Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Terra looked over when Aqua called him, and Ven wisely stopped swinging his Keyblade when he saw that Terra wouldn't block it. Judging by her voice, she wanted him to come over. He started over, his Keyblade staying in his grasp as he walked over and Ven followed him.
Aqua's expression was one of seriousness and determination, and a little bit of anger. She glanced at Sora before looking back at Terra and Ven. She needed a little assistance, and it would be simple.

"What's up?" Terra asked, stopping by Sora and Aqua and seeing the latter's expression clearly. She was really ticked about something...What had the two of them been talking about that had Aqua so worked up?
"Can you watch him?" Aqua requested, motioning to Sora with her hand. "I need to go take care of something." She wanted to make sure Sora didn't run off while she was gone; she wouldn't give him that opportunity.

Sora saw both Terra and Ven arch their eyebrows in curiosity, and Sora was sure that his expression was the same. "Aqua," he said lowly, in disbelief. She didn't have the right to keep him here against his will.
"That's Master Aqua," the young woman told the boy strictly. She wouldn't let him talk to her like she had no role to play here. She brought him home, and she was going to make sure he stayed here, whether he liked it or not.

Ven looked between Sora and Aqua, surprised that she actually used her title here. She never did that before, as far as he knew. She was really having a problem with Sora. He turned to look back at the brunet, seeing him glaring at Aqua.
Aqua's glare was an equal match to Sora's, and she switched it to Terra and Ven. "I trust you," she said with a small nod. Don't let me down. She then stepped past Ven, going in the direction that Sora came from. It was time to find Riku and Kairi; they needed to have a talk.

Sora glared at Aqua even after she walked away, though he noticed Terra nod in response to Aqua's request. He hated this. He couldn't say he hated her, but he hated how she was ruling over him. If she was a true friend, she wouldn't have done that.
Aqua's anger melted away for a second as she walked away, her back to her three friends. She hated being angry with any of them, especially a boy who was suffering. But...she had to use authority, or else he would have run off. She couldn't let that happen again...

Terra looked to Sora, eyebrows furrowed slightly when he saw how he was staring at his best friend. "Are you going to behave?" he asked, still holding his Keyblade in his hand.

Sora looked to Terra, his glare softening some since he had no reason to be angry with that man. He didn't know...was he? He shifted his gaze to Ven, seeing that he appeared serious. Sora couldn't take down two Keybladers...nor did he want to. So he nodded curtly, saying that he wouldn't defy them.

I'm sorry, Sora, but I had no other choice. Aqua took a small turn up a path, planning to find each teen at their own homes. She needed to find out what was going on; it wasn't right that Sora felt he needed to leave his home. And it wasn't right that he was losing his friends for no good reason. Of course, Aqua was about to find out what that reason was.

Ven noticed Terra nod, but he also saw that he kept his Keyblade in his grasp. And Ventus still had his, so if Sora tried anything, he would quickly be stopped. But why would he do that? He didn't have any real reason to lash out, did he?

The next day...

It was mid-morning when Aqua finally left for the beach, and she approached it within a few minutes. She already saw Terra and Ven here, sparring, as always. Roxas and Namine were around too, but she was looking for Sora specifically. After her talk with Kairi and Riku last night, Aqua found out some very interesting...and frightening...information. Sora needed to know right away.

Sora was laying down on the beach, his hands behind his head as he tried to relax. He had been there for a while, but of course, he wasn't feeling peace of mind at all. How could he after yesterday? Aqua forced him to stay yet again. He had tried to be polite and warn her before he left, but maybe in a day or two he's just disappear. That was his right.
Aqua walked through the sand, waving at her friends as she passed them by. After a small smile from Roxas, she continued on her way, her eyes searching for Sora. She found him not too far off, and she was glad. Keeping this news from him all night was difficult, but...telling him would be just as hard.

Sora had his eyes closed, the sun in a position where it would have blinded him if he looked up. He would miss this, basking in the sunlight. But not nearly as much as he was already missing his friendships. But it was over...He had to accept that. And he had to convince himself that the loss of his Light wasn't affecting his thoughts at all. The Darkness wasn't trying to take him back...Right?
Aqua was relieved that Terra and Ven had kept their word, seeing that Sora wasn't trying to run off like yesterday. The young Keyblade Master approached him, coming to a stop next to him and leaning over, her head blocking the sun from Sora's face.

Sora noticed a change behind his closed eyelids, something creating shade over his face. He could only imagine two people bending over his head like that, and one of them wasn't speaking to him, so he guessed on who it was. Aqua. "Can I help you?" he asked, keeping his eyes shut as he waited for a response.
Aqua frowned slightly at Sora's tone, but answered him nonetheless. "I have some information to share with you," she replied softly. "It's about Riku and Kairi." She was sure that would win him over toward the conversation, but this boy was unpredictable these days.
  • Author
Sora exhaled a soft breath, knowing that Aqua most have spoken to them without his permission. Regardless, he was interested in this information that she had for him. He opened his eyes and looked up at her. "I'm listening."
"It seems they have a reason for avoiding you after all," Aqua continued then, her eyes on Sora's. "They've been having nightmares about Vanitas." It was strange, and horrifying she was sure, but it was the specifics of it that made it worse.
  • Author
Sora furrowed his eyebrows, Aqua's words catching his attention. He sat upright before he turned his head to look at her. "Vanitas? Both of them?" That didn't make sense; Riku wasn't one to have nightmares. Kairi was, but why would Riku be dreaming of Vanitas?
"Yes," Aqua answered seriously with a nod, her eyes staying on the boy in front of her. It was unfortunate that both of them were suffering from them, but it was that much weirder. Was it coincidental, or was there a reason behind it?
  • Author
"But what does that have to do with avoiding me?" Sora asked, eyebrows staying furrowed both in skepticism and concentration. This really wasn't making any sense; why didn't they just say something?
