Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku turned his head, meeting Light's gaze. "Want to?" he asked, the same smirk still on his face. Nobody would know he was on glider, he hoped, or else he could get in trouble again. But he doubted anyone would notice.

"Sure, as long as we're careful," Light said with a small nod, her hold on Riku loosening. They'd just check it out for a few minutes. It wasn't likely that they'd get the chance to do this again anytime soon, so they needed to take advantage of this.
Riku's smirk grew, the boy loosening his hold on Lightning as he nodded. "We will be," he told her softly. He would be sure of it. He wouldn't let anything happen to her.

"Alright," Lightning said with a small nod, moving her hands to Riku's shoulders and getting down since Riku's grip was loosened enough that she could. "Let's go." She saw Serah and Snow leave the area then, apparently having had enough of the fireworks. They had to leave for their honeymoon now.
Riku was glad they were in a secluded area, away from the crowds; he had to summon his Keyblade. He did just that, his trusty weapon appearing in his grasp. He put an arm in front of Light protectively, even if he didn't need to. It was an automatic reaction as he tossed his Keyblade into the air, summoning his glider.

Light glanced down at Riku's arm in front of her before her eyes went to the Keyblade that formed into a glider. She always thought that was cool. There was no other way to view it except to think it was pretty awesome.
Riku lowered his arm from in front of Lightning, looking at his glider with a small smile. He loved that he had one; it would have been hard to get around without it. He turned to Lightning and motioned with his head for her to get on, the boy starting over a second after. She could sit in front.

Lightning caught onto Riku's motion and the look in his eye, understanding what he implied even if he didn't speak. She was meant to sit on the front. She remembered doing that only twice, and one time was in the future. Regardless, she went for the bike.
Riku stopped next to his glider, which was hovering a few inches off the ground. He glanced back at Light, letting her get on first. "Remember, Riku. Ladies first." His mother's voice suddenly entered his mind, making him think of home. He ignored it for now, knowing he had plenty of time to think of his parents later.

Lightning got onto the bike, this being the first time when she was in the front but not sitting on Riku's lap. She had ridden on the back of his glider more times than she could count, with her arms wrapped around him and her body pressed against his back. Riding with him was always a nice excuse to stay close.
Riku climbed on after Lightning, sitting right behind her. Once he was settled, he put his hands on the steering bars of his glider, though he had to peer over Lightning's shoulder to do such a thing. "Ready?" he asked her, though softly, since he was talking in her ear.

Lightning leaned back into Riku lightly, turning her head and looking at his head right over her shoulder. "Yeah," she said softly. She was ready to go.
Riku smiled a little. "Hold on," he said, then taking off. He guided his glider up into the sky, that way they could fly high over the crowds on the beach, and then around the dome. This would be interesting.

How am I supposed to hold on? Light mused, holding herself onto the bike with her knees. That was the only thing she could think to do, since Riku was behind her and he had a grip on the handlebars. Ah well; she'd stay on between his arms.
Riku peered over Lightning's shoulder as he directed his glider, the two of them getting closer to the dome. It didn't take long until they were near it, and he steered his vessel around the wide dome, his eyes on the fireworks. Up close, this view was much better.

Lightning turned her head to look at the fireworks, seeing how they were even more glorious up close. Maybe Snow was onto something when he brought Serah this close. This was pretty cool.
Riku had a small smile on his face for the next few minutes, flying around the dome for that amount of time. But then he got an idea, Snow influencing the decision. "Wanna go in?" he asked Light, looking to her, his arms still on either side of her.

Light smiled, glancing at Riku before looking back to the dome. "I'm game." She wanted to know what the inside looked like, since Snow and Serah seemed to think that it was so spectacular. And nothing would happen as long as she was in Riku's arms.
Riku smirked and then turned the glider, he and Light going through the invisible barrier of the dome. His eyes danced around once they were inside, fireworks going off all around them. "Whoa..."

Light gasped, her facial expression changing at the magical scene she saw before her and Riku. The fireworks were popping and expanding so...softly. Everything was so coordinated and perfect that the fireworks actually looked gentle. Her pale blue eyes lit up like a child's would, a trait Lightning never thought would surface again.
Riku forced himself to focus on steering, though he caught a little of the expression on Lightning's face when she turned her head. He smiled to himself, steering the glider around a firework that just exploded. This was pretty neat, he had to admit. He'd never seen anything like it.

"...Whoa," Light whispered, mimicking Riku after a few moments of the two of them being silent. Her eyes danced around to the different colored fireworks, a yellow one calmly going off to her and Riku's left. This was...incredible.
"Neat, huh?" Riku said softly, lifting the glider a little to go over one of the fireworks that just went off. He was surprised they hadn't been hit yet, but he was being careful. That was probably why.
  • Author
"Yeah," Lightning agreed softly, gently leaning back into Riku and feeling his strong torso against her back. "It is." And she was glad that she was sharing this with him. There was nobody else she would rather be with right now.
Riku glanced down at Lightning when she leaned back, but then he looked up at where he was going. "I don't blame Snow for bringing your sister here," he said softly. It was a creative idea, and it obviously won Serah over. He wondered if he could have done the same with Light. Probably not. She was different from her sister in certain aspects.
