Okay, so I've been searching around the net, but I can't seem to find a list of what Hoenn and Sinnoh pokemon are actually out there to get in the wild. Neither a list of what's out there, nor what isn't.

And go ahead, and call me lazy, but I really don't feel like going through the 200+ pages of the Dex to see which ones are out there, at least not if I can help it.

Is there anyone out there with a guide book that MIGHT be able to help out? I don't have one, so I'm not entirely sure what all is in it as far as a Dex goes.

Oh, it's amazing! I never had a chance to play the originals when they came out, I jumped right from Blue to Emerald, so I can't really compare them to the originals.

Serebii only has the full Dex, or a list of version exclusives. Pokebeach.net isn't real xD. If you meant Pokebeach.com, then its the same thing. I'm just looking for either a list of which Hoenn or Sinnoh Pokemon are available in the wild (or not, whichever's shorter) so I know when to stop hunting and when to start moving pokemon over from Emerald, Diamond, and Platinum.
