Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Yes it is, Roxas thought on his own, the boy continuing to follow Riku's lead. "It's fine," he said once again. He wasn't about to let her walk if she couldn't do it; it would be pointless.

"Can you put me down?" Namine asked softly, opening her eyes and seeing Roxas's neck since she was facing his direction and her head was on his shoulder. She wanted to try and walk, even if she had to lean into him. She felt like she was dead weight, just being carried around like this. No matter what Roxas said, it wasn't alright or fine.
Roxas wasn't sure, but he wordlessly granted Namine's wishes. He stopped walking, hoping Sora noticed so they didn't collide, and loosened his hold on Namine's legs. He would stay close, just in case.

Namine felt her feet touch the ground when Roxas dropped her enough, her eyebrows furrowed because this was hard. She was thankful Sora stopped walking, though, giving her room to stand. She kept her hands tight on Roxas's shoulders, though her legs were trembling beneath her. If she was having a hard time standing, how was she going to walk?
Roxas waited a second, glancing over his shoulder as he waited for Namine to let go of him. But she never did; she kept holding on. "...Namine," he said, feeling that his tone would get his point across. He needed to carry her if she was too weak. A little more rest and she would have enough strength to walk.

Namine shook her head, taking one of her hands away from Roxas's shoulders. "I want to walk," she said in determination, lifting her eyes to his. She wasn't going to just get back on him and let him do all the work when she was so close to walking on her own. She could do this. She really had no other choice.
Roxas caught the look in Namine's eyes, hesitating a second before nodding. Alright then, he thought silently. He offered his hand out to her with the arm closest to her, that way she had some support in case she needed it.

Namine accepted Roxas's outstretched hand, her other one coming off his back as she stepped up to be beside him. She glanced at him before she looked to Riku and Lightning, seeing that they were waiting to continue. She nodded ever so slightly and caught Light start walking again, seemingly unaffected by the Darkness now. At least, that was what she let other people see.
Kairi weakly opened her eyes at the silence that now surrounded her, guessing that Namine got her way. When she saw her friend walking with her hand in Roxas's, she realized she was right. But there was something she was worried about. "...If Namine's that weak, I'm going to be worse...aren't I?" she asked her fiance quietly, that way only he could hear. She wasn't feeling good, and she was the only one on someone's back now. She was the weakest link.

Sora shook his head slightly, not willing to admit that to be true. "You two are alike in a lot of ways, including your lights," he said softly. "I'm sure it won't take you much longer to recover." Lightning seemed like she recovered more quickly now that she was walking, and he hoped the same would be true for Kairi and Namine. For right now, he would only be observing the latter to see how she was doing, since Kairi was still on his back.
Kairi didn't speak after that, Sora's words causing thoughts to arise. She thought she would be different from Namine and Lightning, given the purity of her heart. Maybe I'm mistaken, she thought silently, letting one of Sora's spikes tickle her forehead. She would find out soon enough.

Lightning stayed beside Riku, though she was a half-step behind him so he wouldn't see her when she stumbled every once in a while. She had a hand on her weapon even though there didn't seem to be a threat, which was unusual for her. She normally wasn't uptight enough to grip her sword in times like this, but this was the Realm of Darkness. Anything could happen here.

Riku focused forward, though he did glance behind him every once in a while to make sure Lightning was still with him, and Sora, Roxas, and Namine too. He walked a few more steps before he had to stop. He lifted a hand to his head, his eyes falling shut. The Darkness just got stronger, he recognized bitterly, trying to make the pain in his head go away. Something was wrong.

Kairi grunted softly, her eyebrows furrowing over her closed eyes as a wave of pain washed over her. She didn't know it was the strength of the Darkness that grew, the girl only feeling pain. It was awful.

"Tch." Light fell down to one knee, her hand still gripping her weapon as her head was lowered. She thought she heard Namine fall down to her knees too, though she wasn't really paying attention. For a second, she thought that the Darkness might have knocked her out, but she wasn't about to allow that to happen. Stupid Darkness. Darkness won't be what causes my downfall.

Riku heard Roxas say Namine's name, and he was sure he knelt down beside her. The teen's hand balled into a fist, gripping his silver hair as he opened his eyes. He saw that the woman he loved was next to him on the ground, and he nearly knelt down to be next to her, but the stillness of the area around all of them made him freeze. Someone's here...

Kairi's hands curled to form fists at the pain, not realizing that everyone else was suffering as well. "...Sora," she said weakly. What was this? Why was everything hurting so bad?

"I know, Kai," Sora said softly, his voice tight because he was feeling it too. He sensed the Darkness getting worse, but he didn't sense the threat like two other people did in the group. He tightened his grip on Kairi's legs, eyebrows furrowed as he glanced around to his friends. This is bad.

