Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora shook his head softly against the ground. "I can't move," he said softly. He could move his right arm, but that was all he could do. He was too weak to even do much with that limb. How was he supposed to make it back to the house? Or, a better question: Where was everyone? At least Riku should have sensed the Darkness by now.
Kairi felt the tears wanting to spill, but she tried not to let them. This was her fault. Sora risked his life for her, when it didn't matter since Jafar got a hold of her anyway. She was too weak then, but when she had her Keyblade...she was stronger. She was nothing without it, wasn't she?

"Don't cry," Sora said softly to the girl he loved. "Things turned out good." He just hoped that not all of these wounds lingered like the one on his back did. He wouldn't have been surprised if that was the case, since Jafar was a powerful sorcerer.

"I'm sorry," Kairi said, apologizing for more things than one. She apologized for the tear that trickled down her cheek just then, and how she almost killed Sora a second time. It was awful.

Riku rushed down the cobblestone path, hearing the footsteps of the person he loved right next to him. His Keyblade was in his grasp, the scent of Darkness in the air. He couldn't tell that the source was gone, since the stench was so strong that it lingered in the world.

Sora smiled weakly, wishing he could lift a hand and wipe that tear away. "It's alright," he assured her softly. Everything was so much better now that Jafar was gone and he wasn't messing with them anymore. It was just that Kairi was the one who put an end to him.

Light ran beside Riku, her weapon not out yet. She wouldn't draw her sword until she saw the enemy. But...up ahead...she didn't see an enemy. She saw one person kneeling on the ground by another person. Those were the two that never came back from their walk.

Riku saw what Lightning did, and that was Kairi and Sora. But they didn't seem to notice them, obviously in a conversation. Riku summoned his weapon away, knowing there wasn't a threat around if his friends weren't being attacked.

Kairi shook her head a little, running her hand through Sora's hair again. "No it's not," she said weakly, her voice shaking because of how much she wanted to cry. Both in relief that Jafar was gone and because of all he caused.

"Yes, it is, Kairi," Sora said gently. It was alright that things turned out this way. Honestly, this was one of the best results he could hope for. He wished he wasn't in so much pain, but he would deal with it. He shut his eyes, eyebrows furrowing slightly in pain.
Kairi opened her mouth to speak again, but that was when she heard footsteps. She lifted her head, looking across Sora and toward the entrance to the abandoned area. "Riku," she said hoarsely. Thank goodness.

Sora opened his eyes at the name, first glancing up at Kairi to see where she was looking. He turned his head to follow her gaze, but the turn was a little too much. He grunted when he rolled onto his back, squeezing his eyes shut for a moment because of the agony he felt in his wounds. Still, it was good Riku was here; he could help.

Kairi looked back down at Sora at the groan, her hand leaving his head and going to his arm. She made sure it wasn't a wound that she touched, that way he wouldn't deal with any more pain because of her.

Riku came to a stop next to Sora and Kairi, kneeling down on the other side of his friend. "What happened?" he asked, his eyebrows furrowing instantly at the wounds he saw on Sora's body. Was it Jafar, or Hades?

Sora looked over at Riku, seeing Lightning kneel down beside him. "Jafar decided to pay us a visit," he said, frowning. But the sorcerer's plan backfired on him and Kairi was the one that defeated him instead of killing Sora. Thank goodness that was how it worked out.
Riku dug into his pocket instantly, though he only had a potion on him. It wouldn't be enough to heal every wound Sora had. He threw it up in the air, allowing it to settle over his friend's body. "You're really beat up," he said softly, eyebrows furrowing. "Good thing you got rid of him when you did. I don't think you could've survived one more strike."

Sora shook his head faintly, feeling some of his wounds heal. But the ones on his chest and back still hurt pretty badly. "I'm not the one who got rid of him," he responded quietly, shifting his gaze to the girl on the other side of him. Kairi killed Jafar.

Riku's eyes narrowed and he followed Sora's gaze to their best friend. "Kairi?" he said, his tone showing disbelief. She got rid of Jafar?

Kairi nodded a little, though she didn't want to keep the attention on herself; everyone could worry about her later. Sora was the one who needed care. She looked down at him, lifting one hand to rest against his cheek. "Riku, can you help get him back to my house?" she asked softly. He needed to get healed up, and she knew just the person to call.

Sora smiled weakly up at Kairi, seeing how she changed the conversation. They'd have to talk about this later; Jafar being vanquished was a big deal. Surely Light and Riku were curious, though the former was staying quiet.

Riku nodded once, answering. "Yeah," he said softly. He would have to get Sora up first, which would be the hardest part. But then they could get him back to Kairi's and have him relax. They all could, though not for long. One villain was gone, but there was still one more to take care of.

Kairi saw the look Sora was giving her, noticing that smile. She winked lightly at him, a faint smile of her own on her lips as she pulled her hand away from his face and sat back. Her tears were still lingering in her eyes, but she could cry later. Sora was more important.

A single, soft chuckle left Sora's lips at Kairi's wink, the brunet feeling some amusement along with the pain. He glanced away to the side and saw his Keyblade laying there a few feet away, so he summoned it away before he set his hands on the ground, grunting as he started pushing himself up a little.
Riku waited until Sora was situated to help him up to his feet, where he slung his friend's arm over his shoulders and gripped him by his belt to hold him up. They started back towards Kairi's house, the redhead behind with Lightning.

Lightning walked behind Riku and Sora, watching how the latter was still pretty beat up even after Riku gave him a potion. She couldn't see the wounds directly, but she had a feeling a lot of them were ones that couldn't be cured by a spell. Jafar really wanted to kill Sora, and he nearly did by inflicting injuries he couldn't do anything about.
Kairi walked behind Sora and Riku beside Lightning, though her eyes rested on the boy she loved. She still felt like crying, but for many different reasons. Her curse was gone; Jafar was no longer inside her head. He was dead. And most of all...Sora was alive. She was so thankful for that.

"Hey, Riku," Light called, keeping her pace behind the two boys. She knew that they probably wouldn't leave now until Sora was taken care of, so maybe she could go to the library again. But this time, she would be going to the library in the castle. Surely it was infested with Heartless, but...she didn't want Riku worrying about her, or her research.
"Yeah?" Riku replied, adjusting his grip on Sora a little. They were near Kairi's house; it was just around the corner. Once they were there, Sora could get some needed rest.

"I have something I want to do," Light said. "So I'll catch up with you guys later." Maybe...she would go back to Destiny Islands. While Riku was busy helping out his friend. It wasn't to go behind his back...She just didn't want him to worry.
Riku's eyebrows furrowed a little at the statement, but he continued walking. "Be careful," he said, glancing over his shoulder somewhat. If there was trouble, he wanted her to get a hold of him somehow. She couldn't be reckless.
  • Author
"Right," Lightning said, eyebrows furrowed slightly. She'd try her hardest, but in the end, she probably would do something reckless. Finding a way to unfreeze the Islands was worth taking a risk or two, even if there was no rush on solving that problem. She turned around and started walking a different path, one that would lead her to the outskirts of the town and to the castle.
