Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora followed Kairi's point to the bottle game, a smirk forming on his lips. "Easy," he said, starting over and trusting she would probably follow. He could easily win this game and get her whatever prize she wanted.
Riku slowed his walk as Kairi picked up her pace to catch up with Sora, and eventually his feet came to a stop. He smirked, knowing what Sora was doing; he was putting on a brave face for Kairi, because he loved her. He could understand, since he would do the same for Light any day.

Ven looked up from his spot by one of the stands, seeing Sora and Kairi in line for a game. He felt bad, for both of them. But he trusted Kairi's decision and hoped that she would have a nice life in Radiant Garden. And if she ever came back, she would be welcomed with open arms.
Kairi linked her hands behind her back as she stood next to Sora, seeing the carnival worker hand him a baseball so he could knock down the bottles. She only smiled softly, knowing Sora would win this; he was always good at this game. The Keyblade helped even more with his accuracy.

Sora let his goofy nature come out despite the circumstances, the teen taking a step away from the stand and winding up like a baseball pitcher would do. He did that a few times before he got serious and got into a real stance to throw, the teen chucking the ball and hitting all the bottles easily.
Kairi's soft smile grew when the carnival worker said Sora was a winner, the girl looking from the man to the boy she loved. The boy she would always love, no matter where she was or where he was at on his journey's...no matter the circumstances. He would be her one and only.

Sora looked over at Kairi, nudging her with his elbow with a small smile on his lips. "Go ahead and pick what you want," he said, referring to the prizes. It was up to her, since she was going to get whatever he won.
Kairi's soft smile remained, and she looked to the prizes hanging up on the wall. She picked one of the more valuable prizes, one that was also very valuable to her. The stuffed Paopu fruit. The man gave it to her and she took it with a smile, holding it to her chest. She and Sora shared one of these, and every time she looked at it, she would remember that moment. But...how could she forget it?

Sora couldn't help but smile at Kairi's choice, the brunet leaning over and giving her a quick kiss on the forehead. But then he grabbed her free hand and let her out of the way of the stand, so others could play the game.
Kairi felt her heart skip a beat at the kiss, and when Sora grabbed her hand, she followed him wordlessly. She held the Paopu fruit with the other arm to her side, holding onto Sora's hand securely. She never wanted to let go.

Sora stopped when the two of them were out of everyone's way, the brunet still holding onto her hand with no intention of letting go. He knew he was upset, and he didn't really know what to say, but he still loved Kairi. He wasn't going to mope around all night and make this harder than it already was.
When they came to a stop not too far off, Kairi stepped over a little, squeezing Sora's hand. "Thank you," she said softly, referring to her prize. But she was also referring to him letting her go back to Radiant Garden. She knew it wasn't going to be easy, but as long as Sora had faith in her, she thought she could do it.

"Mm," Sora hummed, nodding slightly. "It's nothing." It wasn't a big deal, winning her the stuffed Paopu fruit. He was good at carnival games that involved skill. Luck...not so much.
It was more than "nothing", Kairi thought with a small smile, nodding a little. She kept her grip secure on Sora's hand, knowing that she would have to let go later on tonight. He would be taking her home, and then leave her. But we have the rest of the night, just the two of us. Right?
  • Author
"Anything else you want?" Sora asked, speaking generally. He could win her another prize if she wanted, or if she wanted to go somewhere, he could take her there. Whatever she wanted...he would give it to her. He loved her, after all. With all his heart.
Kairi shook her head, her red bangs getting in her eyes slightly. "No," she said softly. Just you. She just wanted to be with Sora tonight, while she could. It would be the best for her right now.
  • Author
Sora nodded slightly, able to hear Kairi faintly because of the noise all around them. But she also shook her head, so that was a clear response too. He lifted his free hand and automatically brushed her bangs out of her eyes, though the movement was gentle as always.
Kairi felt her lips spread into a soft smile at the gesture, her eyes staying on Sora's. She was going to miss him, a lot. She was so used to having him in her life every day, and while this was her choice, not seeing Sora was probably going to be what would make her want to come back to the Islands. She already knew it would happen somewhere down the line.

Sora's hand came back down to this side when the action was done, his eyes remaining on Kairi's. "Staring isn't polite, you know," he said, though he was only joking. He was staring right back at her, after all.
Kairi's smile grew a little at that. "A picture won't do any justice," she said softly, remembering how people always used to say that if you were prone to staring, take a picture since it would last longer. But...as much as she loved pictures of Sora, she loved looking at the real thing. He was her lover, always.
  • Author
"Still, I hope you're taking some pictures with you," Sora responded, a smile finding its way onto his lips again. He knew that he was going to keep whatever pictures he had of her that survived the incident with the Ice Titan. He would never forget what he face looked like, though. Never.
"Of course," Kairi said with a small nod. She hoped to get some newer pictures tonight, either by friends with their cameras or by the photo booths. Those were always fun. But, she was sure the rest of this night would be great. As long as she was with Sora.

Sora hummed, nodding slightly as his soft smile remained. That was good to hear. Pictures came in handy sometimes, even if they could never replace the real thing.
Kairi tilted her head slightly, still holding the stuffed Paopu fruit under one arm. "I'll think about you every day," she said softly, sure Sora could hear her over the noise of the festival around them. She wasn't lying about what she said; Sora would always be on her mind. When she was helping the people of Radiant Garden, she would think of his faith in her and how proud of her he would be. She was hoping to make a difference on the world.
  • Author
"Good to hear," Sora said, smiling crookedly for a second before his smile turned genuine. "'Cause I'll be doing the same for you." She would probably never leave his mind, which was going to make this really, really hard. He would miss her like crazy.
