Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Lightning glanced over at Hope, and he looked back at her, lightly squeezing her arm before they parted. She stood on Serah's side while Hope stood beside Snow, the man she was giving her sister away to. But no matter how drastic this was, she knew it wasn't a mistake. She looked down the aisle, seeing others making their way to the front.
Riku watched a few others start down the aisle, but his eyes were mainly resting on Lightning. She looked stunning. He'd never seen her so dressed up before, but now that he had, he knew that he was lucky. She was his, and she looked amazing.

Serah came down the aisle last, in a beautiful white dress that complemented her features and made her look wonderful. Lightning kept her eyes on her sister even after the crowd started rising to their feet, her sister walking with confidence even if she didn't have her father escorting her down the aisle. She wasn't alone, and she never would be. Snow and Light would both be there for her. It was enough.
Snow's hands, which were originally clasped in front of him, now fell to his sides, the man looking at his wife-to-be in a stunned silence. Serah... She looked wonderful, beautiful. A smile formed on his face, one that anyone could read as one that belonged to love.

Serah Farron smiled at her future husband, seeing his expression. This is it... She had no doubts about this, only happiness. She was going to be with the one she loved now. And she wasn't leaving Lightning alone; her sister had someone to be with too. Someone that she would love the rest of her days. Serah stopped in her place, turning around and handing her flowers to her sister, who nodded faintly to her in encouragement. And then the wedding began.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. Snow, you may kiss your bride."

"Gladly," Snow said with a smirk. He lifted his hand to Serah's cheek and leaned down, planting a gentle but loving kiss on her lips. She was his now. They were united.

Riku, along with the other people in the audience, stood from his seat and clapped for the bride and groom. Even if he didn't know them all that well, he still had a small smile on his face. He brought one of his hands to his lips and whistled, though he wasn't the only one in the crowd to do so.

Lightning rolled her eyes at all the whistles, though it was in good nature. She would have clapped if she didn't have the flowers in her hands, but since she did, she just smiled softly and looked at her sister. She wondered...what this day would look like for her, if she and Riku made it this far.
Riku watched as Snow and Serah separated, and then started down the aisle. Smiles were on both of their faces, but they had a reason to be happy. They were just married, and now it was on to a celebration.

Light watched the two disappear from her sight, Serah and Snow off to get some quick pictures while everyone else mingled and then went to the reception under a nearby tent. Once they were gone, the music changed and the people in the audience started moving, talking to each other now that the ceremony was done with.
Riku saw that everyone was moving to talk to their friends, but the only other person he knew here was Lightning. He stepped out of the row he was in, walking toward her. She looked so beautiful. He still couldn't keep his eyes off of her.

Lightning glanced over at Hope and saw him with Snow's NORA friends, fitting in amongst them surprisingly well. He had hated them before, but now they were friends. She was glad. She caught movement out of the corner of her eye and looked over, seeing Riku coming up the aisle.
Riku felt a crooked smile form on his lips when his eyes met Lightning's. He approached her, and when he was a few feet away, he spoke. "You look beautiful," he told her. "You might just one up your sister." Of course, Serah looked beautiful as well. That was the way it was supposed to be; the bride was supposed to look gorgeous.

Light smiled softly, looking at Riku in front of her. "And you might just one up Snow." He wasn't dressed up nearly as nice, but he still was really handsome in her eyes.
"Heh," Riku laughed once, his crooked smile still in tact. He glanced back once he was in front of Light, seeing the bride and groom taking pictures. He doubted that, but he shrugged slightly as he looked back to Light. "I got some stiff competition."
  • Author
"Not in my eyes," Lightning said with a soft smile, her eyes still on Riku's. She didn't care about any other guys; she loved Riku, and he would always be the most attractive guy around in her eyes.
Riku's smile turned softer at that, and he lifted a hand to set on Lightning's cheek. He ran his thumb briefly over her skin before lightly brushing a few loose tendrils away from her face. "So, how does it feel?" he asked. "Being a bridesmaid in your sister's wedding?" Was she happy?
  • Author
"It feels good," Light said with a soft nod and a smile. "Serah's happy, and she's with someone who'll always love her and cherish her." Lightning was okay with giving Serah away to Snow.
"Mm," Riku said, turning a little and looking back to the married couple. "You're right. She's in good hands." He could tell by the way Snow looked at Serah that he cherished her, more than humanly possible. Or so it seemed. That was probably more than enough.

"Mm," Lightning hummed with another small nod. Riku must have read her mind, because that was exactly what she had been thinking. Serah was in good hands.
Riku's smile was still on his face, and he tilted his head slightly as he gazed at the couple that were laughing together, still taking pictures. They reminded him of Sora and Kairi. He could see his friends in their place.

Light looked down at Riku's dress shirt, seeing how it was a little wrinkled at the shoulders. She lifted her hands and ran them over his shoulders, smoothing out the fabric in silence. She could feel Riku's muscles underneath the shirt, and she smiled faintly just because she had a boyfriend who was so strong in every way. She adored him.
Riku felt the soft touch, and he lowered his gaze to the woman he loved. His smile remained as a new thought popped into his mind. What about...us? Would they be the ones in Serah and Snow's place sometime in the future?

Light then lifted her hands and fixed his collar, lifting her gaze to him as she performed the action. "I never would have guessed you could clean up so well," she confessed, not smirking but staying genuine as well as serious. Riku looked...really nice. Older.
"Hm," Riku hummed softly, feeling Light mess a little more with his shirt. "I'll take that as a compliment." It wasn't a difficult thing to do, since he knew she was being sincere.

Light hummed in return, taking back her hands once the action was done. There, now Riku's shirt was a little less wrinkled. She wasn't too surprised that he wasn't wearing a tie; she had been unable to imagine him in one.
