Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora kissed Kairi back, his fingers going into her beautiful red hair as he stayed close to her. We're going to have a million more moments like this. I can wake up with her beside me every day, smooth her hair when she's asleep...I can get closer to showing her the love she deserves.
Kairi lifted her free hand to Sora's shirt, gripping the collar of his polo as she kissed him with as much love as she could express. There was most likely too much in her heart for her to completely show him, but that was alright. They had all the time in the world to share their love.

Sora fought the urge to smile, his thumb running over Kairi's hand that he still held in his. He fingered the ring with his thumb, that making the smile appear. He was forced to withdraw from the kiss, though he did keep his forehead against Kairi's. He was too happy not to smile.
Kairi felt herself smile once she caught her breath, her forehead remaining against Sora's. She was so incredibly happy. "...Best birthday ever," she whispered softly over the rain. She couldn't ask for a better gift.

Sora's smile grew at that, his eyes remaining shut. "Glad to hear it," he said softly, that being the only thing he could think to say. He tried to make this special in every way possible, with the dinner, the horses, the meadow, the dancing...and now, this. It was all perfect, just like the girl in front of him.
Kairi laughed softly at the response, expecting to hear something like that. And that was perfectly alright with her. She loved Sora, and everything about him. He was the one for her and, clearly, she was the one for him as well.

"Now I'll really have to repay Riku for helping me out, since this went so well," Sora said softly, smirking a little. Riku knew of his plan to propose and gladly helped him with it by keeping Kairi out of the house long enough he could make dinner. Everything went perfect.
Kairi giggled a little and lifted her hand from Sora's polo to his cheek again. "I'll be telling him thank you too," she said softly. "He really is our best friend." He wouldn't have helped with this if he wasn't. Riku was like her big brother, and he would definitely receive a hug and a kiss on the cheek for this.

"Yes he is," Sora agreed softly. Riku was like an older sibling, somebody who was always there to watch out for their well-being and help out wherever he could. He was glad he was willing to help out, even if he had been planning on visiting Lightning today. He was a true friend.
Kairi looked at Sora in silence after that, just gazing at him. She couldn't believe this; it hadn't truly hit her yet. Sora proposed, and she said yes. They were engaged...and to be wed in the future. They were only eighteen, but that was perfectly alright. They were destined to be together when they were only children, and they would stay together forever.

Sora finally opened his eyes, looking at his fiance in front of him. I wonder...who I'm gonna pick to be my best man, he thought, thinking of his two best friends, Riku and Roxas. Well, whatever the case, he had time to decide. Right now, all he needed to know was that Kairi would be his bride.
Kairi rubbed Sora's cheek gently with her thumb, smiling softly at him as she gazed back into his eyes. My fiance....she thought in silence. And soon to be my husband. Forever. It was amazing and wonderful. She didn't think she could be happier.

Sora couldn't help but lean forward and give Kairi another quick kiss on the lips, the teen withdrawing after a second and just gazing at her. "I love you," he couldn't help but say again, meaning it. He would always mean it.
"And I love you," Kairi replied gently, love in her gaze. She would never have to worry about them being separated and her not being able to express her love again, not that she was in the first place. Not really. Living apart was tough, but soon....they'd be together every day.

Sora smiled at his beloved, running his hand through her red hair gently. He would do this every day that he could. He would be by her side like he promised, even if they were worlds apart. In spirit or in person, he would always stick by her. That was the promise he made today, and he would make that same promise at the alter. Kairi deserved nothing less than his whole heart.

A few days later...

Kairi slid her shoes on, though she couldn't help but catch sight of her engagement ring as she did so. Once she was done tying her shoes, she stood up and gazed at the ring, smiling to herself. After that wonderful night at the gazebo, she and Sora rode the horses back to the stables and parted way after he walked her home. The last thing she wanted to do was say goodbye to Sora then, but he had to get back to his family. Soon, she would be a part of that family, which she couldn't wait for. The girl tucked some of her red hair behind her ear as she approached the front door, grabbing her key on the way out. She stepped outside and locked the door behind her, turning the key in the keyhole. Kairi had some plans for today, and she wasn't sure how to handle it.

Sora flew into Radiant Garden through a portal, not caring if people saw him or not. The people on this world already knew about other worlds and Keybladers, after all, so it wasn't a big deal for them to see him. He landed his glider in the open area by Kairi's house, seeing the girl he loved within his sight. He wasn't supposed to be here today, but he couldn't stay away from his bride-to-be.
Kairi stuffed her key into her pocket and turned around, but as she did so, her eyes landed on someone not too far off. She stopped short in surprise, but her eyes lit up at the sight of him. Her fiance was here, unexpected once again. She didn't mind; she'd wanted to see him since he left her a few days ago.

Sora's armor faded away, his glider already gone as he stood on his feet. "Hey babe," he called, smiling at the sight of her. He had sneaked away to see her, taking off a day of work again. He couldn't help it, since he felt so connected to her now. Being away was too unbearable now that they were to be wed.
"Don't you mean 'fiance'?" Kairi asked tilting her head as she smiled softly. She couldn't help but say that, still thrilled that she and Sora were getting married in the future. She had only dreamed of it in the past, and now it was reality. He made her dreams come true.

Sora smirked a little at Kairi's comment, his girl having a point. "Alright," he said with a small nod. "Hi, fiance." He loved calling her that, the teen still so excited over the proposal. Everyone back home was happy for them, and so were Lightning and Namine.
Kairi laughed softly, then starting toward her husband-to-be. Sometimes she felt like this was just a dream, but it was much better than that. "What're you doing here?" she asked with a small smile, curious. He was supposed to be working today.

Sora's smile turned sheepish, his eyes staying on Kairi. "I couldn't keep myself away," he said honestly. It had just been a few days ago that they got engaged, and since then, it was unbearable for him to be apart from her. So, here he was.
Kairi's smile grew a little more at that, and she approached her fiance silently for the moment. She stopped in front of him, her eyes on his. "You know I would come see you if I could," she said softly. If there was any way for her to go to Destiny Islands to see her friends, she would do it in a heartbeat.

"I know," Sora said with a small nod. "One of these days, I'll have to take you back with me to see everyone. They want to see you and your ring." He glanced down it at the mention, smiling. They wanted to see Kairi engaged to Sora, because they were clearly meant to be. There was no doubt in his mind that was the truth.
