Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine nodded slightly, lifting her head a just enough for her hand to wipe the tears off her face. And after a moment when she felt she got most of the moisture, she finally lifted her gaze to her boyfriend.
Roxas saw the look in Namine's eyes, which instantly made him feel worse. I'm sorry, he thought silently, lifting his hand from her shoulder and holding it out for her to take. He would help her up and then grab the stuff he brought so they could get set.

Namine accepted Roxas's hand, though she looked away because of the look in his eyes. "Um, what do you want me to carry up?" she asked softly, her gaze on the stuff that he brought. She could take some stuff to the treehouse too.
Roxas helped Namine up and then turned his head, seeing the two pillows and the backpack. "I'll take the pillows," he said softly. 'You mind taking the bag?" He looked back to her with questioning eyes. If they did it this way, Namine wouldn't have as much trouble climbing up to the treehouse.

Namine shook her head softly, taking her hand out of Roxas's. "I got it," she assured him softly, not minding to take the bag. She was glad he was going to be with her, even if she felt bad for keeping him away from his family. She never did like being alone.
Roxas nodded a little, smiling weakly before he moved over a few steps. He bent down and grabbed a pillow, shaking the sand off of it before doing the same with the other pillow he brought. He then tucked them underneath his arms, turning to look at Namine. She could lead.

Namine grabbed Roxas's bag while he got the pillows, putting the straps on both shoulders. Glancing over her shoulder, she could tell that she was supposed to go first. She started walking over towards the treehouse, wondering if he planned on falling asleep right away. She didn't know what she'd do.
Roxas followed Namine to the treehouse in silence, both pillows tucked under his arms. He hoped that he brought enough to make her feel comfortable tonight, and he also hoped that his presence would help with the same thing. She said he could stay, so he was praying he would make some sort of difference in her stay here tonight.

Namine and Roxas made it up to the treehouse in no time, the blonde setting down Roxas's bag and opening it for the blanket she felt inside. She blinked when she pulled out his sweatshirt as well, her sky blue eyes going over to him. "Is this for me?" she asked without thought, voice still soft. She knew he didn't get cold easy.
Roxas nodded to Namine with a small hum, walking over to where she was and setting the pillows down when he stopped nearby. He didn't want her getting cold, in case the blanket wasn't enough. He would be fine, but she always came first. Every single day.

Namine couldn't help but smile faintly, thankful that Roxas was himself during this whole thing. He was calm and rational, two things that she needed right now. "Thanks," she said softly, putting on the sweatshirt right away. She liked wearing his sweatshirts.
"Sure thing," Roxas said with another small nod. He started over towards her, only taking a few steps before he knelt down next to Namine. He reached into the bag and pulled out a second blanket, as well as some snacks. They hadn't eaten much at the festival apart from the cotton candy.

Namine adjusted the sweatshirt a little before she reached back with a hand and pulled her long blonde hair out of it, her gaze going to Roxas to see what he was doing when she was settled. He even brought snacks? Roxas...Thank you.
Roxas then reached into another pocket of the backpack, grabbing the water bottles inside and setting them on the wooden floor beside him. "...I think that's everything," he muttered mostly to himself, the boy not seeing anything else in the bag as he looked through it. They were set.

Namine looked away from the snacks up to Roxas's face, even if he wasn't looking back right now. I don't deserve him. "Have I told you lately how incredible you are?" she asked him softly. He was sticking with her even now, even when he thought she was being dramatic. That said something.
Roxas lifted his head, his attentive eyes finding Namine's at the question. It caught him slightly off guard, but he smiled shyly, glancing away a little. "You may have mentioned it once or twice," he said softly. She did say it once in the past few weeks, when he was staying with her.

Namine's faint smile remained just because she always found Roxas's shyness to be cute, her eyes also staying on him. She wasn't too hungry or thirsty for anything right now, but maybe later she would be, if they stayed awake for a while.
Roxas glanced back at Namine in the silence, and he took it upon himself to break it. He cleared his throat, looking down at the stuff beside him. "So...hungry? Thirsty?" he asked, looking back up at the girl he loved. Did she need anything that he forgot? He could go back and get it.

Namine shook her head softly, her smile fading away at the question. "No, I'm fine," she said quietly. She didn't need anything; all her crying earlier left her without an appetite. And strangely, she wasn't thirsty from crying either. So she was okay.
Roxas nodded once, one hand still holding the backpack as he remained knelt down on the ground. "'Kay," he said softly. If Namine was alright, then what was there to do now? Sleep? He had the right supplies for it.

Namine lifted a hand, lightly twirling her blonde hair that dangled over her shoulder. "...Any plans for the rest of the night?" she asked softly. Roxas could have come up with more efforts to cheer her up that she didn't know about. If he didn't, then she would probably just try to go to sleep.
"Nothing that can match up with the festival," Roxas admitted with a small shake of his head. That topped any ideas he had, which weren't many. Snacking on food and just being with Namine was all he was concerned with.
  • Author
"You have fun?" Namine asked softly, wanting to make sure his night wasn't completely terrible. He was with her a lot, and she knew she wasn't the best company when she was sad. She hoped she didn't ruin everything for him.
"Mm," Roxas hummed softly, moving back so he was sitting completely on the ground, facing Namine. "It's good to be back." He hadn't minded staying with Namine in Traverse Town for the past few months, but it was nice to be back in a place he could really call home.
  • Author
Namine hummed in understanding, glad Roxas was happy. She was glad to be home too; she was just upset things weren't unfolding the way she expected them to. With Kairi going and her without a home...It was stressful. It made her question a lot of things.
