Posted January 17, 201114 yr So I've just come back from my driving test and I failed : I'm a bit annoyed though cause I did everything right, all the maneuvers and everything. The only reason I failed was cause I did 25 in a 20 mph zone for a few seconds. Fair or not?

Everything is unfair when it comes to a driving test Sorry to hear that though, next time, just remember to go slower in that area and you will be good!
January 18, 201114 yr I don't think it was fair but you can always take the test again. Just make sure you be careful with your speeding. Good luck~
January 18, 201114 yr Well, that's rough. Then again, it is pretty rare to get your license first try. But still, I think the instructor was being fair, even if you were only going 5 mph over the speed limit. It's different if you're speeding on the main road where you can go 50 mph than if you were speeding at a 35 mph (trust me, I know, I almost got rammed head on from a car doing at least 40-50 in a 35 mph area). You might not've meant to speed, but I guess it teaches you to focus on your speedometer every few minutes or so. I'm done nagging now. Geeze, I'm turning into my mom *shudder* Slap me if you wish. But yeah, most people do get their license second try. Pretty much everyone in my class got their license second try (only 1-2 people got their license first try, others got it on their 3rd). So I wish you the best of luck!
