Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"A little better," Sora responded quietly. He wished he had a better answer than that, but he still wasn't feeling too good. But...Kairi was with him. How could he be upset when that was the case?
"Good," Kairi said with a small nod. She kept up with her movement, though her eyes never left Sora. Only one lamp was on in the room, since it was nearly dark outside the house. But she still had enough light to see Sora.

"How are you?" Sora asked softly. They hadn't spoken of her condition since she was freed from Jafar's grasp. Did she feel at peace, now that he was out of her head?
"I'm okay," Kairi said quietly. Now that she didn't have Jafar inside her head, she was feeling some peace. But she was exhausted too. She wasn't sure if it was the stress or how much energy left her when she used that spell against the sorcerer. Maybe it was both. Kairi didn't really know.

"You sound tired," Sora commented softly, opening his eyes and looking up at Kairi. He heard it in her voice, and now he saw it on her facial expression. She needed to get some rest.
"I am," Kairi confirmed with a faint nod. "But I'm alright for now." She just wanted to make sure Sora was okay; he was hurting, and would be for a few more days. Sleep could wait.

"And so am I," Sora responded, shutting his eyes. "Go get some sleep, Kai." He didn't need anything right now, and if he did, he felt well enough to get up and get it. Kairi needed to take care of herself too after everything that happened.
Kairi's smile disappeared, though there wasn't much to it anyway. She stopped her movement in Sora's hair, just looking at him. He wanted her to go? She was hesitant, mostly because she didn't know if he would need something that she couldn't get when she was on the other side of the house, and she just wanted to be with him. That wasn't too bad...was it?

Sora's faint smile faded away, his eyes opening again to look at Kairi. "We could both go back, if you want," he suggested softly. The bed was big enough for two, and it was probably more comfortable than the couch. They could both sleep.
Kairi felt a blush make its way to her cheeks, and she nodded a little before glancing away. Sora must have read her mind. He was good at that.

Sora smiled softly up at Kairi, lightly shaking his head in her lap. "I can read you like a book," he joked softly. But that was exactly what he did most of the time. He was almost never oblivious to what Kairi was feeling.
Kairi smiled faintly, glancing back at Sora as she took her hand away from his head. "I know," she said softly. He loved her, and her heart was connected with his. She wasn't surprised at all how he could read her mind, even after all the years they spent together.

Sora's small smile grew, the teen nodding faintly while also recognizing it was time to move. He moved a hand and grasped the couch, grunting slightly as he started to pull himself upright.
Kairi's eyes trailed Sora as he sat up, her gaze staying on him. She was so happy things with Jafar were over. Life without Sora, if she had completed her task, would have been awful. She doubted Jafar told her to end her life because he knew she would be miserable. He was just cruel.

Sora fought the urge to touch his aching wounds, knowing it wouldn't do him any good. "C'mon," he said softly to Kairi, pushing himself off the couch carefully. It was time to get some more rest. And then tomorrow, everyone would probably set off to face Hades.
Kairi got up from the couch when Sora spoke, going with him to her bedroom upstairs. It was quiet throughout her home, but she was comfortable with it. There had been too much noise and chaos lately; she and Sora needed this silence.

Sora and Kairi went back to the bedroom, and he only bothered to take off his shoes before he climbed into the bed. He wanted to hold Kairi, but with his chest wound aching so much, he didn't think it was such a good idea.
While Sora got into bed, Kairi grabbed some clothes that would be more comfortable for her when she fell asleep. She glanced back at Sora before she entered the bathroom, closing the door behind her and beginning to undress.

Sora laid on his side and shut his eyes, though he would try to stay awake till Kairi got into bed. He couldn't help but wonder where his friends were. If he had to take a guess, they were preparing to leave the next day. But Lightning wandered off a while ago; had she ever come back? If not, where was she?
Kairi finished dressing into some shorts and a tank top, then leaving the bathroom. She caught sight of Sora in her bed immediately, and she smiled softly. Now she could sleep with him without worrying about hurting him, or having any nightmares of Jafar.

Sora heard Kairi come in, but since she was behind him, he didn't bother turning to look. The strain would have been bad. He stayed still, at peace as long as Kairi was with him. Things could only get better now that Jafar was out of their lives.
Kairi approached the bed, crawling in beside Sora; the bed was big enough for the two of them, so they had plenty of room. She brought the covers up over her waist and then tucked her arm under her pillow, resting on her side as she faced Sora. She looked at the back of his head in silence, nothing but love behind her gaze.

"Goodnight," Sora said softly, feeling Kairi's gaze on him even if he wasn't looking. He hoped she slept well, because he would be comfortable as long as she was with him. Tonight would be a good night to catch up on rest.
Kairi smiled a little, her gaze remaining on the boy she loved. "Goodnight, Sora," she said softly. She turned over in her bed a little to turn off the lamp, the room becoming dark. She rolled back over onto her side and closed her eyes, a soft breath leaving her as she rested beside the person she was closest to in the worlds.

Sora breathed calmly when the lights were out, the area silent except for his and Kairi's breathing. He fell asleep within a few minutes, at peace for the first time in a while, even if Hades was still out there. At least the girl he loved was safe.
