Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"...Kairi?" Sora finally said after about half a minute, voice soft as he looked over at the girl beside him. His eyes softened at her position, but he couldn't take care of her when he was in this shape. As soon as he got bandaged up, then he could hold her as long as she wanted. He wasn't leaving any time soon after what just happened.
Kairi blinked, coming out of her daze. "Hm?" she hummed faintly, turning her head to look at Sora. She met his blue eyes instantly, seeing how soft they were. Was it because of her?

"...I wasn't able to take away any of the pain with a Cure spell," Sora revealed softly. "I have to call Aerith and have her come over and look at it, okay?" He wouldn't leave her, but if she was going to stay when Aerith was healing the wound, she would have to see him hurt. It was up to her which option she wanted to choose.
Kairi blinked, but nodded. "Yeah...sure," she said softly. His spell didn't work. Sora's, I mean. Jafar's worked...too well. She turned her head, looking away from Sora at the thought. She was a mess, and she didn't want him seeing her like this.

Sora grabbed the phone next to him, setting a hand on Kairi's shoulder as he spoke to Aerith on the phone. But...she said that she couldn't come look at him. She had too many other things to do. But there was a medical kit in every house, and so Sora would have to use that to get himself taken care of. He thanked Aerith even if he was a little stressed out that she couldn't help before he hung up the phone, putting it back where it belonged. Well this isn't good.
Kairi stayed silent during the phone call, but Sora's responses told her that he received a negative response from Aerith. Was she unable to come over? Too busy, tired? Kairi felt Sora's hand on her shoulder, and a part of her couldn't believe that he could touch her after what she did. She nearly killed him.

"Aerith can't come," Sora informed Kairi softly, leaning his side against the side of the couch so he could rest against something. He didn't like to admit it, but he felt weak from the...attack. But he couldn't ask Kairi to wrap up the wound she herself inflicted. It would have been terrible for her.
Kairi feared that was what happened, and she released a soft breath in sadness. "...There's a first aid kit in the bathroom. I'll go get it," she said, her voice weak. She pushed herself up from the couch, stepping past Sora so she could grab it.

"K-Kairi, you don't have to..." Sora trailed off, grunting when he turned his body to watch Kairi walk away. He couldn't possibly allow her to do this. She treated his wounds once or twice in the past, but never like this. Especially not since this would show how badly she hurt him when she was under Jafar's control.

"It's alright," Kairi said softly, continuing to walk. She tucked some hair behind her ear uneasily, though she allowed her red hair to fall over the other side and cover her face from Sora's view. It was just a first aid kit, after all...

Riku flew his glider into Radiant Garden's atmosphere, the place nearly dark by this time; the sky was a dim blue, nearly black. Light was with him, as she had been the last few days. He was still stressed over that, constantly looking out for her to make sure she didn't get hurt. Of course, that caused him to get a few injuries from Heartless himself, though they were easily curable. But now their search for Jafar and Hades was done, and they were meeting up with the others here to dish out any information they had.

Sora frowned when Kairi exited the room, the boy turning and facing more forward while still keeping his side against the couch. Why didn't his spell fully cure him? It must have been something Jafar did...He cast some kind of enchantment to make the wound worse. That must have been what it was.

Light got off Riku's glider when he landed in an open area that was surrounded by houses, the young woman tucking back some of her pale pink hair and looking around. Things between her and Riku hadn't really gotten better since their squabble a few days ago, but neither of them could put in the effort to fix things right now. Riku was focused on Jafar and Hades, and so was Light, though she was hunting them down to try and sort things out with Fang and Vanille. And protect the worlds, too, she guessed. She didn't really want any falling to Darkness.

Riku summoned away his armor and glider, looking around. The last time he was in Radiant Garden, he hadn't been in the residential district. But he believed Aqua told him which house was Kairi's. "This way," he said softly, starting down the cobblestone street, trusting Light to follow.

Light started after Riku, hearing their feet softly touch down on the cobblestone path with each step they took. Riku was always pretty serious in the past when it came to missions, but...He was pretty uptight about this one. She knew he was concerned for his home, but he didn't need to be so concerned over her. She was fine.

Riku walked, his eyes darting left and right continuously in search for Kairi's home. When he found it, he saw that a light was on, which meant she was home. Good. Riku glanced back at Light briefly before starting up the path, hoping Sora was here already, or somebody else. They were supposed to meet up.

Kairi returned to the living room carrying the first aid kid, her knuckles white as she gripped the handle. She came to a stop beside Sora and set the kit down on the other cushion of the loveseat, opening it. She would be the one to take care of his wound...the one she caused personally.

  • Author
Sora's eyes softened at how Kairi held herself, and he wordlessly shook his head. "You don't have to do this," he declared softly, lightly grabbing the lid of the kit with one hand and gently starting to shut it. He wouldn't let her near the wound anyway; it was probably bad.
Kairi looked up at Sora, still bent down so she could get the supplies out of the box. She looked at him with her blue eyes, meeting his own, but she didn't get the chance to respond. She heard a knock at the door and she turned her head sharply toward the front of the house, standing upright. Kairi felt a small amount of fear, but she knew Jafar would never knock. She started toward the door wordlessly, wondering who it could be.
  • Author
Sora silently watched Kairi go for the door, his gaze holding a bit of sadness behind it. Things shouldn't have been like this. Jafar shouldn't have been allowed to get so close to Kairi and make her do something so terrible. And Sora should have sensed the problem before anything happened. This situation was awful.
Kairi approached the front door and opened it quietly, revealing two people she hadn't seen in days. "Riku," she said, seeing him nod. And... "Lightning." She hadn't seen the latter in what felt like quite a while, but she was glad she was safe; Riku got to her before anything bad happened.
  • Author
"Mm," Lightning hummed with a slight nod, that being her greeting to the redhead. It had been a while, and like the last time Light saw her, Kairi looked stressed. But she wouldn't be bold and point that out; it was unnecessary for her to speak at the moment, so she wouldn't bother opening her mouth.
Kairi stepped aside wordlessly afterward, allowing her two friends inside. Riku walked in first, and she saw him wave lightly to Sora. But....that was the thing. When Riku and Lightning noticed the wound, they would want to know what happened. The thought caused Kairi to look down at the ground, pressing her lips together.
  • Author
Sora lifted his hand and waved slightly to Riku and Lightning, seeing the latter follow Riku in. She looked at him a little strangely, able to tell that he was a little paler than usual because of the blood loss. But she didn't bother saying anything, so Sora didn't either, even if the medical kit next to him was a dead giveaway that something was wrong.
Riku heard Kairi shut the door as he walked further into the living room, but that was when he spotted the first aid kit. "What'd we miss?" he asked, speaking more to Sora since he was the one beside the kit. What happened?
  • Author
Sora glanced down at the kit before he looked back up at Riku, not answering right away. How was he supposed to say this? "Just a little bit of an...accident," he said after a few moments, lifting a hand and scratching his cheek. But it was much more than that, and knowing Riku, he'd want all the details.

Riku stopped behind the other couch in the room, setting his hands on the back of it. "Accident?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow. What kind of accident? What kind of trouble could Sora get into here?

Kairi turned her head a little to look away from the door, her eyes finding Riku briefly before they went to Sora. He would want to know the details, wouldn't he? Riku was like that, especially when he missed out on the action.

  • Author
Sora saw Lightning lean against the wall and look at him, Kairi looking at him, and then Riku still staring at him. He lowered his hand away from his cheek, glancing towards the ground as he revealed the truth to the two people who just came. "...Jafar was here to mess with us again." Last time he got to Namine, and this time he got to Kairi. It was much worse this time, though.
