Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora's eyes widened at the advice given to him, his gaze going back to Grace. "W-what?" he said, lifting his Keyblade and blocking hers. He grunted at the pressure, seeing Riku's fight was still going on with Mandy. But he didn't understand...Why did Grace just tell him to keep fighting? And why did Mandy help Riku find some passion to fight? Something didn't seem right...

Zant tilted his blade down and at an angle to kill the Princess, one hand lightly sitting on the top of it as he kept his brown eyes on her. "Farewell," he said, plunging his sword down to kill her. But the blow didn't land, because all of a sudden, there was a Keyblade in his way. He looked up to the warrior next to Kairi, grunting in surprise. Timothy.

Grace kept her blade pressed against Sora's, her dark brown eyes on his bright blue. "Trust me," she said hoarsely, hearing a cheer from the crowd. Mandy must have done something with Riku to cause that. She was keeping up her end of the bargain, and now it was Grace's turn. She needed to convince Sora to keep going.

A whimper had escaped Kairi's throat when she saw the sword coming for her, but she opened her eyes when she heard a clash of metal. Her eyes widened when she saw one of the soldiers in front of her, protecting her. What was going on?

"Adam, now!" Jeremy ordered, summoning his black and red blade to his hand before he too moved in to attack. He swung his weapon at Zant's back while he was distracted, knowing this was their one and only chance.

Sora felt his eyes narrow, his weapon shaking a little against hers as he pressed back. "Why should I?!" he asked lowly, his voice hoarse as well. Grace and her friends were responsible for the deaths of three of his friends, and now they were trying to kill him and Riku. And Kairi was in danger now.

Zant pressed hard against Timothy's weapon and knocked him to the side because of the force, the large man moving to that same side to avoid Adam appearing on the other side and Jeremy swinging at his back. He immediately knew what was going on, because he had feared it the past few days. Betrayal.

"Because," Grace started, holding her ground as she remained composed. "Your friends are alive, the soldier and both of the blondes." If he didn't believe her, then she would advise him to glance quickly at the balcony to see what was going on up there. This was a charade, and she and her friends needed Sora's help to make it work.

"Kairi, get up!" Jeremy hollered, glancing at her as he stood ready for any of Zant's attacks. She had to get out of here while she still could, and get somewhere safe. This was definitely not going to be the place.

Kairi scrambled to her feet, falling at first because of her weakness. But she rose to her feet successfully and hurried toward the open door, knowing there was no other choice. She had the chance to escape, and she was going to take it, even within her confusion.

Sora rolled his eyes, gritting his teeth. "Yeah right," he said lowly, pulling his weapon away and taking a swing at Grace. The warriors shared all the gruesome details with him, Kairi, and Riku, since Zant wanted to see them squirm. Those stories were...too harsh, to just be made up.

Zant opened a hand and sent a fireball at the door, the flaming ball hitting the metal doorknob. It forced the door to slam shut and also melted the handle so that nobody could walk out that door. He took a swing at Adam when he came close and forced him to stumble back, the man hurrying over to the microphone. He had an announcement to make, to cover the chaos going on in this booth. He had to keep his enemies busy in the arena.

Grace bent down to avoid the swing, and while she was so low to the ground, she swung her leg out to trip Sora up. "Listen to me!" she begged with a hiss, knowing she couldn't be loud because of their audience. He had to believe her...

Kairi came to a stop, her eyes widening in fright when the door slammed shut. The doorknob... She turned around, her eyes finding the three warriors and Zant. She saw him reach for the microphone, and she knew this couldn't be any better than things had gone already.

"Release the lions!" Zant roared into the microphone, hearing the crowd start cheering. The lions would definitely add to the chaos down there, and he didn't care anymore if Grace and Mandy died in the chaos. Their friends up here would be gone soon enough.

Sora fell onto his back when Grace tripped him up, though he didn't have a chance to respond to what she just said to him. His blue eyes widened at Zant's command, his gaze going to the edges of the arena to see a few areas where the lions would be released. "W-what's going on?!" Why would Zant send out lions while his own warriors were still in here?!

"We're going to help you escape, Princess," Timothy said lowly to her, stepping over and putting an arm in front of her protectively. "Thanks to you and your friends, we see Zant for what he truly is. An evil, wicked man who manipulated us for his own means. We're sorry we didn't see it sooner." But at least her friends were still alive.

