A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Light felt herself start to doze off on the way to the beach, since she was so comfortable with Riku she could let down her guard and trust him. The fireworks would be starting soon enough, so she would want to be awake for that.

Riku reached the beach in a few minutes, spotting multiple groups of people already there. But it was dark. Why? What was going on? He saw a big dome in the middle of the beach, but what significance did that have?

Lightning peeked her eyes open, the noise from the people waking her up. She saw where they were, and she saw one side of the beach more open, even if it would take a few minutes to walk over there. "Head over where it's emptier," she requested softly in Riku's ear, voice drowsy.

Riku smiled softly at the sound of Light's voice, reading her tone. "Did you fall asleep back there?" he asked softly, starting across the beach like she requested. She sounded groggy.

Light smiled softly, shutting her eyes again. "Yeah," she confessed softly. "And I may just do it again." She was more tired than she thought if she literally couldn't keep herself awake. But then again, there wasn't much of a reason to right now with Riku carrying her.

"Hmph. Alright then," Riku said softly, continuing to walk. He had a good grip on her, so she would be alright until he reached their destination.

Light nuzzled her face against the side of Riku's head, eyes shut as she was relaxed. In Riku's mind, this was probably just another time when he was carrying her to show off his strength. In Light's mind, this was another time when she was being carried so she could be near him, and learn to not depend on herself so much. It was important to her every time she let him help her.

Riku walked across the beach for the next few minutes, but when he stopped, he squeezed Light's legs. He felt her face against the side of his head, and he lightly nuzzled his head against hers. "Light," he said softly.

Light didn't respond to Riku's call right away, more out of it than she had been a few minutes ago. The beach they were on was quieter and only had a few palm trees on it, no shops or anything that would draw people out here.

Riku smiled to himself, finding Light to be extremely adorable. "Claire," he called gently, his voice a little louder than before. She must have been really out of it, though he didn't blame her. The last few days, she had been busy with Serah's wedding, and the bachelorette party the night before.

Light felt a smile tug at one side of her lips at how Riku called her, the girl waking up. She hummed to show that to him, though she didn't open her eyes just yet. She'd need a minute, though they had less than that before the fireworks would start.

"We're here," Riku told Light softly, his hold around her not loosening. She was still out of it, so he wasn't going to let her go. Not yet.

Lightning opened her eyes, turning her face so she was looking towards the dome that sat on the ocean. "Look out at the dome," she told him softly. "And you'll see why we came." The fireworks would start at any second.

Riku looked the same direction as Light, his eyes on the dome. He didn't see anything at first, but he grunted slightly when lights suddenly appeared from within it. It caught him slightly off guard, and he heard other people express signs of awe from where he stood. Fireworks?

Light looked over at Riku, keeping her eyes on him once the fireworks started. He was off guard now, but once he realized they were just for fun, his expression would change to a lighter one. That was the expression Lightning was waiting to see.

Riku was unaware of Lightning's gaze on him, his eyes focusing on the dome. It was filled with tons of fireworks, spreading all kinds of colors around the beach. His surprise melted away after a minute, a small smile forming on his lips as he held Light. There were two reasons why he was smiling. One was because of how cool it looked, and because this was the surprise Light had in store for him. The other reason was because it reminded him of home, Destiny Islands. They used to have fireworks at their festivals.

Lightning smiled, giving Riku a peck on the cheek before she leaned the side of her head against his and gazed at the fireworks, her arms still wrapped around his torso. Everything was just like she remembered it. And it was beautiful.

Riku felt his smile grow at the intimate gesture, his hold on Light tightening slightly as she remained on his back. He kept his eyes on the fireworks, admiring the scene before him. Kairi would love this. Namine too.

Light watched from her spot on Riku's back, believing she saw a small ship near the fireworks. Snow and Serah, she thought, smiling faintly. They told her what they did last time with the fireworks, and how one of them exploded right in their faces. Flying around in the dome really wasn't smart, but...she wondered what it was like.

Riku saw a ship fly by the dome, and it momentarily confused him. He didn't recognize the people, since he and Light were farther away from the dome. Regardless, he continued to watch the show, enjoying the peace it brought.

Light hummed, smirking slightly when the ship went into the dome. "Snow and Serah are getting a view from the inside," she said softly. An idiotic thing to do, no doubt, but she bet it did look pretty cool.

"That's them?" Riku asked, making sure he completely understood. So, they were the ones on the ship then. Huh, he thought, finding it interesting. He had a feeling that was Snow's idea. He seemed like the kind of guy that would do something like that.

"Yup," Lightning said with a small smirk. "They're the only two reckless enough to get on a ship and fly into an area like that." Most people didn't have ships, but Snow did because he was in NORA.

"...I can think of someone else," Riku said, smirking to himself. He wondered what it was like inside the dome. It would probably be pretty cool. He wondered if Lightning would be up for it.

"Yeah...I might be able to think of someone too," Lightning said, shifting her gaze to Riku. He would want to fly around in there. Well...she was up for it too.
