need help with writing my manga

me and my friend want to make an online manga/comic based on kingdom hearts.Hes drawing it and im writing it.Ive only got one problem....I DONT KNOW WHAT TO MAKE AS A PLOT!!

 

i wanted to do a fan continuation of the ending to kh2/bbs but i dont know how to start or who to makeas the villian.

 

if you guys help you will be featured on the disclaimer/thanks to section.