Grace's eyes widened. "What?!" she shrieked, her Keyblade going down to her side as she stood next to Sora, her gaze darting around the arena to see the gates lifting up. She turned her head, red curls falling against her face as she looked to her friend, whose fight had stalled as well. "Mandy, he knows! Zant knows!" She took a step back, one of her feet right by Sora's shoulder. "He's trying to kill us!"

Kairi looked up at Timothy in surprise, though she had figured that they were helping her somehow. But...now she knew for sure that they were on their side, and they were going to kill Zant. Thank you, she wished to say, but her voice was gone. Was this really happening?

Mandy's eyes widened, the girl glancing up and seeing Adam go for Zant in the balcony. Sure enough, the sneak attack to kill Zant had failed. And now the real chaos was beginning. "We need them," she said softly. They needed the heroes from the Realm of Light to help them. She knew it for sure, so she spoke again with confidence. "Grace, hold them off! I'm going to get them!" Lightning...Roxas...They needed them. Right now. She started running, heading for the door that led to the dungeons.

Sora pushed himself up, Keyblade in his grasp. But he didn't look to the lions, instead looking to the balcony and seeing the fight up there. "Kairi," he whined in worry, wanting to get to her right away. But the lions and the guards were going to slow him down.

Grace nodded to Mandy, then turning her attention to the boy she was standing beside. "Do you believe me now!?" she said, anger and a bit of fear in her voice. There was no way they could hold these creatures off, not without some help. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Riku standing not too far off, but she didn't allow Sora to answer as she let her eyes fall back on him. "The boys are helping your Princess," she told him. "If we're going to win this, I need your help. Please!"

"...I don't know what's going on," Sora stated, shifting his gaze to Grace before he looked back to a lion that was just released from its cell. "But if you help me get to Kairi, I'll help you." It seemed like Zant turned against her, and her friend, wherever she ran off to. It didn't really matter to him as long as he and his friends got out of this safe. And he was only thinking of Riku and Kairi, the teen still believing the others were gone.

"Alright, deal," Grace said, tearing her gaze from Sora to the lion that was just released. And to her left another, and to the right a third. "There'll be two more behind us. We have to hold them off for only a few minutes, so don't slip up." She glanced at Sora before looking to Riku. They made eye contact and he nodded to her, clearly understanding what was going on. Grace's dark eyes found the lion in the center that was running toward them, and she tightened her grasp on her Keyblade. "Go." She started forward, meeting the creature halfway before letting loose. She wasn't about to die to these animals; she would walk out of this arena alive, just like every other time.

While Sora ran to meet his lion, Mandy ran through the dungeon, eyes widening when she heard people running behind her, chasing her. Zant ordered in the past that anyone who fled the battles were to be killed. That even included her. She went around a corner, summoning her Keyblade as she kept a back to the wall. At the last second, she stuck it out into the path of the men chasing her, her sword hitting their windpipes and knocking them down. They wouldn't be getting up anytime soon. She kept running, heading towards the cell where two warriors and Namine were waiting. I have to hurry.

Kairi could only stare with wide eyes as the fight in the booth continued, the girl's back pressed against the wall to make sure she wasn't in the way. Jeremy and the others were giving their all, but they were still struggling. Please let them win, she begged, clasping her hands at her chest in fear and worry. They were helping her, so the least she could do was wish for their victory, as well as Sora's and Riku's, and the two girls who were down there as well. Things were becoming chaotic everywhere.

Sora helped hold off the lions for a few minutes, though he knew that he, Riku, and Grace couldn't stand up to them much longer. They had to flee, but if they did that, the lions would get into the crowd. And not only that, running away would make them vulnerable, and Grace already told them what would happen if a lion dug its claws into their backs. He wasn't about to let that happen. He grunted, shooting an ice spell at a lion. How am I supposed to get to Kairi when the fight is like this?! And he hoped Riku was okay too...
Riku shot Dark Aura at a lion from a few yards away, hearing the beast roar from the pain. About time someone else suffers! he thought with fury, running forward and swinging at the creature's face. Throughout the fight, Grace had explained that if they got hurt by one of the lions' claws, they would be stuck in this realm forever. Riku wasn't about to accept that fate, so he was fighting back. He knew Sora was as well, and he could only hope they made it out of this alive. And Kairi too.

Lightning ran out of the doorway behind Mandy, seeing the girl run off to face a lion that was heading for Grace. Her eyes automatically went to Riku, though, the woman feeling startled when she saw another lion charging at him. Her feet started carrying her forward at a sprint, her weapon coming out of its case as she shifted Paradigms and focused on a mighty spell. She wouldn't make it in time, but the spell would stop the creature from hurting Riku. She saw a bolt of purple lightning come down from the sky right by Riku, knocking the lion away from him. I did it. I kept him safe.

