Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

Kairi smiled, stepping over and getting under Sora's arm. She saw that Roxas had wrapped his arm around Namine now, and Kairi herself wrapped her arms around Sora. She leaned into him, so happy he was alright. Besides, she was exhausted and weak from the Darkness, even if it had lifted since Zant was gone. Regardless, this realm was bad for her, but she was alright for now. Hopefully they didn't stay much longer; she wanted to get back to the Islands and start the newest chapter of her life alongside her fiance.

Sora lightly kept his arm over Kairi's shoulders, the young man fighting the urge to wince when Kairi accidentally touched one of his wounds. He ignored the discomfort, though, his soft blue eyes on her as he heard the other Keybladers continuing their conversation a few yards away. "You okay?" he asked Kairi softly, worried about her. The Darkness here wasn't good for her.
Kairi lifted her eyes to Sora's, being honest. "I feel really weak," she replied truthfully. Now that her adrenaline and fear had worn off, she was left feeling weary and sick. "...But I'll be okay." She had to stay strong until they could leave.

"I think it's time we get going," Sora said softly, squeezing Kairi's shoulder before he looked back up to Roxas. He surely heard what Sora had to say, and he must have agreed with it. None of them liked this realm, even if the people here weren't so bad in the end.

Roxas nodded, his arm still around Namine's shoulders. He saw how pale Kairi was, and he was sure Namine and Lightning weren't doing much better. He turned his gaze to the Keybladers not too far off, seeing that their voices had died down. "Do you guys know a way out of here? It's about time we got back to our own realm," he told them.

Jeremy nodded, but his eyebrows were furrowed. "A portal should already be open, but there isn't much time," he said with a shake of his head. "We'll get you on the right path, but you'll go the rest of the way on your own." They could only do so much, but they couldn't get near that portal. If they got sucked in, they would be in the same boat as the group from the Light.

Mandy noticed Lightning release Riku, Namine doing the same with Roxas as she started forward. "Hope you all have some energy to run," she said, eyebrows furrowed in seriousness. "If we don't make it to the portal in time, there's no telling when you'll be able to get back home." And she was sure none of them wanted to stay here much longer than they already had.

Grace turned to Jeremy at Mandy's words, following after her. "We should take the bikes," she said to him, and upon seeing him nod, she turned her attention to the Keyblade wielders of Light. "Do you guys have anything to help with speed?"

"Our gliders," Riku said, looking to his friends. They could take them if they had to; clearly they were racing against time to reach the portal. Mandy's words didn't sit well with him.

"That'll work," Timothy said with a nod, seeing Sora nod in agreement to Riku. "We'll lead you towards the portal. Let's move." He noticed the others in front of him already started running down the stairs, towards the place where their bikes were waiting. He didn't know what gliders Riku was talking about, but it didn't matter right now.

Roxas grabbed Namine's hand and followed the others, quickly starting out of the room. They would follow them out of the coliseum and back into the forest, where hopefully they reached the portal in time. No, we will. We have to get back.

Adam reached the bottom of the stairs and hopped onto his bike last, not bothering with his helmet. Mandy only took the time to tie back her long black hair before she started up her bike and raced ahead with Timothy, all of them trusting that the Keybladers from the opposite realm could get on their gliders quickly and follow them. There was no time to lose.

Jeremy hopped onto his bike, glancing ahead before he looked to the people of the Light. He saw Riku summon his glider, Roxas doing the same. It amazed him at first, since he'd never seen anything like it. But once they were on their modes of transportation and helping the girls, he spoke over his engine. "Follow us!" he called, then turning and peeling out of the area to race after his friends. They had to reach the portal, quickly.

