Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Zant stepped forward, walking down the line until he stopped in front of the one he decided upon. "You," he said, staring at the blonde with hard brown eyes. It's been a while since the crowd saw a good mauling. And besides, he didn't believe that she was completely helpless; he sensed some kind of strange power within her.

Namine lifted her head when she saw Zant stop in front of her, her eyes widening. What?! Me?! She didn't know how to fight at all! If she went down there, she would be killed right away. But that was the plan, wasn't it? Zant hated Nobodies.

Once the shock wore off, Roxas became instantly infuriated. "No!" he hollered, putting an arm out in front of Namine. "No way!" Namine wasn't going down there; she was defenseless! She'll...

Zant motioned for Timothy to walk away from Riku, the young man grabbing Roxas's arm and pinning it down to the chair while Zant reached down and grabbed the girl's arm. She was just a twig to him; he could snap her in half right now if he wanted to. But this was more about a show than anything else.

"Let me go!" Namine cried in protest, feeling Zant yank her away from her friends and Roxas. She tried fighting against him, but he barely seemed to notice it. He's...he's going to make me go down there, and...

Roxas grunted at the strength that was pinning his arm down, the boy trying to jerk it away. "You're crazy!" he hollered to Zant. "If you want a good fight, take me instead!" He would go down there. Just don't hurt Namine... Please! He couldn't live without her!

Kairi closed her eyes, covering her face. No....not Namine, she thought desperately. Please let this just be a nightmare. She could already feel tears appearing behind her eyelids, and that was enough to tell her that this was reality. Her best friend, her sister, was going down to the arena.

Zant smiled wickedly, standing by the door briefly with the blonde. "I don't want a good fight," he said, looking at the boy Nobody in particular. "I want a mauling." He heard Namine gasp at that, a desperate whine leaving her lips. But he didn't care, opening the door as he prepared to lead her out.

"What!? No!" Roxas hollered, opening his left hand and taking desperate measures. He summoned his Keyblade and swung it at the boy holding him down, not caring if he himself got punished for the behavior. He had to get Namine!

Adam moved in quickly, grabbing Roxas's arm and pinning it down as Zant and the Nobody left the room. He sensed Grace and Mandy return, which meant that Lightning was being taken care of by Jeremy right now. He jerked his head and motioned for the girls to step forward, realizing that if they didn't make their threat clear right now, the other Keybladers would also struggle against them.

Grace saw the blond boy struggling, and she walked over quickly as she summoned her blade. She grabbed a handful of his hair and jerked his head back, putting her blade horizontally at his throat as she stood behind his chair. "Don't make another move," she threatened lowly, her dark eyes glaring into the Nobody's blue. His retaliation was up.

Roxas's grip on his Keyblade tightened, though he was frozen in place. No...he thought desperately, his jaw flexing as he tried to think of a way he could take control of the situation. But he couldn't. He was in trouble, and so was the girl he loved. Namine...

Mandy walked forward to look at the other two boys, the brunet shifting his glare from Grace to her when she caught his attention. "We don't tolerate insubordination like this," she said cooly, summoning her Keyblade to her grasp as a threat. "So don't either of you get any ideas." Whatever they tried, it would fail. There was no escape from this realm anyway right now.

Grace could sense the frustration coming from the other captives, but she kept her glare on the spiky blond. "Get rid of your weapon," she ordered. "Now." If he didn't, he would suffer the consequences. She felt satisfaction when he complied, his hand instead forming a fist where the weapon had once been. "Very good."

Namine's eyes were wide when the guards opened the gate and let the two of them in, though Zant never entered the public's eye. He shoved her out into the area, the girl stumbling a few steps before she fell and caught herself with her hands. She looked over her shoulder and looked at him with wide eyes, seeing him standing by a microphone to speak to his people.

"Ladies and gentlemen," Zant said, smirking at the blonde who looked very much afraid of him. "Today, I give you a special treat. You will see the disposal of an abomination who wandered into our world. A Nobody!" He heard the crowd react, disgusted with the Nobody. This is great.

Grace took her weapon away from Roxas, but her words only made him angry. "Enjoy the show." He sat upright and looked past Timothy and Adam, seeing the large screen from where he sat. It zoomed in on the girl he loved, and he felt his heart skip a beat in fear. Namine...

Namine exhaled a shaky breath, walking a few steps into the arena and looking around. She didn't understand...What was this supposed to be? She was out here alone right now, and it didn't sound like any of the Keyblade wielders were going to be the ones to...put an end to her. She heard a roar in one direction and she whirled around, seeing a cage that was built into the wall. And the beast inside that cage had bright red eyes and a mane, reminding her of a lion that was purely black. They started opening the cage door, about to let the animal out. I'm...I'm going to be...
Kairi heard the roar, and she felt her eyes widen in fear as she stared at the large screen on the opposite side of the coliseum. It...looked like a Heartless, but had the shape of a lion. Mauling... Namine was going to... Kairi brought a hand to her lips, a muffled sob leaving her. Oh no!

