Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Good." Everything was good. Roxas was with Namine, Jafar and Hades were gone, and the Darkness was obliterated. Everything was back to normal, except for the Islands. They were still frozen.

"Are you okay?" Namine asked next, opening her eyes and turning her head to look at Roxas a little. He seemed alright to her, but she had to ask anyway. She loved him, after all, and she wanted to know whenever he was hurt or upset.
Roxas pulled back a little, though he kept his hands on Namine's waist. "I'm fine," he said with a small nod. "Just a little tired." Battle always took a lot out of him. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Namine pulled back a little as well, her hands moving to Roxas's shoulders as she looked to his face. "Did something happen?" she asked, tilting her head. Was everything alright now?
Roxas nodded again, though he took the time to explain. "We just fought Hades on Cocoon," he said softly, not wanting to reveal the news too loudly so someone could overhear. "He's gone, and so is Jafar." It was over. Everything.

Namine blinked in surprise, having not expected that both villains would have been defeated in the few days Roxas was gone. "So, everything's okay now?" she asked softly. Obviously she wasn't including Destiny Islands in that question; none of them knew how to unfreeze the world. If it had been as simple as defeating Hades, it wouldn't have been frozen in the future Lightning saw.
Roxas nodded a third time, a small smile appearing. "Yup," he said in response. Everything was fine, except for the Islands. They still had to figure that out. But for right now, they got to relax. And Roxas needed that relaxation.

Namine smiled softly, relieved. "Good." The worlds were safe, and all her friends were alright. Roxas would have told her if something was very wrong with them. Now they could focus on recovering the Islands.
"Mm," Roxas hummed gently, his eyes on the sky-blue of the girl he loved. She was glorious to him after the last few days, which had been full of stress and Darkness. Now, he had peace and his angel. Everything would be fine.

Namine's soft smile remained, the girl leaning in and giving her boyfriend a light peck on the lips just because she could. She missed him, so much. She was glad that he was back with her now, safe.
Roxas closed his eyes at the small kiss, and once it was over, he smiled more widely at the girl he loved. He got to be with her now, and he didn't have to leave for any emergencies. "From now on, I'm all yours," he said quietly. And he hoped she was okay with that.

"Glad to hear it," Namine said, her small smile growing a little. She just wanted to be with him, after being separated in such a harsh way. She was still glad he stayed with her the night after Jafar got to her; she had really, really needed him.
Roxas smiled still, happy to hear that Namine was glad about it. If she wasn't, well, there would be a problem. He would have tagged along anyway.

Namine only smiled at Roxas, her eyes on his. There wasn't much to say, even if a lot probably happened while they were separated. As long as they had each other, it was good enough. Everything was fine the way it was.

A few days later

Riku didn't bother going back to Radiant Garden, knowing that Terra, Ven, and Aqua would fill Sora and Kairi in. Instead, he informed his parents about the Keyblade, something he'd been avoiding for too long. His parents didn't say anything once he finished, so he took the moment to leave, saying he would be back later. But he didn't really know if that was the truth; he didn't want to endanger them, so he took off. He was on his glider, but he had no real destination. That is, until he saw the world just up ahead.

Lightning stood at attention in front of Lieutenant Amador, the man handing her a new shoulder guard. In the few days she had been back in Cocoon, she reenlisted in the Guardian Corps. Serah knew about what was going on with her emotionally, and she didn't like the idea of Lightning rejoining the Corps to escape her problems, but she couldn't stop her. The young woman accepted the shoulder guard with blue stripes, the color representing her new rank: Officer.
Lightning. Riku knew she had been home the last few days, so that was where he would go. He flew over Gran Pulse once he was in the world, instead focusing on going to the world above it: Cocoon. He wasn't sure where Light even lived, but he would find her. His heart led him here, so he knew he would see her soon.

Lightning saluted her lieutenant, though he had never really been strict about formality. Regardless, they said their farewells and Lightning returned to her home. Her first shift started tomorrow, and it would be boring since it was just patrol. But it was something to do. She needed to forget about everything that happened within the past month and figure out what she needed to do to survive. It was that simple.
Riku landed on what looked like a beach of some kind, something similar to his back on the Islands. But it was more crowded and there were restaurants and cafes nearby. His armor disappeared and he blended in quite well with his normal clothing, but it didn't matter much. He walked along the beach, his eyes darting around for Lightning. Something told him she wasn't here, but he would keep looking. He wasn't going to rest until he found her.

Lightning's younger sister, Serah, waited for her older sister to return from her meeting with Amador patiently. She needed to talk to her, and be a good sister to her. Lightning was suffering, and she was worried about her. The girl who looked much like her sister sat on the edge of a long pier, legs dangling over the water and swinging a little through the air. Where was she?
Riku walked along the beach a little further, his aqua eyes darting around all the people in search of the girl he loved and missed the last few days. He did a double-take, stopping in his spot when he almost passed a pier. That girl...and that hair. "Lightning?" Riku called, tilting his head.

Serah smiled weakly, shaking her head a little when she heard the call that was directed at her. This happened pretty often, since she and Lightning had the same hair, just different styles. "Nope, sorry," she called, looking over her shoulder to see the young man staring at her. But...who was he? She had never seen him before.
Riku blinked, lifting a hand to the back of his silver head. "Oh...My mistake," he said with a small nod. But...she looked similar to Lightning. Was she...her sister?

Serah shrugged lightly, taking it in stride. "It happens a lot," she said to the stranger. "She's my sister." The two of them did look pretty alike to people who didn't know both of them.
Riku lowered his hand from his head, his eyebrows lifting. So he was right. "You're Serah..." he said, thinking aloud. This was who Snow was marrying, and this was Light's sister. He could definitely see the resemblance.
