A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Riku faced Lightning, his aqua eyes roaming over her face for a moment. But then he stepped closer to her, one of his hands finding her waist as the other came up to rest on her lower jaw and her neck. He bent his head, connecting his lips to hers in a loving kiss.

Light fought the urge to smile at Riku's greeting of choice. This was a fine way to say hello, at least in her view. She closed her eyes, also lifting her arms and setting her lower arms on Riku's shoulders so her gloved hands were behind his neck. She couldn't really hold him back right now, but she did the best she could with what she had.

Riku continued to kiss Lightning, his fingers and hand touching her hot skin. He didn't mind the sweat; it was natural, after all. Besides, he loved Lightning. It wasn't like some sweat was going to get in the way of that. She'd seen him in some sticky situations as well, especially after work. They were even.

Light had to withdraw first, since her breathing wasn't back to normal yet since she had just been working out a minute or two ago. She pulled back from the kiss but stayed right in front of Riku, her eyes remaining shut as she exhaled a breath. That's some greeting.

Riku's forehead was only a few inches from Lightning's when the kiss ended, though he opened his eyes to look at her. Even when she was sweating and a mess, she was still gorgeous. "Was that better?" he asked her, his voice no louder than a whisper. The music was still going, not that he really cared. It was just him and Lightning, as he hoped it would always be.

"Yeah," Lightning whispered in return. That was much better than intruding on her workout and then ordering her to get cleaned up so they could go out. She would have leaned up and given him another kiss if she wasn't still breathless, and she didn't give him a hug because she was all sweaty. She definitely needed a shower.

Riku smiled, keeping his position. "Good," he said softly. He waited a second before leaning in and pecking Lightning on the lips, his eyes closing briefly at the action before he pulled back. "Now...shower." His smile stayed the same as he pulled back, giving her some breathing room. She needed to get ready.

Lightning opened her eyes and looked at Riku, taking her hands back from around his neck. "I'll get clean quicker if you help me with these," she said sheepishly, holding up her gloves. It wasn't too hard to get them on by herself because she had practice, but getting them off was always a pain.

Riku glanced down at the gloves and wordlessly agreed to help. He lifted his hands, unstrapping one of the gloves and pulling it off Lightning's wrist and hand. He tucked that one under his arm before moving to the next, his eyes going to her during the action.

Light set her free, sweaty hand on Riku's arm when he worked on the other glove, and though she could have gotten that one, she didn't bother saying anything. It wasn't hard to get the gloves off anyway, and now she wondered how Riku would react to her sweaty hand on his arm. She obviously needed a shower, but he had said as much himself.

Riku felt the hot hand against the skin of his arm as he took off the other glove, causing him to only shake his head. "You know something," he said, pulling the glove off Lightning's hand. "I never thought hot and sweaty could be so attractive." But it was when she was involved. She was still beautiful, even like this. And attractive, since her sweat didn't bother him so much.

Lightning smirked faintly at the comment. "I'll still spare you a hot and sweaty embrace," she said, her hand coming back down to her side and away from Riku's arm. He was nice and clean, so she wouldn't ruin that and make him jump in the shower as well. Clearly he wanted to get to Nautilus as soon as possible.

Riku smiled a little and set the gloves down on a piece of equipment nearby. "Thanks," he said, his eyes finding Lightning again. Considering he was wearing a nice black shirt and jeans, that wouldn't have exactly been good. He would have had to clean up as well.

Lightning "hmphed", lifting a hand and briefly setting it on Riku's chest as she stepped past him and went for the stairs. She didn't know what she was going to wear to Nautilus, since she didn't know if her normal outfit was okay. Riku wasn't dressed in his usual clothes, so maybe that was a sign she was supposed to wear something different as well. Well, she knew one thing for sure: she wasn't going to go in her current tank top and shorts.

Riku looked over his shoulder to watch Lightning go, and once she was out of his sight, he approached the stereo and shut off the music. Afterward, he went to the living room to sit down. He would wait for her to get ready; she could take her time, since there wasn't any rush.

It didn't take Light too long to shower and dry her hair just a little bit; when she did that, it dried naturally more quickly than it would have if she didn't blow dry it. She put on jeans and a pale blue shirt--a shirt she only had because Serah insisted that she have more colors than black and brown in her wardrobe. She sighed and straightened her shirt before she slipped on flip-flops and walked into the living room, where Riku was waiting.

Riku was staring up at the ceiling, his head against the back of the couch. He heard Light's footsteps and fought the urge to smile. "Still sweaty?" he called, not moving from his position. If she was, they would have a problem.

Lightning approached the couch from behind, looking down at Riku as he looked back up at her instead of the ceiling. "Do I look like I'm still sweaty?" she asked with an arched brow, her hands on the back of the couch as she waited for a response. If she did look bad, then she was going to give up on getting cleaned up and stay in the house.

Riku's eyes found Lightning's, and he couldn't help but smile. "Nope," he said softly. You look great. She was fresh, clean, and as beautiful as ever.

"Good," Light said with a smirk, standing upright more while keeping her gaze on Riku. "So, what are our plans for the day, chief?" The City of Dreams wasn't too close, so they would have to take a train or something. Riku's glider was something she didn't really want to be seen on, since the people of Cocoon hated anything foreign.

"Nautilus, then dinner if you're up for it," Riku said, his smile softening a little as he sat up and pushed himself up to his feet. He turned, pulling at the hem of his black, form-fitting t-shirt. "Sound good?"

"I am if you are," Light said with a small nod, her eyes finding Riku's when he was up and facing her. "You do know what Nautilus is like, right?" It was a mall, and amusement park, and a chocobo farm. Did Riku even know what a chocobo was? She had never thought of that before.

Riku shrugged, starting to walk around the couch to stand next to Lightning. "Not really, but I'm up for a new experience," he said with a small smirk. He was confident, as always, even if he didn't know what exactly Nautilus was other than a tourist attraction. Serah told him it was fun, so he'd take her word for it.

Light hummed, smirking. "Hope you don't mind the smell of chocobos," she murmured, taking her hands off the couch and starting towards the door so they could get going. From what she remembered, parts of the City of Dreams smelled absolutely terrible.

"Chocobos..." Riku repeated, lifting an eyebrow as he followed Lightning. "Never heard of them." He would find out, obviously, and discover what the smell was. By the way Lightning mentioned it, it was going to be unpleasant.
