1. BBSV2 will take place after the events of BBS and leading up to either KH3D or KH3. It will take place during Aqua's time in the RoD.

It will, considering how we see unseen scenes from previous KH games. So it's most likely that there might be cutscenes that will tell us more about the KH saga and possibly fill up/add plot holes.
