Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Roxas blinked at the question, though he thought about it and remembered that the park wasn't. "Oh...no," he answered softly. The park was out then, since a few of the slides and such were still down.

Namine nodded faintly. "Maybe we could watch a movie here? Kairi just went and got all her DVDs from the mayor's house the other day..." They had all survived the ordeal with the Ice Titan since they were in cases, so there were plenty of movies that they could watch here if Roxas wanted to do that.
Roxas nodded a little, taking his hand away from Namine's hair at the suggestion. "Yeah, sounds good," he said softly. He probably should have thought of that, but he didn't. He was still trying to wrap his mind around the fact that the meadow was ruined. Namine was happy earlier too, and now she wasn't. It stunk.

Namine nodded faintly, sitting up before she got off the couch and walked to the television. "What do you wanna watch?" she asked, kneeling down by the collection of movies they had. She didn't care what they watched, since she could see herself falling asleep during whatever. That was always what happened whenever she was upset; she slept to try and get away from reality for a while.
"A comedy would be good," Roxas thought aloud, his eyes resting on the girl he loved. It would help lighten the mood a little, if anything. Kairi was always good with movies, so he was sure she had some good ones.

Namine nodded faintly again, picking out the first comedy she found in the DVDs. She set it in the player and changed the television to the right channel a while, though she wondered if Roxas was going to sit up for the whole movie. She had planned on laying down still, but if he wanted to lay down too, then they could both be relaxed. It didn't matter to her as long as they were both comfortable.
Roxas saw Namine getting the movie ready, and he had a feeling that she would want to lie down again. He would rest with her if she asked, but otherwise he would let her rest her head on his lap. He could always stay up during a movie, while she usually fell asleep when they were played late.

Namine started the movie while she was by the TV and then went back over to Roxas, getting into the same position she had been in earlier with her head in his lap. She knew that he would say something if he was uncomfortable; they were always open with each other about stuff, even the simple stuff like that.
Roxas let one arm rest against the back of the couch, his elbow of the other on the armrest as he looked to the television. The movie was starting, so hopefully that would distract both his and Namine's thoughts from the meadow.

Namine and Roxas both watched the movie, and about a quarter of the way into it, Namine did lighten up enough to laugh at some of the funny points of the movie. But now, three-quarters of the way through it, she was too tired to laugh. She was barely conscious thanks to her tiredness and the blanket that was now draped over her instead of resting on the back of the couch. Roxas was the one who had put it over her, naturally.
Roxas ran his fingers through Namine's hair again, his eyes still resting on the television. It was dark in the room, and Namine had been quiet throughout a good duration of the movie. He was sure she was asleep by now, and that was okay. He would take her to bed soon.

Namine sighed softly, nuzzling the side of her head against Roxas's leg. "You can't stay for the night, can you?" she murmured, her voice reflecting how she was barely conscious. She didn't want Roxas to leave, but if he had to, then she would let him go. But they had stayed together before, so maybe it would be okay to do it tonight too.
"Sora's parents are probably already asleep," Roxas figured, his voice soft. "They wouldn't even notice I'm gone." In other words, he could stay. How could he resist when Namine was being so cute when she was groggy?

Namine hummed softly in recognition. "That means you can stay, right?" she murmured, too out of it to figure it out on her own even if it was obvious. She wanted him to stay, since it had been so long since they spent time just being together. They were doing that now, but this wasn't enough for her. Even if they were both asleep, she wanted to be with him.
"Yeah," Roxas said with a small nod, even if Namine couldn't see it. He could stay. Because Kairi was allowed to take as much of the furniture as she needed from her house in Radiant Garden, she had her own queen bed and brought along another for Namine. It was one that used to be in one of the guest bedrooms, but it was convenient for the occasion. He and Namine would be more comfortable.

Again, Namine hummed. Since Roxas was allowed to stay, she knew that he would. She couldn't see him turning down the opportunity for the two of them to be together, even if it was just to sleep. They hardly saw each other anymore, or enjoyed each other's presence. Tonight would be different.
"Let's go on to bed," Roxas suggested gently. Namine sounded really tired, and she looked it too, from what he could see of her. Going to bed would be the best choice for right now.

"You don't wanna see the rest of the movie?" Namine murmured. It must have been nearly over, since it felt like they had been watching it for a while. She didn't mind falling asleep out here, but then again, she didn't want Roxas having to carry her back to her room, either; she should have been able to at least do that much. Roxas shouldn't have had to have the burden of tucking her in and everything, even if he had done it before.
"Nah," Roxas said with a small shake of his head. "It's pretty predictable anyway." The guy was going to get the girl, in some funny way he was sure. It didn't matter to him; it was just a movie, after all.

Namine hummed yet again. Alright, if Roxas didn't want to see the rest of the movie, then she would wake herself up enough to walk back to the bedroom. She wouldn't bother getting changed, even if she was in jean capris and a hooded sweatshirt. Well...maybe she would take off the latter. She didn't really think deeply on it, not that she could think deeply at all when she was so tired.
Roxas smiled a little at Namine's exhaustion, the boy setting his hand on her shoulder. "C'mon, let's get you to bed," he encouraged. He could tell that she would fall asleep any minute, so it was best she got to her room now instead of later.

For the fourth time within a minute or two, Namine hummed. She already had a hand on Roxas's knee in front of her face, so she gently pushed herself up using that hand. When she was upright, she opened her eyes and didn't bother suppressing her urge to yawn. She was so exhausted...
Roxas's smile remained as he looked away from Namine and instead grabbed the remote. He shut off the movie and the television, then pushing himself up from the couch. He turned, offering his hands to the girl he loved. He would help her get to her room, though he was sure she would want to change. Or he would insist upon it; he wanted her to be comfortable, of course.

Namine lowered her hands from briefly rubbing her eyes, seeing Roxas in front of her. She smiled weakly and lifted her hands, setting them in his before she rose to her feet. It was lucky she hadn't fallen asleep already, since she was so tired. She was surprised Kairi was still out, since it must have been pretty late for Namine to be this tired. But they had no curfew; Kairi was an adult, and Namine would be one soon as well. They took care of each other, and themselves.
Roxas helped Namine to her feet before he kept hold of one of her hands, starting to lead her out of the room. Most of the lights were off, but he would take care of them after he escorted her to her room. He knew his way around the apartment pretty well, since he was observant from his days in the Organization.
