A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Namine glanced behind Roxas one more time and saw nobody there, so she knew now was a good time to tell him. "A week ago, Sora asked me if I'd be willing to do engagement photos for him and Kairi," she revealed softly. "He thought just because I had an artistic eye it would be easy, but I want the pictures to turn out good, so Ben's been giving me lessons and tips for photography." That was why she was with him all the time.

Roxas blinked in surprise, not expecting that at all. "...Oh," he said, feeling stupid already. He was worried there was something going on, but Ben was just being a good friend. Huh...I was freaking out for nothing.

Namine nodded slightly, seeing Roxas's expression. "Sora wants it to be a surprise for Kairi, so only he, Ben and I know about it," she said softly. "I wanted to tell you sooner, but..." But Sora wanted as few people as possible knowing about his plans. He knew how easily a secret like this could get out, especially between a group of friends that was so tight.

"I understand," Roxas said with a small nod. "It's alright." He understood now, though he felt bad because he guilt-tripped Namine into telling him. That wasn't exactly right. "I swore to secrecy, so no one will hear a peep from me. Promise." He wouldn't tell anyone, especially Kairi.

"Good," Namine said with a small smile and a nod. She didn't want this ruined for her best friend; she found it incredibly sweet how romantic Sora was being with this whole thing, and she wanted Kairi to enjoy it all. She didn't know when she was going to take the pictures, though; Sora hadn't given her a date yet.

Roxas felt relief wash over him, his eyes continuing to rest on the girl he loved. He was glad that nothing was going on, though he should have known better. "Sora's really getting into this, isn't he?" he asked with a faint smile. He heard about the proposal and how planned out it was, and now this? Roxas had a lot to live up to.

Namine's smile widened as she nodded again. "He is," she agreed. "It's really sweet." Kairi was a lucky girl, and Sora was a great guy. She didn't have feelings for him, though, and she saw how great a match he was for Kairi. She couldn't have been happier for her sister and one of her best friends; she always believed they were meant to be together.

Roxas hummed, tilting his head as he gazed at Namine. She really liked this stuff, so he had to take note of her reactions. He needed to plan something special for her too. She meant the world to him, and he didn't want her getting a less creative and less enthusiastic engagement. He wanted everything to be perfect for her. She deserved it.

"They're gonna have a lot of fun planning their wedding," Namine added with the same smile, still excited for her friends. Sora was handling this with maturity, but he was also being himself and being loving with Kairi. She couldn't see either of her friends freaking out over all the planning--she imagined both of them loving it. She hoped that she would be the same whenever she was engaged.

"I imagine you're a bridesmaid," Roxas admitted softly, a smile of the same fashion on his face. "Will you be helping with the planning?" He had an idea that Kairi would probably ask, unless it was just implied. They were sisters, after all. It was pretty self-explanitory.

"Of course," Namine said with a small nod. "I mean, Kairi hasn't asked me yet, but I'm helping out whether she wants me to or not." But of course, Kairi would want her to help, because the two of them were like sisters. And Namine was already taking the engagement pictures, which was a pretty big deal. She couldn't wait to see her sister's face when she found out about this surprise.

Roxas chuckled a little, his eyes staying on the girl he loved. "You'll be great," he told her softly. Namine was full of creativity. She would surely offer good suggestions if Kairi didn't have ideas already.

"I sure hope so," Namine said with a weak smile and a nod. "I want Kairi's wedding to be perfect. She deserves it." And so does Sora, she added mentally. Those two had been in love for so long, and she wasn't overly surprised that Sora proposed as soon as Kairi turned eighteen. She had to admit, from what she heard, all his surprises lined up so that Kairi would only believe he was making her birthday special, not preparing to propose. That was incredibly sweet.

"Mm," Roxas hummed, nodding faintly. He agreed with that. Kairi was a sweet girl, and apparently Sora's proposal was along the same lines. It made sense that Namine would want their wedding to be great; she was practically Kairi's sister, and Roxas was practically Sora's brother. He wanted to help if he could, and he had a feeling that would be to keep this secret. So he would.

Namine smiled softly, realizing that Roxas wasn't as enthused about this as she was. She couldn't really blame him, since this was something only girls could really get excited about. Well...and the groom, in this case. Sora was just as excited as she and Kairi were, and it was incredibly sweet. She liked seeing him be romantic towards Kairi after not being able to behave that way for so long.

Roxas saw the look Namine was giving him, and he only smiled. "You'll have fun," he concluded. He could see her getting more and more excited about this, and he was sure she would discuss things with Kairi soon. They were living together again, after all, in their own apartment. Thanks to Kairi's grandmother, they had enough money to purchase an apartment and live on the Islands. He was thankful for it; he never liked Namine being too far away.

"I will," Namine agreed with a small nod, realizing Roxas understood her thoughts without her verbalizing them. "And you probably will too once the day gets closer." She was sure Sora would have Roxas and Riku both help him out sometime, since those two were like Sora's brothers. And thankfully, her boyfriend now got along with Riku. A while ago they hated each other, but now they were genuine friends. So, they could have fun working on Sora's wedding together.

Roxas shrugged a little, though he kept his arms around Namine's waist. "Have they even set a date yet?" he asked. It was still early; they'd only been engaged for a few weeks now. He didn't exactly expect a date right away. They had a couple months until the wedding, at least.

"No, not yet," Namine said, faintly shaking her head. At least, she hadn't heard of one yet. Sora was still working his job here on the Islands, so he didn't have much time to sit down with Kairi and plan things yet. And there wasn't much of a rush, anyway, since Kairi was busy getting settled into the apartment. Once things calmed down, then they could get to planning the wedding.

Roxas nodded a little, his eyes resting on Namine for a moment before he looked over at the water rushing in near their feet. That was alright, since there wasn't any rush. Of course, he was sure that time would fly where the wedding would be here before they knew it.

Namine tilted her head slightly, looking at Roxas and seeing that he still appeared hot and sweaty from work. "You look like you could use a shower," she stated, smiling faintly in amusement. It was sweet he was here with her instead of getting a shower, but if he wanted to get clean, she understood. She would probably head back to her house and make dinner soon, and then she could hang out with Roxas later.

Roxas smiled sheepishly, his eyes lifting to Namine before he looked down at his beater. "Yeah, kinda," he said softly, looking at her again. He guessed he would head home and do that, since he did want to be clean and fresh for Namine. She deserved the best, even in him.

Namine's smile softened. "You can go get a shower if you want," she said. "Or hop in the ocean. Whatever floats your boat." Whatever floats your boat? How corny is that... she mentally scolded herself. She just used the phrase because she was feeling lighthearted, which was fine with her. It had been too long since she was that way with Roxas.

Roxas nodded, though his smile turned into a smirk. "Alright, but I'd rather have some company, if you don't mind," he said, grunting as he bent down a little and picked Namine up while she was still facing him. He turned and started toward the ocean, knowing she would protest. If she didn't, where was the fun in that?

Namine's eyes widened when Roxas scooped her up, though she should have expected that to happen with her suggestion. "I do mind!" she cried, squirming as her hands sat on Roxas's back. Her feet were wet, but that didn't mean she wanted to get her clothes all wet as well. "Roxas!"
