Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Odin landed in front of the stairs of the castle that was in ruins, Lightning's gaze going to that. Nobody was here; she could just sense it. "I'm sure nobody will think to search this world, but we'll hide inside for a little while anyway," she said to Kairi, getting off the horse that was kneeling down so Kairi could get off more easily. And while we're in there, I'll come up with a plan.
Kairi nodded slightly. "Okay," she said softly, turning her body before gently sliding off the Eidolon. She looked up at the castle in front of her, just staring at it. It looked like it had so much potential, and it must have been beautiful. But it was destroyed...

Light nodded slightly to Odin, the summon vanishing at her cue. She then waved for Kairi to follow her as she started towards the castle, hands automatically in fists by her sides. Her friends were captured, and she had the duty of protecting Kairi. That wasn't too good in her eyes, since she believed she wasn't a good protector. But she still wouldn't let Sora and Riku down. Failure wasn't an option.
Kairi followed Lightning instantly, knowing that it would be bad if she disobeyed and something happened. She started climbing the steps, her eyes going from Light to the castle again. She hoped Sora was alright, and Riku too...and her other friends. She didn't know what she would do if anything worse happened to them.

When the two of them were inside and the door was shut behind them, Lightning walked a little ways to a staircase. She sat down on one of the lower steps, looking out in front of her. She knew one thing for certain, and that was that she had to lure Darren out of the castle in order to find out where it was. But the only way to lure him out without being suspicious was to use Kairi. And that couldn't happen. Think, Lightning. Find a work-around.
Kairi walked a few paces in, though she looked up at the area above, and at the window she could see. This place must have been amazing when it was in good shape, but that was how the Islands were as well. She wondered if things were still frozen there, since Sora told her it was thawing out. Sora...Kairi thought, bringing a hand to her heart. Please be alright.

"Use your enemies tools against them," Lightning could practically hear herself say, her gaze blank as she tried to think. The clones. Reprogram a clone for your own use...use them to trick Darren into coming out? It could work...if he took the clones back to his castle and she could track them, then she'd discover the information she needed and then go in. But she couldn't take Kairi with her, nor could she leave her alone...
The last few days had been difficult, but they were easy compared to what was happening today. Kairi looked back up at the window, seeing the sunlight pour through the designs. Sora would be alright, wouldn't he? He was strong... He had to be okay, because she couldn't survive without him. That was plainly obvious sometimes, whenever he saved her. She would have been dead if it weren't for him.

During her years searching for Ven, Light did a lot of research on the worlds and some key people. She knew the Princesses had pure hearts, and those hearts were probably easy to track. So she couldn't just leave Kairi here. Purity...the protection of the Light...Where could she find a place like that to leave Kairi? There had to be some place where she could be absolutely certain Kairi would be safe.
Kairi lowered her hand from her heart, though her gaze stayed on the window for another moment. However, she turned, her eyes finding Lightning. She looked like she was deep in thought, so Kairi wasn't going to disturb her. There wasn't much to say anyway.

Lightning kept scheming for a little while, ignoring the few moments when she felt Kairi's gaze on her. Eventually, she came up with a plan crazy enough to work. You used trickery to deceive us, she thought of Darren. Now it's my turn. "Kairi, it's time to get moving," she finally said, pushing herself up and looking at the Princess.
"Where're we going?" Kairi asked then, seeing that Lightning looked determined enough to get up and moving. But where were they going? Darren found her pretty quickly, and she was sure he would find her again, no matter where they went.

"A world that rejects Darkness," Lightning said, keeping her gaze on Kairi. "You ever hear of Disney Castle?" In her research in the past, she found that the place expelled all evil people because of some kind of cornerstone. That was a good enough reason for them to at least check out the world. Kairi would be safe there, if the rumors were right.
Kairi nodded at the familiar name. "Yeah, King Mickey lives there," she said softly. And Donald and Goofy too. The latter two defended her when Sora gave his life for her, so many years ago. And with the King, she would be even more protected. There was no doubt in her mind that she would be safe there.

"Have you been there before?" Lightning asked, recovering from her surprise that Kairi actually knew somebody there. She had no idea who this king was, but Kairi seemed to have a good impression of him, judging by the tone of her voice. But Lightning asked her question because she wanted to make sure the world was absolutely safe.
Kairi shook her head, not able to recall a time when she was at Disney Castle. "Sora has, though," she said softly. "His friends are there." Donald and Goofy would be worried for Sora's sake, but everything would be alright. Or so she hoped.

If she hasn't been there, she probably doesn't know if it really keeps away all Darkness or not, Light thought, furrowing her eyebrows slightly and nodding. "We'll go there, and if it seems like a safe haven, I'll leave you there."
"Okay," Kairi said with a small nod. She was sure she would be fine, but Lightning seemed very cautious. She would leave the decision up to her; she was a soldier, after all.

Lightning nodded slightly again and then started moving towards the door where they came in, motioning for Kairi to follow. When she peeked outside, she saw everything was normal. That was good. They just had to sneak out of this world and make it to Disney Castle. They could do it.
Kairi followed Lightning outside, being calm despite the state of her worried heart. Sora...it'll be okay, she thought, glancing up at the sky. He would be safe soon... She just had this feeling. She wouldn't give up on him yet, or ever.

"Lightning" struggled against the chains behind her back, Darren leading her to the cell where the rest of her friends were. She had been captured, right along with a clone of the Princess. She had been programmed by the real Lightning herself, to look and act like the real Lightning. So when she and "Kairi" were captured, she put up a good fight but ultimately fell without any serious injuries. It didn't matter if she was wounded too harshly, just as long as she made it to this castle. And she did.

Riku sat on the ground, his back against the grimy stone wall of his cell. His arms rested on his propped up knees, but he didn't say anything or move. He and Sora managed to get captured, just like everyone else. The others were down here, all of them in cells right beside one another. Aqua was in one with Ven, Terra alone, and Roxas and Namine in another. He and Sora were in the same one, as they had been for hours. Lightning got away, but they hadn't escaped everything; on the way here, he heard Darren and his friends talking about how they would hunt them both down, kill Light, and drag Kairi back here, wherever "here" was. Regardless, he was infuriated, but there was nothing he could do. They were stuck.

The girl looked ahead, seeing a group of cells lined up on both sides of the wall. While one side was empty, the other side had people locked in the cells. She only recognized them because of the data that was programed into her, the information being what Lightning herself knew. The first cell she saw had Lightning's brother in it.

Ven looked up when he heard noise, also seeing something out of his peripherals. He gasped when he saw who it was, and who looked really angry she was caught. "Lightning!"

Riku grunted at the name, looking up from the ground. Ven was right; Lightning was here, captured. No... She was captured, and that meant Darren had Kairi.

Darren heard the call and only smirked, continuing to push Lightning toward a cell. She would join Terra in his small chamber of imprisonment. Once she was locked up, he would go take care of Kairi.

Lightning glanced over at the cells, seeing "her" boyfriend in one of them. The real Lightning would be glad that he was alright, along with Ven and everyone else. She was already coming to the castle, since she was following a tracking device she put on her, her clone.
