Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

It didn't take long for Namine and Roxas to reach the bedroom, even if Namine wasn't as graceful in her walking as she usually was since she was tired. But they did manage to reach her room, and Namine decided she would just take off her sweatshirt and sleep in her jeans. She stopped by her dresser and sighed softly, unzipping the sweatshirt and putting it on a hook by the dresser before she started towards the bed. Time to sleep.
Roxas lingered by the door, bending backward a little to look out into the hallway. Maybe he would leave the light on for Kairi whenever she got back. Yeah, that sounded like a good idea. He stepped into Namine's room completely and shut the door behind him. He instantly started to pull his t-shirt off his torso, that way he could be comfortable enough for bed.

Namine stopped two steps away from the dresser. I'm already standing, and I should brush my teeth before I go to bed... Yeah, getting changed was her best move. She went to the dresser, grabbed a pair of shorts, and then walked out of the room to go to the bathroom down the hall. She would rejoin Roxas in just a minute, when she was actually ready for bed.
Roxas walked over to the opposite side of the bed Namine had previously approached, sitting down on that side as he dropped his shirt on the ground. He honestly didn't care whether it was wrinkled in the morning or not. He lifted his arms above his head in a stretch and then relaxed, turning and getting under the covers. Namine would be back in a second.

Namine returned within a few minutes, wearing shorts and a T-shirt with her long blonde hair brushed and neatly hanging over her shoulder. She looked in her room and couldn't help but smile at Roxas in bed as she approached the furniture. She laid down on the side opposite him and pulled up the covers softly, ready to sleep now. She was comfortable and Roxas was with her. What more could she have wanted?
Roxas stared up at the ceiling while Namine was gone, but he turned his head when she got into bed, a smile instantly appearing at the sight of her. "Come here," he encouraged softly, lifting his arm for her to get under. He wanted her closer for the night.

Namine smiled softly at Roxas's words and his gesture, the blonde moving closer to him and getting under his arm like he requested. Even if he was under the blankets, she could see his bare chest. That was something else that she would have to get used to again, since she had seen him in his travel clothes whenever he came to visit her. This was strange, but in a very good way.
Roxas fought his smile as he lowered his lips to Namine's hair, kissing the top of her head when she was close. He then pulled away when the kiss was through, his head resting on the pillow again. "See you in the morning, babe," he said softly.

Namine's small smile widened at Roxas's use of the pet-name, and she savored the warmth of his presence as she wrapped an arm over his side. "'Night. I love you," she said softly. I love you with everything I have. Someday, she wanted to marry him. With everything that was going on with Kairi and Sora, though, she wasn't planning on focusing on her own desires for a while. Her best friend came first.
"Hm," Roxas hummed, his smile still on his lips as his eyes fell closed. "Love you too." Always will. He would propose one day, and soon. First, Sora and Kairi had to have their time; they deserved it. After that, he would propose...and hopefully Namine would say yes. Her answer governed their future together, and he wanted nothing more than to be with her for the rest of his life.

Namine shut her eyes at the words, though she didn't fall asleep right away. She started thinking of how she and Roxas first met when they were fifteen, and now it was nearly three years later. It was crazy how they were together as a couple most of that time. They were meant to be together...And if they weren't, they would change destiny and be together anyway. She couldn't imagine herself without him by her side.
Roxas started running his fingers over Namine's arm in the silence, listening to her breathing as he focused on falling asleep. Of course, it wasn't that easy, since he wasn't as tired as her. He instead thought about what kind of proposal he could make. Sora set the bar pretty high, but Roxas would meet it. He had to, for Namine. She deserved the best proposal in the world.

Namine felt Roxas's fingers dance over her arm like they had done through her hair earlier, and both those gestures always helped Namine fall asleep. It only took a minute or two for Roxas's current gesture to lure her to sleep, the blonde falling asleep in the arms of the person she wanted to be with forever. He was the only one for her.
Kairi approached the door to her apartment, her fiance right behind her. It was late, and they just got back from their small outing. But she asked Sora to come over anyway. He was eighteen, after all, a responsible adult. He could handle late nights, right? She pulled out her keys and unlocked the door, pushing it open to see the first light on. That meant Namine was home. I wonder if she's awake...

"...Guess I kept you out a little late," Sora said with a cheesy grin, the brunet lifting a hand and running it over the back of his spiky head. He hadn't meant for them to stay out that late, but after their movie, they went for a walk on the beach and looked at the stars. He hoped Kairi didn't mind how late things got. And if she did, he didn't care if she went to bed right away. He understood she needed her rest, just like he needed his. He had work again tomorrow.
Kairi glanced back at Sora as she held the door open for him, out of the way so he could come inside. "I don't mind," she told him with a soft smile. As long as she was with him, she was content. If anything, she was worried about him; Sora did have to work the next morning, so she hoped he wouldn't be too exhausted.

"Good, 'cause the last thing I want is for my fiance to be mad at me," Sora said with a sheepish grin, walking in past Kairi and seeing the dim lighting of the house. He guessed Namine was already here, since she would think to leave some lights on for Kairi when she came in. Those two girls were really considerate of each other most of the time. And whenever they weren't, it was never on purpose.
"She won't be," Kairi said softly, shutting the door. "As long as you don't do anything bad on purpose, of course." She turned around, following Sora further into the apartment. She had a fantastic evening with him, and she didn't want the night to end. That was why she asked Sora to come by for a little bit.
  • Author
"Me? Do something bad?" Sora asked with an arched brow, looking back at Kairi. "As if. My trouble-making days are over." Or, at least, that was what he liked people to think. He did get into mischief every once in a while, sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident. He couldn't help it, since he did act before thinking a lot of the time.
Kairi's smile grew slightly at the words. "Yeah, sure," she said, patting Sora's back as she went toward the kitchen. She wouldn't mind a glass of water, or getting him something if he wanted anything.
  • Author
Sora rolled his eyes at Kairi's comment, following her. "You're starting to sound like Donald now," he complained. When they saw Donald the other day and Sora acted like something was wrong, Donald immediately thought it was Sora's fault. And now Kairi seemed to have similar thinking, at least with him getting into mischief. He couldn't really blame her, though, considering his personality and his past.
Kairi only continued to smile, approaching one of the cupboards and grabbing two glasses. "Hey, he's got a good heart," she said, turning and looking to her fiance before she approached the fridge. "He and I are alike in knowing just how goofy you can be sometimes." There was nothing wrong with that, or for Sora being a goofball. She loved that side of him.
  • Author
"Yeah, yeah," Sora said, rolling his eyes and leaning back against a counter with his arms folded over his chest. He was goofy, but he wasn't as bad as his two friends from Disney Castle, was he? Maybe in some ways, but still...Donald was probably the wackiest of the group. Or so he thought.
Kairi went ahead and got some ice and water from the fridge. Once both glasses were full, she turned and approached her husband-to-be to offer him a glass. "You love us both," she said with a faint smile. And he knew it.
  • Author
"One more than the other," Sora said lovingly, accepting the glass that was held out to him as he smiled at his fiance. He did love Donald, but he loved Kairi far more (and very differently) than he loved his duck friend. Kairi was the person he loved romantically, and the only person he would want to hold in his arms the rest of his life. He couldn't wait until that was a reality.
