Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Lightning grunted, doing a back-flip to avoid a swing from Vanille's weapon. That would have hurt, since the tips were so sharp. But she was worn out from the long battle, and when Vanille cast out the lines of her weapon and caught her in the mix, she couldn't help but cry out in pain.

"Fang!" Vanille cried, her accent present in her voice. Lightning couldn't move for a moment; now was as good a time as any for them to end it. Snow was going to be a pain to defeat, after all, so it was time to relocate and take Lightning with them.

"Got it!" Fang cried. She signaled to her Eidolon, pointing with her spear toward Lightning. "Bahamut, now!"

"No!" Snow cried, running toward Fang. He had to dodge-roll to the side, however, or he would have been scratched up by Bahamut's claws. Turning on his side, he saw the beast reach for Lightning with its mouth. "Light!"

Riku had just landed his glider when the cries reached his ears, the boy a few good yards away from the battle. Still clad in his armor, he grunted in fear when he heard the shouts. One was of authority, the other fear. And he understood why when he saw what was happening. Lightning!

Light only had time to turn her head, not able to tear away from Vanille's restraints in time even with Snow's warning. Her eyes widened at the beast who went at her left arm, and when he succeeded in biting down on the limb, she couldn't help but holler in pain, both because of the bite and because of Vanille releasing her from the restraints and causing her pain.
No! Riku started running forward instantly, even if he realized it was too late; Bahamut lifted Lightning up from the ground, taking her high into the air. He was going to kill her...

Light grunted at the pain, glancing down at the ground in time to see Odin fade away. And Vanille summoned her Eidolon away as well, since he wasn't needed anymore. Or so she thought. Light wasn't going down without a fight. She shut her mouth to muffle a sound of pain, swinging in the beast's mouth while keeping a tight grip on her gunblade. She had to get out of this, before Bahamut decided to kill her.
Bahamut soared higher into the air, ignoring Lightning's movements as he carried out his order to his master. Snow lifted himself up from the ground, watching what was happening before turning his eyes to Fang. "Fang, stop it!" he cried, running over to her. He pinned his arms around her, forcing her spear close to her side as well so she couldn't attack. "You have to stop this!"

Lightning's gunblade transformed so she could shoot bullets, the girl having a hard time keeping herself from swinging. And did she hear her arm bones snap, or was that just her imagination? Regardless, she lifted her gun and pointed it at the beast, shooting a few bullets into its neck so it would release her.

Fang ignored Snow, hearing her Eidolon cry out in pain. But why? "Bahamut!" she cried, struggling against Snow's strength. That witch. She hurt him!

Riku continued running forward, but when he saw what Bahamut was doing, he skidded to a halt in fear. Bahamut made a wide circle after its roar, and it didn't look good.

Light grunted in pain, shooting off one last bullet and hitting closer to Bahamut's face. She was swinging too much; she couldn't get in a shot without potentially hitting herself!
Riku watched in horror as Bahamut suddenly swung its head, releasing Lightning. She was way too high. She was going to die if she hit the ground! Instinct kicked in and Riku started sprinting, passing Vanille as he pursued the woman he loved.

Vanille heard Lightning cry out when she was released, and the force of the swing was enough for Lightning to release her sword. It stabbed the ground quite a distance away from her, but her eyes were on the girl that was going to fall to her death.
Riku watched Lightning as he raced across the grass, his armor clanking with every step. It didn't matter, just as long as he saved Light. She was so high in the air that he could judge where she would land, and that was when he skidded to a stop. He opened his arms and caught Lightning when she fell right to him, his judgement correct. Riku grunted, nearly falling to one knee because of the impact.

Light grunted when she was caught unexpectedly, the girl having been prepared for a hard impact. Because of that, she had closed her eyes, but she opened them when she realized somebody saved her. She looked up and was surprised to see that it wasn't Snow, but a person who wore familiar armor. Riku?
Riku looked down at Lightning from behind his mask, his chest rising and falling with heavy breaths. "Light..." he breathed. She was okay...He caught her.

"Good timing," Light finally managed to say, grunting slightly at the pain from Riku gripping the arm that Bahamut tried to tear off. Definitely broken; she couldn't move it at all. But she would have been much worse if she wasn't caught.

"Heh," Riku managed weakly, holding Lightning securely to his chest. He nodded once in agreement. But it was a holler of fury that caught his attention.

"No!" Fang shrieked, struggling against Snow once again. "How dare you?!" That was supposed to be her payment! Lightning's death was supposed to set her and Vanille free!

"I got 'em!" Vanille said, running towards the weaponless Lightning and the man that held onto her after saving her life. Lightning was still weak; they could end this now!

Riku grunted, taking a small step back. Oh no... He wasn't prepared for this. He hadn't even thought this far into this on-the-spot plan. He tightened his hold on Light, hoping that something would come to his mind, and quickly.

Snow's eyes widened, and he instantly loosened his hold on Fang. She took this to her advantage, throwing his arms off her and kicking him in the chest, sending him back. He landed roughly on the ground, and when he rolled over onto his side, he curled one hand into a tight fist. "Shiva..." he called, summoning his own Eidolon to take care of Vanille.

Lightning watched Snow's Twin Sisters get in the way of an aggravated Vanille, and she knew there wasn't much time. "Go retrieve my weapon for me," she said to Riku, not asking politely because there wasn't time. "It's time to go." They had to retreat from this fight.
Riku nodded, and he gently set Lightning down on the ground before he did as she said. He sprinted past the Shiva Sisters and Vanille, though he was sneaky about it. He grabbed the gunblade and yanked it out of the ground before he started to head back. Riku had to get Light out of here.

Light saw Riku running back to her with the sword, but she also saw her future brother-in-law still fighting Fang. "Time to go, Hero!" she called to him, pushing herself up to her feet. She wasn't leaving without him.
Snow dodged one of Fang's attacks, hearing the call. "I think a hero can take a time-out," he muttered. He then turned, heading toward the figure in armor and his sister-in-law. "Shiva!" he called, knowing his Eidolon would be his ride.

When Riku was right by her, Lightning took back her sword and quickly shifted Paradigms, seeing at least Vanille was prepared to pursue them. She cast Cure a few times, grunting roughly when the bones in her arm snapped back into place. But that was all she had time for right now. She put her sword away, knowing she didn't have the energy to summon Odin. She'd hitch a ride with someone.

Riku chucked his Keyblade into the air, summoning his glider. He glanced over his shoulder during the process, seeing that the blond guy he recognized as Snow was on his Eidolon. He climbed onto his glider then, holding a hand out to Light. "C'mon!"

Fang ground her teeth together, seeing that the others were trying to get away. She growled and started running, planning to pursue them. There was no way they were getting away from her.

Light locked her jaw and used her injured arm to pull herself onto Riku's glider behind him, seeing that Snow was coming up close. "Snow, you lead!" she said, her natural leadership abilities coming through. Riku didn't know where they were going.