"Riku," Lightning said lowly, eyes shut and teeth gritted as she was kneeling down. "Be ready." She sensed the enemy threat, and she had a feeling that he did too. She kept her tight grip on her sword, prepared to pull it out. She just had to sense where the threat was and then fire off a shot. Maybe that would make the burning Darkness go away.

"I know," Riku said lowly, lowering his hand and prepared to summon his Keyblade to his hand as he looked around. Whatever or whoever was causing this, they would pay. He hated that he and his friends were weak under the Darkness's presence.

Jeremy stood hidden behind a tree, his comrades within his sight. He heard the intruders' exchanged words, and he knew they were from the Light; he could sense it, which made him feel ill. He summoned his maroon and black weapon to his hand, signaling to his friends that they were about to ambush the foreigners. Trespassing wasn't allowed in this world.

"If you can sense where they are, tell me," Light said lowly, keeping her voice soft so only Riku could hear it. "I think I can get a shot off." They needed to weaken the Darkness here, if not defeat it altogether. She already had a finger on the trigger even though her gun was in the bag, though she wouldn't actually have a chance to use it. They were being surrounded.

Timothy nodded a little, summoning his own pure red weapon into his grasp. He moved into position and saw that it didn't look like any of these people would be able to fight back against them. Two boys were obsessed with girls who were weak in this environment, while the other two looked really weak. But they also looked more on guard than the others, so they were the ones Timothy was keeping his eye on.

Riku thought he heard a noise to his left, and he looked in that direction, his eyes narrowing. However he then sensed Darkness behind him. "...They're surrounding us," he said gravely, his voice low so only his friends could hear. There was no way he could tell Light which way to fire; they were surrounded by the enemy.

Grace had her Keyblade in her grasp as well, prepared to make her move. It would only take a second to take down these fools. They were all vulnerable from every side, even if a few looked prepared to get their weapons out. They wouldn't have the chance.

Sora looked up at Riku, grunting in recognition when he heard what he said. He hadn't sensed a presence until just a moment before he said something, when he heard movement. He kept his grip on Kairi but turned around so somebody from the group could possibly protect her back. He could only act as her shield from the front.

Mandy watched Adam move into his position as well, her gray eyes on the group. They sensed their presence now, but they were too late. In just a minute, Jeremy would go out and order them to join them as their captives. Zant would want to see the people from the Realm of Light who managed to make it into their world.

Riku looked around, fighting his headache as he tried to concentrate. They were being surrounded on all sides, though he didn't know who by. He looked forward again, but that was when he saw someone, a weapon in their hand. He summoned his Keyblade to his grasp and stood in his stance, eyes narrowing as he zeroed in on his newest target.

Jeremy held his Keyblade up in his own stance, one foot behind the other with his weapon twirling at his side. "Fighting would be useless," he pointed out with a smug smile. "Don't waste your time." They would lose in the end.

"Tch." Lightning's eyes narrowed as she looked at the cocky teen, though a noise to her right caught her attention. She saw a girl walk out of the woods by Roxas and Namine with a deep purple weapon in her hand, her gray eyes showing confidence. How long had these guys been watching them? She kept a grip on her sword even if the leader of the group said fighting was useless, the soldier unwilling to believe that. She got herself out of worse situations than this.

Roxas looked over at the girl that appeared, though his head turned to his other side when he saw another girl walk out of the trees. Her brown eyes were dark, but they showed determination as well. What was going on?

Grace held her green and yellow Keyblade in her grasp as well, putting its tip against the ground as she stood, one hip out to the side. It was easy to see that she was calm about things, not at all worried. "You better listen to him," she said, her red hair blowing faintly in the breeze. "Jeremy may be impulsive, but he's not afraid to let loose on intruders."

Adam and Timothy also walked out into the open, taking the rear of the group. Adam saw the brunet glare at him, but he remained serious, shifting his gaze to Jeremy across the circle. He didn't like this. These people came out of nowhere and were from the Realm of Light; they shouldn't take this lightly.

"What do you want?" Lightning asked lowly, keeping her glare on Jeremy. What were they intruding on, exactly? They were just thrown into this world; they couldn't help it that this was where they ended up. But she doubted any of them would listen to their story. If a fight broke out, she would fight the best she could, but they were out manned here.

Jeremy twirled his weapon once more, seeing the guy with the silver hair looking at it. "We're the Keyblade wielders here," he said, looking at everyone in front of him. "You can take your Light elsewhere." This was their land, and they weren't about to let people from the Light walk all over it.

Riku grit his teeth. "I knew it," he hissed. Those were Keyblades... He knew it from the moment Jeremy stepped out of hiding. These were the Keybladers of Darkness.