Sora gripped Kairi's arms as she stood on the back of his glider, his arms around her as he saw Lightning get onto Riku's glider behind him. He started on ahead to follow the other Keybladers, sure that his friends would be right behind him. They weren't getting trapped in this realm.
Kairi held onto Sora tightly, glancing over her shoulder once Sora took off to see Riku and Roxas right behind them. She focused forward again, peeking over Sora's shoulder as the wind whipped her hair behind her. She saw the Dark Keyblade wielders' bikes on the ground not too far ahead, and she was sure they would be able to keep track of them. At this speed, she hoped they reached the portal in time. If she stayed here any longer, she feared she wouldn't be able to wait until the next time the portal opened.

Lightning kept her eyes on the Keyblade wielders and their bikes, all of them racing against time for a few minutes. The bikes weaved through trees and bushes as they headed towards their destination, but they were always visible from their gliders. As they got closer to the portal, though, Lightning felt her weakness coming back on. "Darkness," she said weakly in recognition, her hold on Riku loosening a little. The Darkness was going to make them weak again.

Riku heard what Lightning said, and he ground his teeth together as he forced his glider to go faster. C'mon, we've gotta make it! he thought with frustration. They couldn't lose to the Darkness again; they needed to make it back home.

Grace took a turn on the path, the wind whipping through her red curls as she followed her friends. She glanced briefly over her shoulder, seeing the Keyblade wielders on their gliders above. Good, they were keeping up. They would have to separate themselves from them in a minute or so; the Darkness was growing, which meant the portal was close.

"Roxas," Namine said weakly, feeling the same things that Lightning and Kairi were feeling. They were getting closer to the Darkness now, and so they were feeling the weakness coming back. Not only that, but Namine felt her back start hurting, right where the lion dug its claws into her. But she just assumed it was from the Darkness or from her holding onto Roxas so tightly.
"Just hold on," Roxas said to the girl he loved, tightening his hold on her arms around his stomach. Up ahead, he saw Kairi leaning her forehead against Sora's back, so she clearly wasn't feeling well either. They would be there soon, and they would get back home where everyone would be alright.

Adam stopped his bike, seeing Timothy and Mandy also skid to a halt. He stood up and saw the Keybladers on their gliders coming, and he knew they could probably make it to the portal in time. "Keep going straight!" he hollered up, waving his arm for them to keep hurrying. "Go!"

Jeremy brought his bike to a halt alongside Adam and Grace, seeing the warriors on their gliders continue going in the direction advised. "Good luck!" he called, cupping a hand around his mouth to carry his voice. He lowered it after a moment, watching them go. He could see the portal a couple hundred yards ahead, but this was as far as they could go.

Lightning shut her eyes, leaning her head against Riku while also keeping a pretty secure hold around him. It was getting stronger, so strong that even she wanted to pass out. But she wouldn't, and she was sure that the other two girls wouldn't lose consciousness either. They weren't warriors, but they were strong.
Kairi felt her knees begin to shake, her legs wanting to give out on her. To keep herself up, she held onto Sora even tighter, knowing that if she fell off this glider, she wouldn't only get seriously hurt, but they would never make it through the portal. Hurry, Sora. Please.

Sora bent his knees a little and went faster, able to tell Kairi wasn't feeling her best. "Almost there!" he called to her, and to his other friends right by him, in encouragement. They were going to make it! The portal was going to stay open for them.
Roxas kept his grip on Namine's arms, seeing the portal just up ahead. We're gonna make it! he realized with relief. They would make it home. He steered his glider to the side, behind Riku, who lined up behind Sora. They would go through in that order and be in the Realm of Light again.

Namine opened her eyes in time to see Sora and Kairi make it through the portal, the two of them vanishing from her sight. The one thing that didn't vanish for her, though, was the pain in her back. It intensified to the point where she had to hold back a scream. What's going on?! She grunted when she felt like she suddenly hit a wall when she should have gone through the portal, Roxas's glider continuing to fly through with him on it while she did not. She fell down to the ground and landed hard, barely conscious at all. She couldn't go through the portal.
It was when Roxas came soaring out of the portal behind Riku that he gasped, glancing behind him to the portal. "Namine!?" he cried, swinging his glider to a stop. What...why didn't she come through?! He had a hold of her!
