It was still early morning, so Flippy's strength was reduced more than normal. It's not like he'd want to resist, but he definitely wasn't expecting that. Flippy wrapped one arm around Splendid's shoulder, keeping him there, while the other clutched his shoulder.

Splendid smiled slightly into the kiss as he carefully caressed Flippy's cheek and Licked the teen's lower lip. He slipped a hand up Flippy's over sized shirt to feel the smooth skin under neath his finger tips. So soft.

((I'm sorry, I ended up getting sick after watching Harry Potter and I wasn't quite feeling well enough to stare at a bright screen-even though I dimmed it-for the whole night.))

 

Dino sighed contently as he leaned back in the lounge chair on the lawn of his home. The sun beamed down upon the Italian man, heating up his skin so just the right amount of sweat trickled down his neck. He wore sun glasses and had his hair and bangs pulled back and, despite the hot weather, was smiling contently. Within arms reach on the left side of him was an ice cold lemonade with a lemon slice place delicately on the side, and on the right side of him was a fan he had plugged into the outlet of his house.

 

"This-Is-The-Liiiiife~" He sighed happily, waving to a couple of girls his age that looked fairly attractive as they walked by in their bathing suits. The giggled with blush on their features, waving back to the no doubt handsome man.

((For the sake of argument, Hibari is there too.))

 

Although it was a beautiful day out, Hibari chose to stay inside, seating himself in front of the air conditioner with the gentle wind emitted from the machine blowing in his face. There was something he really hated about hot days like this... Whether it was people laying half-naked on their lawns (*cough*), how people decided that because it was so hot out they made the excuse not to train him (*COUGH*), or because watching his tutor flirt with random women was excruciating.

 

((For this arc to work, Dino and Hibari should already be a couple... Just sayin'.))

Dino nestled deeper into his lawn chair, taking a long sip of his lemonade before raising his eyebrows. An especially...good looking woman was making her way over to him, some of her friends giggling with anticipation. She had bronze skin tanned naturally from the sun, curled platinum blond hair reaching the middle of her back, and a nice figure. Dino whistled. As hot she was he still had to notice--she was nothing compared to how gorgeous Hibari could be (and was). The girl stopped in front of his lawn chair, a glistening white smile on her face.

 

"Hey." Dino lifted his glasses up to the top of his forehead, sipping is now half empty beverage from a straw as it made those slurp noises signifying he didn't have much left. ((Like when he have soda at a restaurant and drain it to the last drop )).

 

"Hey."

 

((I love how Dino tries to be cool in that situation and isn't.))

((Lol, if I were Dino's girlfriend at the time, I'd come outta the house waving a broom at her like, "GET OFF MY LAWWWN."))

 

Hibari had quickly glanced over to the window, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Now, Hibari was fine with Dino flirting with girls that didn't seem to be interested in him too much, but it was different when a girl was hot and looked like she wanted to firetruck him. He let it go, deciding that maybe it isn't what it seemed. Dino would never cheat on him. He wouldn't rather be with a girl, would he...?

((And then Dino would be all: "Oh-oh god-no, sweetie-honey you're embarrassing me!" ))

 

The blond female, sat on the grass next to Dino, her shorts riding up and her legs opened in a sultry position as she winked at Dino (who's eyes were desperately trying to look anywhere but at her, still slurping his now empty glass of lemonade

 

"It's, really hot today--isn't it?" She drawled out, giving a slow hair flip. Dino nodded, trying to play it cool and not lose it.

 

"Yeah, it is. So....why don't you go home and sit in front of your own air conditioner or get a drink." She smirked, leaning forward as she tilted her head.

 

"Why, I could think of plenty of things I'd like to 'drink'." Dino promptly gagged, looking around to find an easy way out of talking to this--bluntly put--tramp.

 

((I'd be like: Yeah no go away.))

((I'd be like, "...Girl, you better be trippin'."))

 

Hibari heard that conversation as well. He got up, going outside to make himself known. Yep, just as he thought; a stereotypical slut. There seemed to be a lot of them in this area. He stopped just behind Dino, looking at the blonde girl sternly. "Is there a problem?" He asked, narrowing his eyes at her. He didn't have the patience for girls like her.

 

((I don't care if I'm embarrassing him. He should be glad I'm fighting for our love like that. ))

(( He would be thankful in the end and then reward you with hot--I'll stop there ))

 

Dino stiffened, paralyzed in hearing Hibari's colder than death voice. He knew that tone well. It was his: When-I'm-through-with-them-you're-next voice. Shit he was screwed. He mouthed "Go, just go" frantically to the girl, not wanting her to face Hibari's wrath via tonfas. No one, no matter how slutty a person they were should go through with that. Gulping, the blond heeded his warning, getting up and stumbling back towards her friends on the side walk who had abandoned their post. Dino gulped, looking up sweetly at Hibari.

 

"H-Hi honey."

He looked down at him with the same look he had given the girl, though a bit more concerned than angry. "What was all that?" He asked coldly, raising a skeptical eyebrow. "You weren't thinking of cheating on me, were you?" Hibari watched in triumph as the girls began running away, looking to a different guy to play the same trick on. Girls were such filthy people.

((WAIT! I HAVE A MOMENT!))

 

Dino blinked. Was Hibari serious? Why would he ever cheat on him? Sure those girls were attractive but it didn't mean he would go as far as to--no, never.

 

"Are you kidding me? Kyouya I would never!" Dino protested, sitting up a little straighter in his chair to look at his partner seriously. How could Hibari ever think such a thing? Did he not trust him?

Hibari knew he was sincere by the way he was so concerned about the subject. He gave him a reassuring look, almost trying to tell him that he just wanted to make sure, is all. "Good. But," He turned to go back inside, refusing to make eye contact with him. He was sure that Dino would instigate that he was jealous or something. Which he wasn't. "I don't want you flirting with girls anymore. Understand?"

Dino blinked before nodding, sitting back uneasily into his chair. He had been...flirting? All he did was wave...and smile...and...oh god he had totally been flirting. Anybody would think he was cheating! Quickly turning around, Dino lifted his sunglasses once again, a worried frown on his lips.

 

"K-Kyouya?"

Hibari turned back around to face him, seeing the worried look on his face. Oh, firetruck, not that face. Whenever he had that face, he was either about to ask a very serious question, or he had been let down somehow. Hibari didn't know if he could deal with either of those, but it was worth a shot...

 

"Yeah?"

Dino bit his lip before getting up and walking towards Hibari--a bit guilty now. He pushed back Hibari's soft bangs an kissed his forehead, giving the most apologetic smile he could muster for making his lover worry about his loyalty.

 

"I love you." He whispered, pressing their foreheads together slightly.

Hibari gave a brief smile, wrapping his arms around Dino's neck and pulling him into a quick kiss. "I love you too... Dino." He cooed, hearing another group of girls giggle behind them.

 

"...Are you going to stay out here, or will you come back inside?"

Dino smiled, intertwining his fingers with Hibari's as he swung their hands back and forth childishly.

 

"Going inside of course. I don't think you like being so lonely in there?" Of course his answer was only half true. He also was feeling ridiculously heated from the sun. Like a dead flower or something...

Hibari continued to lead him inside, still holding his hand on the way. "Get properly dressed while you're at it." He ordered. It's not that he didn't like seeing him like that (in fact, he loved it), but it got old seeing it every single hot day out.
