Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku blinked, then turning his head to look at Sora. The Door to Light... Maybe it could work. The thing was, they needed a way to activate it, and get Aqua to see it.

Sora saw the look in Riku's eyes, and he knew what his friend was thinking. How did he even open that door? It just sort of...appeared, didn't it?
Riku thought back to when he and Sora were in the Realm of Darkness, and how they got home. The Door to Light opened after they got Kairi's letter...after Sora read it. Riku's eyes widened then, and he snapped his fingers. "That's it!"

"Mm?" Sora hummed automatically, looking to Riku beside him. He figured it out? Great! He waited to hear what it was, glad that Riku had come up with something since Sora was pretty much clueless.
Riku met Sora's gaze, and the smallest smile appeared on his lips. It was one of triumph and the person he was thinking of. "Kairi," he simply said, knowing that Sora would get what he saying. She was their ticket to getting the Door to Light open again.

Kairi...his Light. Of course! If anybody could help him open the Door again, she could. He felt a smile appear on his face and he nodded once. "Looks like we're going home," he said, his smile widening at that. Even if it was just for a short while (and it was for business), he would see Kairi again. That was great!
Riku nodded once. "We should get going. The sooner we get to Kairi, the sooner we get Aqua out of the Realm of Darkness," he said. Perfect. Now they had their way of rescuing the first lost Keyblade Warrior, who wasn't exactly lost anymore. Once they got Aqua, they would have Terra and Ventus left to find.

"Yeah," Sora said with a nod, his smile not fading when he felt happy about getting Aqua out of that Realm. He turned around and started for the exit, trusting that Riku would be behind him. It was time to go home.

A little while later...

Riku walked along the beach on the play island, on the side of the island where their raft sat a few years ago. Sora was right next to him, walking with him. Now that they were back, it was time they found Kairi. Then they could finally come in contact with one of the three Keyblade Warriors they were looking for.

Sora looked around the Island, wondering where Kairi was. Now that he thought about it, he could have just called to Kairi through his heart now that they were on the same world, but that would ruin the surprise. It must have been over a week since they were home, but it felt much longer than that to him.
Kairi stood on the islet, her back to the bridge as she looked out at the water. This was where she had been ever since Sora left. If she wasn't with the mayor, she was here, waiting for any sign of him to return home. She missed him, even if it had only been a week. But because she loved Sora so much, a week was too long without him.

After a few minutes, Sora and Riku made it to the other side of the Island, and Sora immediately saw the girl he was looking for on the islet. He felt a smile appear on his lips, even though she didn't know he was there. He made it closer to the bridge before he took a few quick steps forward and then jumped, his hands finding the edge of the bridge. He swung a little bit before he managed to get himself up, the teen landing on his feet with a soft noise.
Too lost in her thoughts, Kairi didn't hear anything behind her, and didn't sense anybody's presence around her. All she could think about was how much she missed her boys, and hoped they were okay. She had been thinking of both of them nonstop since they left, and she wasn't surprised that Namine and Roxas weren't with her right now. She wasn't the best company like this.

Sora took a few steps forward on the bridge, though he stopped at the end of it instead of approaching Kairi. He tilted his head slightly and gazed past her, trying to see if there was anything interesting she was gazing at. When he didn't see anything, he asked her a question. "What are you staring at?"
Kairi gasped softly at the sudden voice, turning around quickly with wide eyes. But her heart didn't skip a beat in fear. No, it skipped a beat in surprise. "Sora!" she said happily, a wide smile immediately appearing on her face. He was home!

Sora chuckled, shaking his head a little bit. "Naw, you weren't staring at me," he said, speaking as if Kairi had actually answered his question. "You were facing the other way, Goof." Of course, he was the one being goofy here; just like he always was.
Kairi giggled at his silly behavior, but that didn't stop her from moving toward him. The girl started for Sora's position in a light run, her smile still on her face. She was so happy to see him again!

Sora's chuckles faded away, his smile staying on his lips as he opened his arms to the girl who was running over towards him. It had been too long since he held her, even if it had only been a week.
It didn't take long before Kairi reached Sora. When she did, she ran right into his opened arms, her body meeting his as she wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him. Nothing was going to wipe this smile off her face. Not now.

Sora was forced to step backward with one foot when Kairi ran into him harder than he expected, but the action only brought a chuckle out. He wrapped his arms around her and lowered his head, his lips coming in contact with the top of Kairi's head for a few seconds before he pulled back.
Kairi squeezed Sora lightly after the small kiss. "I'm so glad to see you," she told him, the enthusiasm present in her voice. Surely he could tell, even before she pointed it out. But it didn't matter. She wanted him to know how happy his presence made her.

Sora looked down at Kairi in his arms, a smile still present on his lips. "I'm glad to see you too," he said softly, running his hand over Kairi's back one time. He couldn't forget the reason he was here, and he was sure Riku would remind him of that soon enough. But for this moment, he just wanted to hold Kairi.
Kairi let herself relax in Sora's arms, grateful for this moment. He was home again, and he was holding her. That was all she had wanted for the last week, and she was so happy she finally got it. And if Sora was home, did that mean Riku was too?

Sora brought his head forward, turning his head so that his cheek rested on the top of Kairi's head. He would hold her for just a few more moments...And then they would have to get down to business right away. Aqua had been waiting for a long time, and he wasn't going to let her wait any longer.
Kairi opened her eyes at the thought, absorbing the feeling of Sora holding her. However, she also let her eyes look behind him, around the island for a sign of Riku. Sure enough, he was on the beach. That only made her smile widen. Both of her boys were here...
