A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Riku ran his fingers over one of Light's arms, not saying anything as he watched the sunset. Once it was done, he was sure everyone would clear out and go back home, to whatever world they were staying on these days. Maybe...he would stay with Light, once he took her home.

Namine watched the sunset along with most of her other friends, her head on Roxas's shoulder now as she watched through half-open eyes. She was tired, but she was sure that she wasn't the only one. They would all probably head to their temporary homes soon.

Kairi was still being held by Sora, and she had a calm expression as she watched the last of the sunset. She couldn't remember the last time they all did this together, but she was glad they did. When it was mostly gone, she closed her eyes, humming softly as she exhaled. Was it time to go home now?

Ven looked up at the darkening sky from where he sat in the sand, knowing that all of them should go home and rest. He didn't know about them, but he didn't really want to split up the group. Was there anyway they could stay here, in Light's world?

Riku squeezed Light's arm when the sun was gone, the boy feeling her forehead still against his neck. "I should take you home," he said softly to her. She seemed tired, as they all were. The last few days had been hectic.

"What are you going to do?" Light asked softly without moving. Was he going to stay at her house tonight, or was he going to leave for some reason? She hoped he would stay, because she missed being with him and things being at peace.

"I was wanting to stay, if that's alright with you," Riku said softly, a small smirk on his face. He had a feeling it wouldn't be such a big deal, since he'd spent the night countless times before. After all, Cocoon was like a second home to him.

Light felt a smirk appear on her lips. "Yeah, I guess that's alright." She was glad that he wanted to stay, because that was what she had wanted too. And now it would be a reality.

"You guess?" Riku asked, turning his head a little to try and see her. "In that case, I won't stay." You have to give me a positive answer, Light. Of course, he was just teasing, though he was curious as to what kind of reaction he'd get out of her.

"Go ahead and try leaving," Light said without budging. "It'll be hard to shake me off you." She wasn't planning on letting go, obviously. So he wasn't going to get away from her that easily.

Riku "hmphed", but otherwise didn't budge. Light was right, because the only way he could do that would involve hurting her. That was the last thing he wanted to do right now.

Claire's smirk widened, her eyes staying shut. "I win," she said, voice soft but confident. Riku wouldn't try to separate himself from her, especially not after what happened earlier today. They had to be together for a little while, even if it was just the night.

"You won a long time ago," Riku commented softly, seeing Roxas rise to his feet not too far off. Light won his heart from the get-go, and he told her she had his heart a while ago. He had hers too, didn't he?

"Yeah, I suppose I did," Light agreed softly, gently squeezing Riku. She won because she had him, in her arms and in her heart. There was no way she could ever be considered a loser or a failure when she had somebody so precious to her, and somebody who she was precious to as well.

Riku closed his eyes at the squeeze, humming softly. He moved his hands back, gripping the back of Light's thighs as he moved his own legs on the ground. He moved to his knees and then got up from the ground, holding Lightning so she was on his back. "Time to go," he said, both to Lightning and the others.

 

Aqua turned her head, her back still against Terra's chest. She saw that Roxas was on his feet with Namine, and Riku had a hold of Lightning. So it is, she thought, nodding once. Time to go get some rest.

Sora gave Kairi one last gentle squeeze, his arms still around her from behind before he gently released her. He turned around and glanced around, seeing that two of the couples (and Ven) ready and Terra getting up to his feet after letting go of Aqua. Time for all of them to go where they belonged...

Aqua rose to her feet, dusting her self off subconsciously. She then looked to the others. "We'll see you guys soon?" she called softly, tilting her head a little. They all had to separate for now, but given the information about the Islands, they should be together soon enough.

Lightning glanced around the group, able to tell by their unwillingness to respond that they didn't want to separate yet. "...Do you guys want to crash at my house tonight?" she asked after a moment, her arms wrapped around Riku's torso as he held her on his back. She didn't mind; they were her friends too, after all.

Roxas lifted an eyebrow slightly at the offer, not expecting it. "You don't mind?" he asked then. He had to admit, he was beat. And he was sure the others were too. Flying home probably wasn't the best.

Light shrugged faintly. "If you guys don't mind that I don't have enough beds for everyone," she said, looking around. She saw some of their facials expressions, and saw Sora turn to look at Kairi in question, but she could tell everyone was considering it. They really, really wanted to be together. She could just tell.

Kairi caught Sora's gaze, and she shrugged slightly. "It's okay with me," she said with a faint smile. It was easy to see that nobody wanted to go in different directions. Being together was the best option, beds or not.

Ven saw a few nods, Sora's being one included in that since Kairi spoke to him. "Alright, let's go," he said on everyone's behalf, shifting his gaze to Lightning. He heard Terra say his thanks and saw Light nod slightly in return, but he just kept his eyes on his sister. He knew now that she really did consider everyone her friends; she was reaching out to them with an act of kindness, and not just backing them up in battle. It was nice to see her getting closer to everyone.

Riku nodded slightly upon seeing that everyone was in agreement. "Alright, this way," he said, turning and starting up the beach, still carrying Light on his back. He knew the way, and they would walk, since it wasn't that far off from here.

Sora glanced back at Kairi before they started walking, an idea coming to mind thanks to Riku. "I think I'll copy Riku's idea," he said softly, a crooked smile forming on his lips. He knelt down a little and motioned for Kairi to get on his back, a piggy-ride to Lightning's house in store for her.

Kairi giggled softly, shaking her head at Sora before she gave a small hop. Now on his back, she wrapped her arms gently around him from behind. As goofy as Sora was, she always did love it when he was cute like this.

 

Roxas smirked a little, nodding. "Ditto," he said, going along with it as well. He turned his head, looking to Namine. Don't mind, do you?
