Hello, I think I have encountered a bug after the 2.6 update. You see, when I try to access the Jewel Store menu (Either by the main store or Via the wallet on the top of the screen) all i get is a Window that says "ITEM IS INVALID" with an OK button. Square dosent seem to be helping, do any of you know how to solve this?

for refrence, here are some screen grabs of what I've been experiencing (As well as attaching the pics here for reference):

This window will pop up if I try to access anything relating to Buying Jewels (Except for the Banner for the VIP one which works normally on a Monday)

I tried transferring the game to a phone, But that did not work (As the bug was there as well)

And based on some users from the KHUX reddit, a factory reset wont solve it either: https://www.reddit.com/r/KHUx/comments/8nx8cs/a_bug_question_other/

I tried contacting Square on this, but they offered a solution that does not make any sense and leads me to beilve the staff there is incompitent
