Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora hummed with a nod. "Either way, they're not completely defenseless as it is," he said. Each Princess had somebody there to protect them. Jasmine had Aladdin, Snow White had her prince, Aurora had hers...Kairi was the only one he could think of that wouldn't have her 'prince' protecting her. But she had a lot of other protectors here in Radiant Garden. She'd be fine, even if somebody did come to hurt her. Which they wouldn't.

Riku nodded in agreement. "Right, which is why I think that we need to focus on trying to find out which world Hades and Jafar will go after next," he said. "We can't let them get so far that the Princesses become the next priority." The sooner they caught them, the better.

Kairi nodded slightly. She was...scared of the villains. All of them frightened her in some way. True, she stood up to Axel, but the Lord of the Dead and a creepy sorcerer? For some reason, she found that different than the situation with Axel.

"Right," Sora said with a small nod. But..."What I don't understand is why they went through all the trouble of attacking Destiny Islands and driving the Light away." It wasn't just for the world; it was because they wanted to hurt the Keybladers, wasn't it?
Kairi looked to Sora, believing she could answer that. "You guys were hurt when I left," she said softly, pointing out what she remembered of that day. "They were probably searching for some sign of vulnerability." Then they could make their move...right?
  • Author
Sora frowned at that, glancing over at Kairi before he looked back to Riku. "They know that Kairi and Namine make us vulnerable, but it sounds like they'll be safe for a while." What else would Hades and Jafar be doing when conquering worlds? Were there other targets? Not Aqua, because she was a Keyblade Master and she could defeat them, but there was another person new to their group who wasn't familiar with fighting villains like Jafar and Hades...
Riku nodded again, though he didn't say anything. The girls were safe, that was right. And they did make them vulnerable, but they still managed to have things in their favor. At least for now.

"Aqua was driven away from home too, but I doubt they'll attack her because she's strong enough to cause them some hassle," Sora continued, looking down towards the ground. He didn't want to say his next thought, because to him, it seemed like it was too convenient for Lightning to leave home right before this trouble started. ...She fell into the trap too, didn't she? Hades and Jafar must have had a hand in her leaving. But Riku wouldn't want to hear that.
Riku nodded again, uncrossing his arms. "That makes sense," he agreed softly. "And I know the fact that the combination of Lightning and Kairi being gone makes me twice as vulnerable, but..." He didn't see how Lightning could be connected to this. Hades and Jafar didn't know who Fang was...did they?

"...It's too convenient for them to just be coincidence, Riku," Sora finally said. He didn't know much about what Lightning was doing, but he didn't believe that this mission came out of nowhere. It was connected...somehow.
Riku lifted his eyes to Sora, which became hard at his friend's words. Lightning...he thought. Was she...okay? He hadn't spoken to her in a couple days, and he still had to contact her somehow anyway; she couldn't go back to the Islands after the Ice Titan put it in frozen ruins. "...I gotta go," he said, backing up a few steps. If Hades or Jafar touched her... He wouldn't let it happen. He had to reach her immediately.

Sora nodded slightly in seriousness. "Be careful." Riku didn't know what could be waiting for him when he reached Lightning. It could have already been too late. If Jafar went to Namine, then what was Hades doing during that time? What were the two up to now?
Kairi saw Riku nod before he was covered in light, and then donned in his armor. He hopped onto his glider and soared off without another word. Kairi knew he was worried; she could sense it in his urgency, and tell by the look on his face when Sora made a point. She hoped Lightning was alright...

In Traverse Town

Namine loved Riku's parents, but they asked her so many questions about...well, everything, that she felt uneasy. Riku didn't tell them about the Keyblade even after his parents found out about other worlds? Regardless, Namine politely excused herself to take Jasmine outside so she could do her business, the brunette staying close to the dog. She sat on the steps outside the house and clicked her tongue, Jazz running back to her and letting her pet her. Thank goodness you're still with me.

Roxas flew into Traverse Town, his heart beating rapidly from the worry that was coursing through his veins. He lowered his glider to the ground, catching a few stares from passerby, but he disregarded them, his armor disappearing and revealing his spiky hair and usual clothes. He started walking instantly, his blue eyes darting every which way. Where was Namine? What house did Riku say he was staying in again?
  • Author
Namine kept her gaze on the dog, gently petting her ears. Jasmine had a lot of patience, she had to admit. The dog hadn't left her alone since Riku left, and she was so glad the dog didn't run off. She needed a companion, one who would make her forget about the problems for a little while.
Roxas's eyebrows furrowed as he walked along the stone of the town, passing people. Some he even recognized from the Islands. It was good to see that they were doing well after all that happened, but...Namine. She wasn't doing well. Jafar hurt her.
  • Author
Namine glanced up when some people passed her, unable to help it. She was a little on edge, and understandably so. The rest of the Islanders were too, but for other reasons. Namine had known about other worlds, and been on them. But she was the only one who came here and was threatened by a powerful sorcerer. It was scary.
Roxas climbed up a small set of stairs and turned a corner, seeing some houses lined up here. Outside, he saw his angel. "Namine!" he called, instantly breaking into a run for her.
  • Author
Namine blinked at the call, looking in the direction the voice came from. Roxas! she thought in surprise, not calling out because she could only whisper. She stood up, Jasmine sitting down beside her as they both looked to the blond boy. What is he doing here?
Roxas kept running, covering the distance between him and Namine quickly. As soon as he reached her he grabbed her in a hug, wrapping his arms tightly around her. He closed his eyes, not caring if this was too sudden and random. She was okay...and that was what mattered to him.
  • Author
Namine only hesitated for a second before she wrapped her arms around Roxas, her body relaxing in his arms. He came, even though he should have been looking for Hades and Jafar. She was glad he came to her, though she felt selfish for that reason. The worlds needed him, but...so did she.
"You're okay..." Roxas whispered into Namine's hair, his face turned towards her. She was safe. Riku took care of her. That meant the world to Roxas.
  • Author
Namine nodded softly, keeping her eyes open but still savoring the embrace. "I'm okay," she whispered in response. She wasn't hurt physically, just a bit shaken up. She'd get over it. She had faced much worse in her past.
Roxas heard her soft response, and that made him squeeze Namine a little more tightly. Riku told him the story, so he knew why she couldn't speak normally. It made him upset, but at least she was alive and well. That was good.
  • Author
Riku told you, Namine silently assumed, knowing she didn't need to speak it aloud. It was pretty obvious, or else he wouldn't have taken the time to come here. He surely knew that she felt like the worlds were more important than she was, even if she did need him right now.
