku turned his head, his eyes widening when he saw her faint. He dismissed his weapon and caught her in his arms, feeling her against his chest now. He looked down at her with surprised, confused, and worried eyes. What happened?

Namine came out of her faint an hour or two after it happened, though she felt weak as she started coming out of it. I'm...on a bed? she thought, feeling the softness beneath her. Little did she know, she was in the home where Riku's parents were, and her friend was with her.
Riku sat next to Namine's bed in a wooden chair, currently looking down at Jasmine as he rubbed her head. He didn't understand what Jafar was talking about, and he had been trying to come up with an answer for the past few hours, but he still had nothing. He at least hoped Namine was alright. He was meant to protect her, and if she was really hurt...

Namine grunted slightly, surprised to hear an audible sound leave her lips. Wasn't Jafar's spell supposed to take away her voice completely? She furrowed her eyebrows slightly and forced her eyes open, blinking a few times and seeing that she was inside a home.
Riku turned his head at the sound, his eyes widening when he saw that Namine was awake. "Hey..." he greeted softly, turning more toward her in concern. He was glad to see her conscious, but that didn't mean all was well.

Namine turned her head on the pillow, thankful to see one of her best friends was with her. And he was the one responsible for interfering with Jafar's spell, and apparently taking care of her after she fainted. But she was wondering...Could she respond to him? She just made a small sound, so maybe she could still speak. "Hey," she whispered in return, though she hadn't tried to keep her voice that soft. But at least she still had a little bit of a voice.
Riku leaned his elbows on his knees, his eyes still on Namine. "You okay?" he asked, tilting his head a little. He wasn't sure what happened, but he was worried enough to ask. But he would save that until later.

"I think so," Namine whispered, nodding faintly to Riku. She set her hands on the bed and slowly pushed herself up, planning on leaning back against the headboard. She didn't quite feel right, but she was so glad that Jafar's spell apparently didn't work.
Riku nodded a little, clasping his hands together. Good, that was really good. He made sure that she wasn't hurt physically when he put her in bed, but from within, he wasn't so sure.

Namine propped up the pillows and leaned her back against them, lifting a hand to tuck back her brunette hair. She shook her head faintly when she momentarily felt dizzy, but it went away. "It's good you came when you did," she whispered, looking over at Riku again.
"Yeah," Riku agreed with a small sigh. "Tell me about it." He'd been so scared that something awful happened. But maybe something did, and he just didn't know. Either way, he was glad Jafar was gone.
  • Author
Namine smiled weakly, knowing that because Riku came, she could tell him about what happened. Jafar had been casting a spell so she couldn't, but the spell wasn't complete, since she still had her voice. Her smile faded, seriousness taking its place. "He wanted to mess with me to taunt you guys."
"...Taunt us?" Riku asked, one eyebrow automatically lifting. What did that mean? How would Namine be used for that? He didn't think much of Namine's soft voice, mistaking it for her being drowsy.
  • Author
Namine nodded faintly. "He told me he was working with Hades, and he told me all they planned to do. And then...he started casting a spell to take away my voice, so I couldn't warn you." That was why she was whispering.
Riku's eyebrows furrowed at that, no longer lifted in question. "What, did he plan on torturing you that way?" he asked, assuming that was what was going on at the time. Why would he tell her something like that, unless he had a true purpose? What would be the point of telling her and then taking away her voice so she couldn't speak a word, if there wasn't some torture involved?
  • Author
"Mm," Namine hummed with a small nod. That was exactly it. And it would have been torture to her friends too, because they would have been worried about why she couldn't speak at all. But thankfully, it didn't come to that. Riku saved her from the full strength of the spell.
