okay so i need help i heard if u use 2 ds a balloon comes out but hiw does it work cuz i tried doing it and a balloon wont come up and im to lazy to turn my wii on so can anyone help...?

This is what I did. The first DS I put recoded in and loaded the game until it was on the menu. The second DS I put mario kart. Then go multiplayer and wi-fi connection (something like that). It should show a list from 1-6 and be searching for other games. Then go back to recoded and go into the avatar sector and tag mode. A balloon should pop up in a few seconds. Do that scratch card and another balloon will pop up, again and again.
