    No, Data Sora and Data Riku served their purposes in Re:coded, which was to test Sora and see if he was ready for the memoires in the journal. Also, if it were Data Sora and Data Riku, they would only be in worlds that they've been to before, however they show Notre Dame, which they've never been to. The first half of KH3D is about Sora and Riku taking the MoM exam. The second half is currently unknown. The most common belief is that the MoM exam takes place in some sort of dream world, where Sora and Riku are reverted to their younger selves.
