Plot: The world was calm for years after the group of six SeeDs saved the world from the Sorceress Ultimecia. There are four Sorceresses alive in the present and three of the Sorceresses have joined together and wish to follow the same path as Ultimecia. They don't want compress time like Ultimecia but still want to be able to control Time and Space in order to rule all. Balamb Garden is still running and training SeeDs knowing that Rinoa Heartilly would have have to pass her powers into another when she was old. So they arranged for her and Squall's children to go to Garden and for any possible Sorceresses to go to a Garden.
So a group of five SeeDs incuding the good Sorceress ____ are on a mission to find the other Sorceresses and stop them. But first they have to pass their SeeD exams and be declared ready to work. Also all the Sorceresses have a knight which is a male who protects them at all costs. There has to be four and only four. The good Sorceress can be a SeeD or just their Knight.
