Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua smiled a little, though it was mostly in relief. "Of course," she said softly, lifting her hand back to sit in Terra's hair, his head still in her lap. She was glad the marks could be removed, but even if they were permanent, she would have thought Terra was still handsome. He always would be in her eyes.

Terra looked around the circle, seeing Ven, Riku, and Roxas within his vision. "Everyone else okay?" he asked. Hades was gone, and that must have meant that Fang and Vanille were also gone. The danger had vanished completely with the Lord of the Dead vanquished.

Roxas nodded, seeing Riku do the same. But then he realized that there were only five of them, not six. He turned his head, to where Lightning was supposed to be. But, she wasn't there. "...Lightning?" he called, turning his head in the opposite direction. Where was she?

Riku blinked at the name, and he instantly felt awful. How could he have forgotten? He looked from Roxas to the area where she had been fighting Fang and Vanille, but there was nobody there.

Ven grunted at the name of his big sister, looking around to see if she was anywhere. But she wasn't, and neither were any signs of Fang and Vanille. Did something happen with the three of them that he missed? Was his sister okay?

Lightning didn't hear the call directed for her, the young woman reaching the end of her path that led her higher into the structure. She looked up and saw her two crystallized friends, the two of them connected spiritually but not physically. They had never left here; it had been a trick all along that they were freed. That they were able to be freed. I'm sorry I couldn't find a way to save you, Light thought to her two friends. I've failed my family.

Riku stood up from his spot, his eyes dancing around the area. "Lightning!" he hollered, hoping to catch her attention. She was nowhere to be found. ...Is she okay?

Light fought the moisture that formed in her eyes, the young woman knowing she didn't have many friends left. Snow, Serah, Hope and Sazh. They were her family, and they were the ones she should have stayed with. Instead of going out only to get wrapped up in events that caused her heartache. She curled her hands into fists and started back down the path. There was no point looking her failure straight in the eye. She should have found a way to save Fang and Vanille already, and now it was probably too late.

Ventus stood up as well, looking around. "Where could she have gone?" he wondered in worry. There was no sign of what happened to his big sister. He tried to think...He tried to remember what could have happened. He ran off from his battle to help Terra, which meant that Vanille could have gone to attack Lightning as well. Had she...died? Did she...fade away?

Riku let his eyes find Ventus, and he saw the look on his face. "She's not dead," he said, eyebrows furrowing. He wouldn't believe that. Lightning didn't die.

"But...where is she?" Ven asked, looking up to Riku. There was no place she could have wandered off to from where he could see. This whole area was open, and since it was impossible that she would just vanish...He didn't know what to think. Lightning, where are you?
Riku looked away at the question, not having an answer. I...don't know, he thought bitterly. He had no idea where Lightning was, and that scared him. But he was also infuriated. How could I have forgotten her?!

Lightning reached the bottom of the path inside the tower and ducked a little bit to exit it. She blinked when she saw that not everyone was gathered around Terra anymore, the man on his feet and looking alright to her. What was everyone looking for?
Aqua thought she saw something move out of the corner of her eye, and she turned her head. She blinked when she saw the girl they were looking for. "Ven," she said softly. There she was. Lightning was alright.

Ven looked at Aqua when she spoke to him, but then he followed her gaze. He breathed a sigh of relief, running over to Lightning. She was by the pillar...What was she doing over there? Well, whatever the case, he was just happy she was alright.
Riku saw Ven run off, but he knew why, so he stayed back. He felt relief wash over his heart when Light was there, on her feet. She didn't appear injured, so that was good.

Ven had been about to hug his sister in relief, but he skidded to a halt in front of her. He looked her over, seeing that she had some burns on her legs. "What...?" He looked up at her face, seeing her shrug slightly. She was wounded?
Aqua stood next to Terra, though her eyes were on the boy she considered her "little brother" and his sister. From where she stood, Lighting appeared to be alright, and that made Aqua smile a little. Hades was gone, and everyone was safe. All was going well. Now they just had to return home...whenever it was back to normal.

Light grunted in surprise, Ven grabbing onto her arm. Her sleeve was covering that arm, but that limb hurt because of Fang's attacks, not burns. "Ven," she protested, her younger brother starting to drag her over to Aqua and Terra. She didn't know that he was taking her back so she could be Cured; she didn't know what to think, sad because of everything. But of course, her mask should have covered that emotion.
Roxas watched as Ven dragged Lightning back over, though he was confused as to why he was doing that. Did she not want to be over here? Was she hurt? Was there something else wrong? He didn't know, so he just stood there, staying silent for right now.

Ven stopped in front of the two people he spent a lot of his life with, looking to Aqua once he released Light's arm. His sister stood next to him, and he glanced over briefly to see she was confused by Ven's sudden action of dragging her over here. "You have any magic left?" he asked Aqua, looking back at her. Lightning obviously needed a healing spell.
Aqua's smile was gone by this time, and she nodded a little to answer that she did. She had some left, enough to heal what wounds Lightning had. She summoned her Keyblade and pointed her Keyblade to the sky, focusing on a Cure spell for Ven's sister.

Lightning looked down at the ground when the spell was cast over her, her pale blue eyes going back up once the spell was complete. "Thanks," she said, sounding like the stoic soldier she was. The soldier she had to be in order to keep her emotions hidden right now.

"No problem," Aqua said with a weak smile, summoning her Keyblade away. She looked from Lightning to Ven and then to the other boys. What were they going to do now? Go back home?

Riku had his eyes trained on Lightning for right now, wanting nothing more than to be by her side, but there was something wrong. He could just feel it. But...what?

Ven looked over and saw the way Riku was staring at his sister, though Ven couldn't quite decipher the look. He hadn't spoken since Light came back, and he looked worried now. He probably just wanted to see if Lightning was okay for himself.
Roxas felt a bit of tension in the air, but he had something he wanted to do; it would, fortunately, give him a reason to escape whatever was going on here. "I'm gonna go see Namine," he said, catching Aqua's eye. She nodded to him and he lightly waved. "I'll see you guys later." He summoned his armor and glider and then took off, leaving Gran Pulse to go be with the girl he loved.

Terra watched Roxas leave, his gaze going back to the group. "Well, no point sticking around any longer," he said. "Let's head back to Radiant Garden." Sora and Kairi were probably wondering what was going on.
Aqua nodded at her boyfriend and stepped away, pushing the small button on her arm that allowed her armor to appear. She then summoned her Keyblade and threw it into the air, calling to her glider so she could go back to their safe haven.
