So, today in the news I saw how they were promoting a cultural event in my country, very nice and all, but, they were also promoting the illegal method of acquiring rum. Seriously, I was stunned. What is up with the mayor of that city? He should know about the illegality of that forbidden process.

 

But anyhow, this thread is about illegal things you've seen in public, such as smoking weed in front of a police station, someone else waving a gun in front of a store clerk, things like that.
