Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua looked to Riku and Terra, nodding to them as she lifted her Keyblade into the air. She came out from behind her hiding spot, grunting as she released a strong Firaga spell, sending it right at Gual. Riku and Terra needed to get the Princesses out of here, and to safety.

Gual didn't have time to defend himself, crying out when he felt a spell from both Aqua and from Sora hit him. He looked over and saw a gun pointed at him, and looking at it, he knew what was about to happen. He grunted when he was neutralized, shot through the head and dying right by his friend Rena. It was all over.

Riku dismissed his Keyblade, coming out of the shadows as he approached Belle. All of the Princesses were set up in a line, bound by restraints to one wall. He reached up, loosening Belle's restraints from her wrists. "You alright?" he asked her softly. She nodded once, though he could see she was frightened. That was alright; she'd be with the Beast soon enough.

Later that day

It was evening by the time that they all got the Princesses home and taken care of, also stopping by Disney Castle to pick up Kairi. It had been sweet, seeing Sora and Kairi reunited. She wasn't too sentimental, but the sight had made her smile. Now, though, everyone was gathered on Lightning's home world, Cocoon. They hadn't wanted to be split apart, and in some ways, the quiet beach by Bodhum felt like home to many of them. Nobody said anything to her. She could just tell.

Everyone was spread out along the beach, though they weren't too far away from each other. They could still be seen as a group, and Kairi a part of it, even if she stood just in front of the shoreline. She looked out at the water as her hands remained linked behind her back. When was the last time I was at the beach? It'd been far too long. She missed it, so much.

Sora walked over to Kairi, not saying anything but not being quiet enough to startle her with his appearance. He stepped behind her and lightly grabbed her wrists, keeping them in his grasp as he gently wrapped her arms over her stomach and then stepped close enough to wrap his around her mid torso as well. He gently pressed his back against her, his head over her shoulder as he held her close. You have no idea how much I missed you.
Kairi turned her head ever so slightly, though she didn't have to look to see who it was. Sora. She hummed softly as she smiled, looking back toward the ocean. "Hey, you," she greeted softly. She was so glad when he came back to her, reuniting with her at Disney Castle. She was scared something bad would happen, but Light saved them all, which she was relieved of. She needed Sora. What would I do without him?

Sora looked at the ocean as well, keeping his arms around Kairi. "You?" he repeated softly. "What, don't I have a name now?" Even if his voice was soft, his tone gave him away, as it always did. He was only teasing her, and enjoying holding her in his arms. It had been too long since he could do this, even if just a few days ago everything seemed peaceful. This time around, he was sure that was the truth.
Kairi's smile remained as she lightly giggled. "You've got a lot of names. 'Goofball', 'buddy', 'Sora'...'Prince Charming'," she said. She came up with the latter herself. The first was from Yuffie, the second Riku, and the third, Sora's mother and father. But she liked to think Sora was the Prince Charming she as a Princess was supposed to have.

Sora smiled, turning his head a little to look at Kairi. "I'm only Prince Charming to you, Princess," he said softly, not only using the word as her title, but also as a pet name. She was the only one who he would ever love and be a prince to, even if he wasn't royalty or anything. He was normal, except for the whole Keyblade thing. And the gravity-defying hair.
Kairi closed her eyes, her smile softening in shyness. That was right...wasn't it? He was hers, always. Kairi opened her eyes and turned her head, placing a small kiss on Sora's lips while his face was turned toward her. She then pulled back, leaning back against him slightly, taking in the feeling of him holding her. She missed it.

Sora easily stood his ground when Kairi leaned into him, his bright blue eyes staying on the girl that he loved. He remembered what it was like to see her in Disney Castle. She had been so afraid for all of them, but he had known she was alright, thanks to Lightning. It was really good that Kairi was with Lightning, who kept her cool and thought of a plan to protect her. Sora would have had a much harder time coming up with a plan like that. But...he'd work on getting smarter. He had to, to keep his beloved safe.
Kairi saw the look in Sora's eyes, and it made her blush. She turned her head as a breeze blew, shifting her hair against her cheek, concealing the redness of her cheeks from Sora. It didn't matter, did it? He'd seen her blush plenty of times before.

"Goof," Sora couldn't help but murmur softly, lightly squeezing Kairi as he held her from behind. He caught that blush, whether she wanted him to or not. It was always hard to miss, especially when he was already staring at her and it appeared. But he knew why she blushed: his love sometimes overwhelmed her. But he was very, very okay with that. At least she knew she was loved.
"Goof or not," Kairi started, lifting her eyes from the sand to the horizon, "you still love me." And she loved him, and all of his goofy ways as well. They were meant to be, or at least that was what she believed. Hopefully Fate had the same idea in mind.

"Duh," Sora said, a crooked smile starting to form on his lips as he gazed at the ocean. And besides that, he was a much bigger goof than Kairi was. He was silly a lot of the time, but he was maturing and learning when to be silly, and to what degree.
Kairi laughed softly, her small smile widening. "And I love you too," she said quietly. She always would, no matter what. She went a year without Sora once, and it had been slightly easier since she lacked any memories of him. But her heart had a place for him, which was why it had been difficult anyway. And now...she couldn't even imagine life without him. He was a part of her, just as she was a part of him.

"Well, I'm glad to hear that," Sora said gently, his smile turning genuine at the words he loved to hear. He turned his head and lightly pressed his nose against her cheek, giving her a kiss while he was so close.
Kairi's smile softened at the gesture, her eyes falling closed. She was seventeen now, but she always looked forward to the future. She had it with Sora, and she would believe that forever, even if they did get separated somewhere along the way. Their future was important to her.

Namine glanced up from her spot in the sand, the girl sitting and aimlessly doodling in the sand beside her. But when she looked up and saw Sora and Kairi, she couldn't help but smile softly. Those two were happy when they were with each other almost all the time. She remembered in the past when they used to have a lot of drama, but now they were finally experiencing peace. She was happy for them.
Roxas sat next to Namine in the sand, glancing at her before following her gaze. He saw Kairi and Sora being all mushy, so he stared out at the sea in front of him instead. He would give them some privacy; he knew he liked it when he and Namine were having a moment to themselves. And only themselves.

Namine glanced back down to her side, doodling again without really drawing anything. She was quiet, mostly because there wasn't much to say. She tried to be brave whenever bad things happened, but she couldn't help but be a little shaken up by this last one. She and Roxas were both kidnapped, together. It had been horrifying to be betrayed by a person who she mistook as their friend.
Roxas stared out at the ocean blankly, his thoughts transferring over to Namine only. He remembered how scared she was when Ven turned on them, though he wasn't really Ven at all. He tried taking the clone down, but he failed, and he and Namine both got knocked out because of it. He couldn't protect her, against a computer program! I should have been on my guard. I should have protected her.
  • Author
Namine stared down at her moving finger, not paying attention. The whole point of that was for them to be deceived by the clone, and it worked. She was more scared because it showed her that maybe...Roxas wasn't as strong as she thought he was. She knew he was strong in many, many situations, but he was just as helpless in that jail cell as she was. It was scary, seeing that come out.
Roxas turned his head, looking over at the girl he loved. She wasn't looking in his direction, and he guessed that was a good thing. His expression would probably give him away. But, her posture did the same thing. He moved his hand closest to her, gripping her wrist that was on the ground next to him. She wasn't okay...