Roxas sprinted forward, summoning both of his blades to him before he chucked them across the arena. His blades impacted the lion Sora was battling, that being the one he decided to go after, since the others were also covered. It roared in pain, but he watched as his Keyblades started flying back towards him. He caught them, knowing that now was his chance to fight back, and he wasn't going to lose.

Riku heard the lightning strike next to him, and after knocking his lion into a small daze, he turned to see the lion that had nearly gotten to him fly back. But, how did that...? He saw the pink hair, though he didn't believe it. No...no way. "Lightning!?"

Grace glanced away from her lion in time to see that the other two warriors made it. They're here, she thought with relief. Now they could win this thing. She went back to attacking her target, a cry leaving her lips.

Lightning glanced at Riku when he called to her, though she couldn't focus on him for long when one of his lions started for her. She grunted and kept up her sprint, though she magically transformed her weapon into Odin's. When it was close to her, she spun the hefty weapon around and hit the lion, sending it flying. She panted a breath and stood upright, holding the weapon by her side and looking at Riku while there were no threats towards either of them. Yeah. I'm here.

Sora's eyes widened when Roxas helped him, disbelief present in his gaze. His best friend was alive! "Roxas, good to see you!" he couldn't help but holler, semi-lighthearted despite the threat to his beloved. "Handle this for me, would you?" He ran off in a sprint, heading towards the exit that would take him to Kairi. He was going to rescue her.

Riku could only stare in disbelief, his aqua eyes wide. "Light..." he said in shock. You're alive! He heard a roar near him and couldn't look at her any longer, the boy lifting his Keyblade just in time to block an attack from his lion. He got forced back, sliding along the dirt, but he caught his footing. Mandy hadn't been lying when she said Lightning was alive, and for that, he was going to try even harder to defeat these creatures. You're mine.

Roxas fought the urge to roll his eyes at his friend in good nature, knowing he had to focus. He took on Sora's target alone, swinging at it with both of his weapons.

Grace did a back handspring to avoid the claws of her lion, landing smoothly on her feet. She turned her head when someone ran by, seeing it was Sora. He was going after the Princess. "You know your way!" she called over the uproar. "Good luck!"

Lightning ran forward to the creature that was still down, the young woman using her conserved strength to stab it with Odin's weapon when she was right by it. She gritted her teeth at the force she used, still not completely recovered from everything that happened. But she could still fight, and that was exactly what she would do. She would fight alongside Riku, because she needed him and he needed her.

Sora lifted a hand in recognition to Grace, the teen continuing to run. He saw the guards at the door try to shoot their guns at him, but he was too fast to get hit as he came up right by them and took them both out with his Keyblade. Nobody was going to stand in his way now. Kairi, here I come.

Jeremy cried out when he was sent flying, his back colliding uncomfortably with a table in the room. It fell apart upon him crashing into it, the boy grunting once he landed on the ground. Zant... He was strong, more than Jeremy remembered. But he couldn't give up. He had to make sure he was overthrown and that the Princess got out of this safely. She wasn't going to get hurt because of their vengeance and rebellion.

Adam's eyes widened when Jeremy landed hard, though he didn't hesitate charging at Zant yet again. A harsh battle-cry left his lips as he swung, though Zant swung right back and hit his weapon with enough force to send him flying back as well. He hit the back wall, falling in a slump a few feet away from Kairi. He had been the last one standing, Timothy having been knocked out a minute or two ago. He couldn't recover quickly enough, and he saw Zant starting over. "Sorry, Princess," he choked out. They were going to fail in protecting her.

Kairi's eyes widened at the words, her gaze leaving Adam and going to the man in charge. No... She shrank back against the wall, knowing that he still wanted to kill her. After all that hard work from the three boys, and this was the result? Kairi released a shaky breath, her eyes on the dark ones that belonged to Zant. Sora...

Zant walked towards Kairi at a casual pace, glancing at Jeremy as he passed by him. He saw Adam struggling to get up and fight back, but he wouldn't be able to do a thing. And the Princess...She was helpless as always. He stopped by her and stared at her for a moment before he lifted his sword to strike her down. But things didn't go according to plan.

Sora kicked the door open to the balcony, the door flinging open with a large bang. It caught Zant's attention, and for that he was glad. He felt angered at Zant's position by Kairi and chucked his Keyblade at him, striking him and forcing him to back off before Sora ran to be in front of his fiance. Nobody was going to hurt her.
