Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Kairi saw the horse she would ride, and she immediately lit up at its beauty. It was so white...so pure. The stablehand offered a hand to help her up, and she took it while also putting her foot in a stirrup. She hoisted one leg over the horse and sat on the saddle easily, the man releasing her hand and giving her the reigns. She looked to Sora and smiled, her horse snorting. She was ready.

Sora smiled back to the girl he loved, nodding faintly. He gently turned his horse before having him start at a walk, trusting that Kairi would be close behind him. He already had a destination in mind; he would lead her there.
Kairi clicked her tongue, lightly digging her heels into the horse's side. The last thing she wanted to do was hurt such a pretty animal. It started after Sora's horse at a light walk, the girl making sure not to get too close to startle Sora's own riding companion.

C'mon, bud, Sora thought to his horse, gently digging his heels into the animal and making him trot a little faster. He was told it was alright for the horses to run, so maybe he and Kairi could have a race to the meadow. But if she wanted to take it slow, that was fine too. It was her birthday, after all.
Kairi saw that Sora was making his horse go faster, and she looked at her own white one. She clicked her tongue again and dug her heels into the creature's sides. She took off into a canter, which she could handle. "Bye!" she called to Sora, passing him. She waved lightly, giggling in amusement. She'd ridden a horse before, remembering how to from when she was allowed to take lessons as a child. This would be fun.

Sora felt himself smirk, catching onto Kairi's challenge. She wasn't going to leave him in the dust. "C'mon, buddy. Ya!" he said, the animal starting to run after Kairi's horse as Sora stayed steady on his back. He never had a problem with balance anymore, not since skateboarding and riding his glider. This was different, but he could still handle it.
Kairi started laughing, her horse starting to run in a full gallop. She rode with ease, seeing a path up ahead. It was the only one that went through the forest, so she would take it. She glanced back at Sora, only a few paces ahead. She appreciated this, so much. She hoped he knew that.

Sora followed behind Kairi, slowing down so his horse wouldn't scare hers. He took the time to look around the beautiful scenery, smiling to himself as they went down the path. This area was nice, but not nearly as gorgeous as the girl on her horse in front of him. That's my girl, he thought, glad he could say that. He hoped he could always say that.
Kairi held the reigns with both hands, easily balancing herself and not putting all of her weight on the horse she was riding. "Good girl," she said to her horse, running through the forest at a pace that wasn't too fast that she couldn't control it. This was fun, regardless of speed. She hadn't been on a horse in a long time.

Sora focused on his girl again after they passed a gazebo and a place to put their horses, a place that might come in handy later. But that wasn't their destination now. "You don't even know where we're going!" he called up to Kairi in amusement. How could she be in the lead?
"Do we have a specific destination?" Kairi called back, glancing over her shoulder as they took a turn in the path. Her horse moved smoothly, obviously familiar with this territory. She looked forward again and willed her horse to slow a little into a gentle canter, that way she didn't wear her out as quickly.

"Yup," Sora confirmed with a nod, getting closer to Kairi as the path got wide enough for the horses to be side-by-side. He caught up with her and rode beside her, smiling in excitement. She was going to like this place; he was sure of it.
Kairi turned her head, seeing that Sora was beside her now. She couldn't help but smile at him, noticing his dark horse riding beside her white one. "Okay, so where are we going?" she asked, her smile softening a little. She was curious, and of course, she didn't want to go too far on the path. Sora would have to lead.
  • Author
"Psh." Sora rolled his eyes, shaking his head. "As if I'm gonna tell. If I spill, you'll take the lead again." They would either go at the same pace or he would go on ahead of her. He wasn't sure how long they'd be at this place, but they would surely enjoy their time there.
Kairi couldn't help but laugh, her eyes going forward as the path took another wide turn. The sun came through the leaves of the trees, lighting their path. "Alright then," she said with a small nod. "You lead." She was once again curious as to what Sora had in store for the two of them the rest of the day. She didn't have any idea what was out here other than fields and hills.

Sora smiled at Kairi's laugh, seeing how the sun shone on her through the trees. "You have a beautiful laugh," he couldn't help but comment softly. Even if it was random, he had been wanting to point out her beauty ever since he saw her in his sweatshirt. And when he saw her in general, because she was always beautiful, inside and out.
Kairi felt her cheeks grow warm, and she locked eyes with Sora as they rode their horses. She couldn't help but smile at him, nodding to him once in thanks since she couldn't find her voice. It was a random comment, but a lovely one. She appreciated his kindness. She appreciated everything Sora did for her. He was amazing.

Sora smiled, deciding to give Kairi some privacy in her shyness. He rode on ahead of her and led her down the path, knowing that the meadow wasn't too far off. There was still sunlight, so the flowers would look even more beautiful than if it was cloudy. That was another thing about Kairi; she loved flowers.
Kairi followed behind Sora, just listening to the sounds of the hooves hitting the dirt path. It was a calming sound, as well as the birds that chirped in the trees as they went by. I love this, Kairi thought with a small smile. This was so calming, and fun too.

Sora eventually led Kairi out of the forest, the area opening into their destination. "We're here," he said softly, slowing his horse to a stop and looking over his shoulder to Kairi. They were at the meadow.
Kairi slowed her horse to come to a stop next to Sora's, her eyes roaming the open area. She smiled even more at it, her eyes wide in amazement. There were trees not too far off, and flowers everywhere. It was beautiful! "...Wow."
  • Author
Yeah, wow, Sora agreed, though he wasn't referring to the same thing that Kairi was. He was looking right at her, seeing how her face lit up at the sight of this place. She's beautiful. This was the reaction he was hoping for from her, the same reaction he got out of her earlier when he first showed up. He wanted to make her happy.
"Sora..." Kairi said in awe, tearing her eyes away from the meadow to look at the boy she loved. Her horse was staying put, not moving forward to trample the flowers. "How did you find this place? It's beautiful." Did he fly all the way out here on his glider or something?
  • Author
"I flew over in this direction last time I was here," Sora said honestly. He had the idea of giving Kairi a romantic treat last time he visited, so he flew around to find a place to bring her and found this.
Kairi was a little confused at that. She could only remember Sora being with her a few weeks ago, and never of him being gone. "Oh," she said, her eyes going back to the flowers that leaned gently in the wind. He must have come here before or after he saw her.
