Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Lightning caught Terra and Ven take a few steps away as well, summoning their armor and gliders. They were so different from her, Keyblade bearers. She didn't really belong in their presence. Their fates weren't supposed to be intertwined. She looked away, up towards her home world. That was the place where she belonged.
Riku stayed where he was, seeing the others get ready to leave while he remained in his normal clothing. "Lightning?" he said softly, holding out his hand. Was she coming back with him? More importantly, was she okay?

Light glanced over and saw Riku, holding out his hand. She shook her head lightly and looked back up at her home. "I'm going home for a while," she said quietly. She needed her family.
Riku blinked, then closing his hand into a small fist and pulling it back. "...I understand," he said softly, nodding slightly. She was homesick... He got it.

Ventus looked over at Lightning, on his glider already. "Light?" he asked in question. Why wasn't she coming back with them? He didn't get it.

Lightning didn't bother answering Ven's unspoken question, nodding faintly to her brother in farewell. She waved slightly to him and Riku before she turned around and started walking, knowing where there was a ship that carried passengers between the worlds. She'd take that.

Riku watched Lightning go, confusion in his eyes. What...was wrong? Did he do something? Regardless, Riku couldn't stay. He brought his hand up and pressed the button on his lower arm, his armor appearing. He summoned his glider wordlessly, walking over to it and climbing on.

Lightning didn't turn around, only continuing to walk. The only difference was that her mask lowered some, and her hands were curled into fists by her sides. She had a lot of thinking to do. The only thing she could picture in her mind was Ven being concerned with Terra instead of worrying about his biological sister. She wasn't as valuable to him as she thought she was.
Riku glanced over his shoulder at the woman he loved, but her back was to him. He then faced forward, tightening his hands around the handles of his glider before summoning a portal for them all to use. He took it first, disappearing from the world with Aqua right behind him.

Lightning heard all four of them leave, her eyes shutting for a few moments before she looked forward again. She had to give up her search on how to save Destiny Islands for a while; she had some soul searching to do. What was she supposed to do now that she realized she misjudged her relationship with her little brother?
Roxas headed in the opposite direction as his friends, and he was near Traverse Town already, given the speed of his glider. He saw it up ahead and felt himself get excited, looking forward to seeing Namine. It'd been a few days too long since he'd been with her last.

Namine was in the first district with Jasmine, the brunette having taken care of the dog in Riku's absence. She didn't mind, since Jazz was so obedient and she was a good companion. Namine randomly found that her voice came back sometime yesterday, though she didn't understand why. Maybe Jafar's spell just wore off.
Roxas summoned a portal to enter Traverse Town, and when he did, he saw that the first district was quite crowded. He guessed most of the people were islanders from their home. Regardless, there was a clear area near the world's exit that he used as a landing, the boy getting a couple stares from a few people when his glider settled on the ground.

"C'mon, Jazz," Namine clicked her tongue, starting up the set of stairs in front of the accessory shop. It was time for her to take the dog back to her home; it was getting too crowded out here for Jasmine not to be on a leash. The dog followed, neither girls aware of the new presence in their world.
Roxas let his armor fade along with his glider, the boy starting toward the center of the first district. He weaved through a few people, looking around for the girl he loved. He saw some brunettes, but none of them were Namine. His eyes roamed the small cafe to the left, but then they located the stairs that led to the accessory shop. That was when he spotted his beloved, a smile forming on his face. "Namine!" he called, starting forward immediately, weaving through people in his way.

Namine stopped at the top of the stairs, blinking when she thought she heard somebody call her name. She turned around and looked, immediately noticing the boy who was weaving his way through the crowd. "Roxas!" she called without thought, a wide smile starting to form on her face. He was alright!
Roxas caught Namine's eye and smiled more at the way she said his name, the boy moving through another few people before his feet found the stairs. He started climbing them, his eyes on the girl he loved.

Namine smiled, going down the stairs to meet Roxas. She wrapped her arms around him as soon as she was close enough, so happy to see him. It had been a while since he came here, so he must have been busy with something. And it was probably something dangerous.
Roxas wrapped his arms around Namine's lower back, holding her close as he stood a step below her. He closed his eyes upon hugging her, keeping his arms tightly around her. "...You're a sight for sore eyes," he told her with a smile. He missed her.
  • Author
Namine shut her eyes, standing at Roxas's height because they were on different steps. "So are you," she said softly, so happy to see him. And he wasn't hurt, either. Where had he been these past few days?
"Hm," Roxas hummed softly, opening his eyes as he looked to see Riku's dog not too far off, waiting at the top of the steps. At least Namine had some company while he was gone.
  • Author
Namine silenced her questions, lifting a hand off Roxas's upper back and setting it on the back of his head. She lightly weaved her fingers into his spikes, the girl having wanted to feel his spiky hair for days now. Now that she could, she was going to enjoy it.
Roxas felt his form relax at the gesture, missing something so affectionate and intimate. "I missed you," he said softly, his voice able to be heard over the low buzz of the voices in the district. He'd wanted to see Namine for days.
  • Author
"I missed you too," Namine replied, her voice the same volume as Roxas's. She had been waiting for a few days, hoping that he would come back to her. And now he did. She knew he would.
Roxas's smile softened until it was gone, curiosity taking over. "You've been okay?" he said softly, the words coming out as a question. He hoped so. He never wanted Namine to suffer through anything, especially by herself.
  • Author
Namine nodded faintly, though she verbally answered anyway. "Yeah, I've been okay," she said quietly. She was still scared about Jafar as long as he was out there and worried for her friends, but she herself hadn't gone through anything bad.
