Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Kairi opened her eyes, looking up at the boy she loved. "It's not okay," she disagreed faintly. She stabbed him. How could she do such a thing, even under someone else's control? She was stronger than that.

"You were being used," Sora stated gently, his hand on Kairi's back curling around some of her shirt when his wound ached. "You couldn't help it." It must have been hard enough to snap out of the daze when she did.
Kairi shook her head a little, closing her eyes as another tear fell. "I should have been stronger," she said softly. She should have stood up to him, or something.

"You were strong enough to break the spell," Sora said quietly. "You fought back against the most powerful sorcerer alive, Kairi. That says something." She was incredibly strong in his eyes. He didn't know if he could have done the same if he was in her position.
"Because of you," Kairi replied weakly, gripping Sora's shirt a little more tightly on his chest. He helped her overcome Jafar's spell. She would have killed herself if he hadn't spoken up.

Sora smiled weakly, looking down at the girl that clung to him. He helped her snap out of it, but she was the one who did the real fighting. "I'm proud of you, baby," he said softly, meaning it deeply. She was so strong.
Kairi smiled ever so slightly as she opened her eyes, knowing Sora meant that; she could see it in his eyes. "I love you," she said softly. And she was so sorry for what she did, but he already knew that; there was no reason to say it again.

"I love you too," Sora responded quietly, his hand moving off Kairi's cheek to her back along with his other one. He always would love her, no matter what. And he would always, always fight for her.
Kairi lowered her gaze to the floor, lowering her head as well as she let Sora hold her. She would beg for his forgiveness. She felt so awful, so terrible for what she did.

"...Why don't you go get yourself cleaned up?" Sora asked softly after a minute or two, taking back one of his hands and looking at Kairi. He saw earlier that she had some...blood, on her pants. It wasn't much, but she would probably freak out later if she saw it. And he could take care of the kitchen a while.
Kairi nodded slightly, releasing her grip on Sora's shirt and pulling back. "Please, don't leave," she said, looking up at him a little. She would understand if he did, but she didn't want him to. She was scared Jafar would come back.

"I wasn't planning to," Sora assured Kairi, eyes softening as he took back his other hand as well. How could he after what just happened? And she didn't know it, but he couldn't get too far physically. He knew Aerith was on call to help the Islanders who moved to this world, so once the area was cleaned up, he'd call and ask for her assistance.
Kairi gazed at Sora for a moment before she nodded, then pushing herself up from the ground. "I'll be right back," she said softly, then stepping past Sora to leave the kitchen. She was scared to go back to her room, in case Jafar was there, but she needed to get cleaned up, like Sora said.

Sora nodded slightly, watching Kairi go and feeling grateful she didn't seem to notice all the blood on the ground. He pushed himself closer to the sink and then grabbed onto the ledge, grunting as he pulled himself up. A washcloth was already in there, so he reached for it, wet it, and then put soap on it before he got back down on the ground and started to clean things up.
Kairi reached her room, where a bathroom was attached. When she passed a mirror, she saw the blood, making her freeze in place. "Oh no," she muttered under her breath. Sora's blood. It was Sora's blood... Kairi felt her lip tremble, but she fought the urge to cry again as she hurried to her closet, grabbing a new batch of clothes to change into. She then approached the bathroom, that way she could wash her face.

Sora cleaned up the floor in the few minutes that Kairi was gone, though he was really hurting when he did it. He didn't want her with the burden of cleaning it up. He rinsed out the rag in the sink, glancing back at the floor and seeing it was all clean. And the knife was clean and back in its case, as if nothing happened earlier.
Kairi left her room in a new change of clothes, the tear stains on her face gone and her eyes no longer puffy or red. She walked down the hall and turned, stopping and putting her hand against the wide doorway to the kitchen. She saw Sora, relieved that he kept his word and didn't leave.

Sora blinked when he sensed a gaze on him, and he slowly turned around, seeing Kairi standing in the doorway. Even if he wasn't right in front of her, he could tell by the look in her eye that Jafar's spell wasn't haunting her at the moment. Would it ever affect her again? He didn't know.
"Can we...sit down?" Kairi asked, fighting the urge to cry again. She was going to be haunted by this; she could just feel it. Every time she looked at Sora, she would remember what she'd done.

"Y-yeah," Sora said, not sure why he stuttered. He lifted a hand and scratched his cheek, starting forward. He'd have to pass Kairi to get to the living room, and they could sit in there. But the phone was also in there. He had to call Aerith, because maybe she could help with the pain. But at the same time, Kairi probably didn't even know he was in pain at all. She must have thought the spell fixed everything...but it didn't.
Kairi nodded slightly, and when Sora got closer, she stepped over so he could pass her and get to the living room. She nibbled on her bottom lip, on edge and sad and confused and everything else. But something was nagging at her, in the back of her mind. It made her feel even more uneasy.

Sora walked past Kairi, seeing the couches of the living room up ahead. He went towards one and sat down, though he didn't lean back into the chair. The phone was on the table right beside him, but...if he called Aerith now, Kairi would be concerned. But he couldn't ignore his injuries...He was in a lose-lose situation here.
Kairi followed Sora, and when she did, she saw the blood stain in his shirt before he sat down. She pressed her lips together into a firm line, lowering her gaze to the floor as she moved to sit on the loveseat beside him. What had she done?

I wonder when the others'll show up, Sora thought randomly. They were all supposed to meet here today, but apparently he had been the first to arrive. But he had faith the others would come soon enough, and if they saw him just sitting here without having his wound treated, they would have scolded him. A lot.
Kairi set her hands in her lap, though she sat upright, tense. How couldn't she be on edge after what she just did? After what Jafar just told her to do? She nibbled on her lip and stared at her hands, not knowing what to say. Or do.
