Why did my copy got reinstalled and re updated?

I have an external hard drive that has my copy of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 +2.5 remix on the PS4, I removed the external hard drive and replaced it with another and after a while the game got reinstalled and re updated with the latest version being 1.05.

Can someone explain to me what happened and will this affect any of the story or my save data?

    Configure browser push notifications