Namine felt panic arise, more panic than she was already experiencing. She didn't know that Zant returned to the upstairs balcony then and told his Keybladers to go get a front row seat by standing around the arena. She just kept her wide eyes on the creature and took slow steps backwards, seeing the last lock on the cage be released. And then so was the lion.
"No, no, no, no, no," Roxas said hoarsely, leaning forward in his seat. This was not happening. He had to get down there... He had to help her. But he wouldn't get the chance if he moved; he would be killed on the spot. It would be pointless. Namine...

Namine heard a whine of fear leave her lips when the animal charged at her, the girl instinctively turning and running away from it. But there was no place to go! She was locked in this arena with a vicious animal, and she couldn't escape it forever. She sensed it right behind her and she dove to the side, dust rising from the fall. But the animal's swinging paw missed her, the beast running past her because of its momentum. It missed. That time.

Grace reveled in the cheers coming from the crowd, the girl sitting at the edge of the arena and watching the sight. Her arms were crossed over her chest, a small smirk on her lips. The Nobody wouldn't survive this, and the other Nobody clearly realized that because he was panicking before. Too bad, she thought heartlessly. Nobodies don't belong in our universe anyway.

Adam stood inside the arena but by the edge, arms folded over his chest casually as he watched the Nobody push herself back up and spin around to see the lion coming at her. He felt no pity, not even when she turned to run but the lion was already upon her. Her cry rang out through the area when the lion dug its claws into her back, knocking her down to the ground. But then...his eyes widened drastically. There was blood. Nobodies aren't supposed to bleed, he thought in panic. She's not a Nobody!!

Roxas sprang up from his seat, leaning over the balcony as his knees started to shake. "Namine!" he hollered in fear, unable to help himself. No...no, no, no, no, no. He saw the blood, and that alone made him weak at the knees. Baby...

Kairi whimpered instantly, the small whine leaving her closed lips when she heard Namine's scream and Roxas's yell. Oh my gosh...

Namine felt tears already leaving her eyes at the pain, the girl pushing herself up a little as she laid on her side. She looked back to the roaring lion who was just two feet away, her eyes widening when she saw him lift a paw to hit her again. She squeezed her eyes shut in preparation, a frightened cry leaving her lips.

"Back off!" Adam ordered the lion, suddenly getting between Namine and the lion. The animal was already in mid-swing, though, so he used his Keyblade to block him. Timothy appeared right there with him, standing right by Namine with a Keyblade in his grasp. The crowd was quiet, unsure what to make of this. But so were they. Nobodies weren't supposed to bleed...and even if this was a normal girl, from the Realm of Light, Zant would believe she deserved to die. But Timothy and Adam couldn't just sit by and let a girl get mauled to death just because she was from their enemy realm.

Grace sprinted through the arena, casting a small Cure spell on Namine before she knelt down beside her. "You're going to be alright," she told her, setting a hand on the girl's arm. Nobodies weren't supposed to have anything inside them that was similar to humans. Namine bled, and that was enough to prove to the rest of them that Zant made a mistake; she was just a girl who hadn't done any harm. She wasn't a Nobody and she wasn't special. She was innocent.

Namine looked up at the redhead through moist eyes, the bleeding stopping but the pain still there. "W-why are you...?" Why were they helping her, after Zant ordered she was mauled? They had no reason to help her!

"You bled," Mandy said dryly, approaching the two girls while the boys started leading the lion back to its cage. "Nobodies aren't supposed to bleed, so I guess you're not one. Zant made a mistake sending you out here." That was what she believed, and obviously the others believed the same since they all rushed out without a single word to each other.

B-but I am a Nobody, Namine thought, holding back a whimper because of the pain. She didn't say anything aloud, though, mostly because she didn't want to convince them not to help her. She was alive because of them...And they actually had compassion. She was shocked by that, since they appeared so ruthless before.

Grace looked down at the blonde, her dark eyes on her blue. "My spell wasn't enough to get rid of the pain, but the bleeding's stopped," she said, her Keyblade still in her hand and to the side. "We'll get you out of here and somewhere safe, alright?" She was sure she and Mandy would agree to help this girl get back to full health. This was a mistake on Zant's part.

Roxas could only stare down at the arena in shock, not knowing what to say or do. They...they helped Namine!? But why? He was extremely grateful, of course, but he was confused as well. All he wanted was to rush down there and hold her in his arms, but he couldn't leave. Not right now.

"O-okay," Namine said with a small nod, lifting a hand and wiping at some of her tears. When she was done, Mandy took a hold of that arm and wrapped it around her shoulders, starting to help her up. Out of the corner of her eye, Namine noticed Adam and Timothy lead the lion back into its cage and lock it there. What she didn't notice, though, was the ruler who was fuming in his balcony.

"This is...unacceptable," Zant said through his teeth, watching the scene down below. That girl was definitely a Nobody! But his Keybladers just rushed in and saved her because they believed she was a human, and now it looked like he sent an innocent girl to her death. He needed to fix this, and he needed to fix this now. The Nobody wouldn't live through the night.
