I know it lets you view your old chats with people from now on, but anyone else able to view them?

What do you mean by "old chat"? lol as of now, I can't find anything that leads to other people being able to see the chats you have with others in IM..I think o.o The IM system is alright except(I don't know if this is happening to anyone else)when I'm IM with people and, if they go offline and log out, their username disappears on the bottom so I can't leave them any IMs and I'll have to go to their profile if I want to leave them a message.I see the PM system the same as usual and I'm alright with the way you can leave the comments on your and someone else's profile. Overall, I'm neutral with it. I don't like the new chat system any better then I liked the old

It was more of a question around privacy, nothing more.

Noone can see your chats. Dont worry about that.
